I've been working my way through the on-line sets I have and have listed out all the cards that have a mechanic that isn't implemented or does not work as intended in the PBP-Sim.
It would be a huge Quality of Life improvement for the PBP-Sim if the match results page opened in a new tab/window. Otherwise you have to load in all your wrestlers from scratch after every match. (The Gamne Table already does this)
Bishop Hell 2088 – HELLFIRE isn’t rolling a dq check (2095 SE card does roll the dq check)
Bounty Hunter 2089 – Always rolls +3 finisher
Antimatter 2090 – Needs the weak version
Matter 2090 – Needs the weak version
Whiplash 2091 – Backside Beheading - 3* needs a gap before the *
Chaos 2092 & 2096 SE – Once Chaos is weakened he no longer rolls the Alpha Stone (See 13) & 19) below)

Demon & Hydra 2095 – Switch mechanic, Demons switch is in the wrong place. However the switch works for Demon but doesn’t work for Hydra. Switch triggering for Demon in singles matches putting him on Level 3 offense
Defender of the Realm 2097 – HELLFIRE mechanic
Colossus 2098 & 2099 SE – Opponent Finisher
Exo-King 2098 – When Exo-King misses his finisher and crashes out of the ring the out of the ring roll should be on his rating rather than his opponents, shouldn’t it?
Star Warrior 2098 – COSMIC BIG BANG finisher should be singles only
Metalhead 2099 – THE SOUND OF MUSIC should re-roll in singles matches. It is also not rolling for finisher rating/dq in tag matches
Enigma 2099 – chance of FEET OF FURY triggering when opponent is thrown Out of the Ring not rolling
Rising Sun 2100 – Singles only finisher is triggering in tag-team matches
Max Shield 2100 – Level 1 & 2 roll options not triggering, Level 3 option does
Pulsar 2101 – Option for designating opponent as face or heel?
Wraith 2101 – Invisibility
Crossfire 2102 – Singles only finisher triggering in tag-team matches
Mace 2102 – Singles only finisher triggering in tag-team matches
Buck Steele 2102 – No transformation to Genocide (Mantis 2128 does this already. L2D:6 option to transform to Black Death Mantis on roll)
Wildcat 2102 – No roll on finisher, Chance of WILDCAT STRIKE triggering when opponent is thrown Out of the Ring not rolling
Blazing Skull 2103 – Skullcap loosening/exploding
Demon & Hydra 2104 – Switch mechanic is triggering in singles matches putting them on Level 3 Offense
Scion Nexus 2104 – No roll on finishers, singles only finisher triggering in tag-team matches
Malice 2104 – No roll on finishers
Antak 2119 (2115) – All Tag finishers triggering irrespective of partner
Kill Prey 2119 (2114) – Moves aren’t adding to finisher rating
Paralyze 2119 & 2121 – Finisher rating does not increase when used consecutively
Slave Beast 2119 (2118) – Finisher is not reversed when opponent’s power is -3 or lower
Sly Drury 2119 – LAST CALL finisher is rolling but not adjusting for opponent’s agility. Example vs. Tristan: Tristan’s agility is -4, finisher should only succeed on a 2-6 on two dice. The roll is a 8 and the game proceeds as if it succeeded.

Anivar 2125 – SLEEPER CELL ATTACK roll not implemented
Bishop Hell 2125 – Second fatigue token not being added following HELLFIRE kick-out
Clinch 2125 – KNOCKED OUT! Finisher roll not implemented (see Patch 2125, which does this)
Symbiosis 2125 – Symbiote knocked off after three fatigue tokens not implemented
Pendragon 2125 aCe Free agent – dice roll on OVERTHROW finisher not implemented
Hijack & Skulk 2125 aCe Free agent – Change to finisher when opponent gains three fatigue tokens not implemented
PSI 2126 – PSI Thrust works in all but one case. On L5D:5 when PSI Thrust rolls 1-2 it should play normally on opponent’s Level 2 Offense, except it rolls on opponent’s Level 3 Offense.
Bishop Hell 2127 –The no black death abilities card is not selectable in 2127 on PBP Sim & Game Table
Abroz 2128 – black death ability not implemented, this is a no black death abilities card. :-)
