i am gonna start using the Apter one i have for my LWF B&W also my color LWF as well trying out new things to see how much they bring to the table. Hoping it is a homerun and i keep it added to the feds to liven things up a little with actual reactions like the competitors would do. I like that card but I view it more as a special occasion since Apter's interviews were typically for a magazine article or rewarding an award from the magazine. I am using the Amber Gertner chart and so far it is working out just fine.

But, for my money, you can't go wrong with the Piper's Pit cards from PP14... You have both Face and Heel versions, and they work wonderfully to mix things up a bit...

A lot of interesting opinions on this subject i guess the only question is where do i get these interview cards from ? There are interview charts in the handbook for the first NWA Hollywood set. Amber Gertner's interview chart is in the handbook for the first Shimmer set. Bill Apter's card was in the Legends Fever set. The Piper's Pit cards were in 2014 Promoter Prime. I think that covers them all...
