Just wondering if there is a list or timetable somewhere of when certain black and white cards are going to get color card revisions?
There are several wrestlers I am interested in that only have black and white cards right now. I guess I'm concerned about purchasing a black and white set to get specific wrestlers only to find out soon after I purchase them that they are going to be converted to colored cards.
A question related to that... I read somewhere here that a lot of the black and white wrestler cards are "under-powered" compared to the colored cards and might have difficulty competing. Is there any truth in that at all?
Thanks again for taking the time to answer my questions!

The b&w to color conversions don't necessarily have a time table. From my understanding, it all depends on what the theme of the upcoming sets is as determined by new signings. For example, the newest set included hardcore themed wrestlers due to the signing of new wrestlers who fit that theme.
The black and white cards match up fine with the color cards. Some wrestlers have just been upgraded slightly or tweaked some when they are transferred to color.

No one has majorly changed. A few have been upgraded a bit because they were statted a bit low compared to how they would stat later.

Thanks! I'm learning more and more, so I promise I won't keep asking so many questions! 😁 But, in the meantime, everyone here has been great! Really appreciate it.
I don't mind at all that the cards are black and white... and I definitely don't mind mixing black and white cards with color cards in my feds, so I'm going to go ahead and order the black and white card sets that interest me.
And I do apologize... because after I asked this question here in the forum, I remembered that I had asked Todd the same question via email and he answered the question the same way you did. I just forgot that I had asked the question. So, Todd, just in case you see this, I am very sorry. I definitely don't want you to think that I doubted your email response... Nothing could be further from the truth. (I think you're great... You have been so kind to me.) It just all boils down to absent-mindedness on my part.
Thanks again all involved for your time and help!
