It seems like with the official LOW wrestlers, there are far more heels than faces as far as main event level wrestlers. That's why I am so tempted to use some bootlegs. I basically want to set up two LOW feds.
There are some good tweeners that could be used as faces... such as: Harley Race, Nick Bockwinkel, Ray Stevens, The Crusher, Frank Gotch, Johnny Saint, etc.
Who are some of your favorite faces in your LOW feds?
Do any of you use Johnny Saint in your feds? I haven't had a match with him yet, but his stats look awfully good!
Any thoughts?
Thanks, Mark

Johnny Saint is a lot of fun to play. Only wrestler who wins almost as much on defense as he does on offense.
My favorite faces are
Frank Gotch Bobo Brazil Barry Windham Ilio DiPaolo Marty Jannetty

The Crusher is one of my favorite baby faces. In real life, he was one of the most popular wrestlers of all time, especially in the Mid-West. I have carried on booking him that way in feuds with the Heenan Family.
Johnny Saint happens to be a favorite of mine. He is a classy wrestler who relies solely on scientific wrestling. I find that he is good for a face versus face, scientific encounter. I also like him as the underdog face trying to out maneuver a sneaky heel. His lack of power does cost him at times but some luck on defense can make up for it.
My top face right now is Randy Savage. Due to the imbalance of face versus heel, I use Randy on the good side of the fence. He does make a fun heel too though. The Macho Man is my current World Champion.
Barry Windham and Magnum TA are also guys I like as faces.
And of course, you can't go wrong with Hacksaw Jim Duggan. He is easy to book into feuds, especially against haters of the USA.

I've almost always used Bruiser Brody as a big-time face.
And Crusher, too.
But truth be told I can be flexible in terms of who gets used as face or heel. Except for Ted DiBiase.
I've never used him as a babyface before.
Johnny Saint has made some appearances over the years, last time I used him he was in a manager/mentor role for a group that I had called The European Union. It was Claudio and Nigel McGuinness to start but I was going to add in some others but never got around to it.
I'm flexible when it comes to roles like that, though.

I don't know why I always manage to forget Savage.....add him to my face list right after Gotch.

Thanks for all the responses so far!
I noticed no one mentioned Andre the Giant as a face... And what do you think of Roddy Piper as a face? How about Lou Thesz?
One bootleg I would really like to bring in is Dick the Bruiser to use as a face... and maybe team with Crusher.

I've always used Harley as a face. Bockwinkel has largely been a face too and Barry windham has so far only appeared as a baby face. I agree that at the top end, the gamer struggles with out and out faces but I guess the beauty of booking is that you can do what you want. I love using Adrian Street as a face for example (as his character never truly changed when he fought blue-eye.) The Armstrongs are always fun faces, although Kat Rana has pretty much insisted on 'Bullet Bob' being a cocky heel, along with Mike Graham.
