REBEL WRESTLING INTERNATIONAL
Monsoon: RWI crowned a new Global Champion at Blaze Of Glory as Claudio Castagnoli dethroned Kenny Omega--the only Global Champ in RWI's short history.
Heenan: The Swiss Superman proved that he's more elite than the elite of The Elite. That makes him pretty darn elite, and you can't get more elite than that.
Monsoon: Will you stop? Young Bucks successfully defended the Global Tag Team Titles against Ringkampf. Can anyone beat the Bucks, Brain?
Heenan: I've got my eyes on the new team coming to RWI--Major Broskis. Being a broadcast journalist, I've got a major scoop. The Broskis will make their RWI debut on Monday Night Mayhem against To Infinity And Beyond.
Monsoon: Wow! That would be a main event anywhere in the world! North American Champ Eddie Kingston beat Rush by disqualification when Rush threw powder in Kingston's face blinding the champ. Eddie Kingston will be live on Monday Night Mayhem to give us an update on his condition.
Heenan: MexaBlood won the North American Tag Team Titles from Hart Foundation. We'll have a #1 Contender Match Monday with Johnny Saint & Davey Boy Smith vs. Quebecers. We'll also have Kris Statlander vs. Su Yung in Knockouts action.
Monsoon: Statlander lost a 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match to Knockouts Champ Mercedes Martinez while Yung beat Courtney Rush in a Loser Leaves Town Coffin Match. Let's hear from the "Demon Assassin"--now the "Queen Of Winningpeg".
Courtney Rush: I'd like to thank all the RWI fans for supporting me. I'm sad to leave RWI, but maybe it's for the best. I haven't been myself this year. It's like I was possessed by the Demon Assassin, and being thrown into that coffin snapped me out of it. I wiped the blood & corpse paint off my face and ripped off that macabre cheerleader outfit. I was surprised to see that I had my Winningpeg wrestling gear underneath. I guess there was still a part of me inside the Demon Assassin, but I'm not the only woman in RWI with a split personality. Ask LuFisto about her manager-doll Pegaboo! Ask "Rumblebee" Solo Darling about pretending to be Squirrel Girl!
Heenan: I have no idea what she's talking about, but I do know that the main event Monday night will be former champ Kenny Omega vs. "Mr. Monday Night" Rob Van Dam.
Monsoon: Moving on to the No Limits Division, No Limits Champ Homicide and Trey Miguel stole the show at Blaze Of Glory. Homicide had to be helped out of the ring by his Latin American Xchange teammates Mike Draztik & Angel Ortiz while Miguel was helped from the ring by his friends Dezmond Xavier & Zachary Wentz. Teddy Long has booked an exciting Six-Man Tag Team Match for No Limits Tuesday with Homicide & LAX vs. Miguel & The Rascalz.
Heenan: The main event of No Limits Tuesday will be No Limits Tag Team Champions Brian Kendrick & Paul London defending their titles against Aussie Open. The Aussies won a 4-Way Elimination Match at Blaze Of Glory against The Rascalz, Irish Airborne & Calamari Catch Kings to get this title shot.
Monsoon: That was our look at Rebel Wrestling International. Now, it's time to take a look at what's going on in Rebel Warriors--The New Age Of Old School Southern Wrestling!
REBEL WARRIORS
Monsoon: Fans, we were shocked at how Rebel rampage went off the air. Next Gen Champ Killer Kross threw Johnny Gargano off the top of Hell In A Cell onto the concrete floor! Gargano was placed on a stretcher and taken to the hospital. Gargano has recorded a video from his hospital bed, and we'll show it to you on Net Gen Wednesday.
Heenan: Everyone pays the toll--including Johnny Wrestling. I bet he'll announce that he's changing his name to Johnny Crippled or Johnny Retirement.
Monsoon: Will you stop? What a fountain of misinformation you are! Next Gen Tag Team Champs Death By Elbow beat Rock 'n' Rave Infection, but the big news is Brittany Blake dumping Rock 'n' Rave to join Damn Yankees. What a Jezebel!
Heenan: She's a smart businesswoman! She'll manage Rude Boy Riley & Logan Black of Damn Yankees vs. Rock 'n' Rave Infection this Wednesday night. Speaking of smart businesswomen, Barbi Hayden beat Nicole Matthews to become a 3-time Vixens Champ at Rebel Rampage. Hayden left The Scene to form The Dollhouse with Marti Belle & Mia Yim, but Larry Dallas recruited Allysin Kay to replace Hayden. Kay vs. Yim Wednesday night.
Monsoon: Alexander Hammerstone beat Southern Champ Chuck Taylor and former champ Austin Theory in a Triple Threat Match to win the title. Business is booming for Hammerstone, but Teddy Long has scheduled a 20-man Battle Royal on Wednesday with the winner getting a Southern Title shot.
Heenan: Beer Drinkers & Hell Raisers, Arik Cannon & Mance Warner, successfully defended the Southern Tag Team Titles against Alex Zayne & Blake Christian at Rebel Rampage. We'll have two big tag team matches Wednesday with Doom Patrol vs. Violence Is Forever and The Revolt! vs. Reno Scum. Those winners could put themselves in a position for a Southern Tag Team Title shot.
Monsoon: Xtreme Champ Necro Butcher beat Tom Lawlor. We also saw the debut of several Deathmatch wrestlers as Masada, Drake Younger, Jon Moxley, Joe Gacy, Matt Tremont & Greg Excellent beat DJ Hyde, Nick Mondo, Danny Havoc, Devon Moore, Lucky tHURTeen & Conor Claxton. After the match, Necro Butcher promised a surprise for his fellow Deathmatch wrestlers on Next Gen Wednesday. You're a broadcast journalist, Brain. What's the surprise?
Heenan: How should I know what goes on inside the insane mind of a man like Necro Butcher? We have absolutely nothing in common. Do you know who I have a lot in common with, Monsoon? That would be Olde Wrestling's Executive Committee. Unfortunately, Judge Hugo Black & Agent Dick Lahart lost a Handicap Match to Olde Wrestling Champ Matthew Cross. Judge Black's Legislators, Representative Volstead & Senator Sheppard, lost the Olde Wrestling Tag Team Titles to Jollyville Jeepers. But Judge Black looks to rebound in a Mixed Tag Team Match this Wednesday night when he teams with Heidi "The Riveter" Lovelace making her Rebel Warriors debut against Matthew Cross and the debuting Thunderkitty!
Monsoon: Those won't be the only debuts on Next Gen Wednesday. Atlanta's own AC Mack will make his Rebel Warriors debut in his hometown. The self-proclaimed "Loudmouth" will issue an open challenge. Who will answer it?
Heenan: Speaking of debuts & open challenges, Creepshow is the only faction in Rebel Warriors without a woman on their team. That changes this Wednesday when the mysterious Edith Surreal joins the Vixens roster to challenge any woman in Atlanta.
Monsoon: Our main event will be Dirty South(Andy Dalton, Curt Stallion, Trevor Lee & Andrew Everett) vs. Disciples Of Death(Next Gen Champ Killer Kross, Martin Casaus, Kahagas & Delirious) in an 8-Man Tag Team Elimination Match. Now it's time to check out what's going on in Rebels Of Honor!
REBELS OF HONOR
Monsoon: "Messiah" Tyler Black fulfilled his prophecy of becoming the second ROH World Champion at Death Before Dishonor when he beat Adam Cole & Kevin Steen in a Triple Threat Match. The main event of this week's Thursday Night Action will be Black joining his Trinity teammates Silas Young & Jerry Lynn against Cole and his Undisputed Era partners reDRagon--Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish.
Heenan: The Trinity's Jerry Lynn lost the Pure Wrestling Title to Bryan Danielson while Serena Deeb beat Kris Wolf to bring the Women Of Honor Title to The Trinity. Undisputed Era's Roderick Strong successfully defended the TV Title in consecutive matches against AJ Styles and The Trinity's Silas Young. Up next for the TV Champ is a Proving Ground Match vs. Cedric Alexander on Thursday.
Monsoon: Tag Wars winners Pretty Boy Killers beat World Tag Team Champions Brisco Brothers by disqualification. All four men were bleeding as they fought into the crowd and out into the parking lot where Teddy Long had police arrest both teams! I don't know if there's an arena big enough to contain this rivalry!
Heenan: Speaking of rivalries, Rebel Women Of Wrestling Tag Team Champions Twisted Sisterz successfully defended their Rebel WOW Tag Team Titles at Death Before Dishonor in a 3-Way Elimination Match against Team PAWG & Team Sea Stars. After the match, The Allure rubbed Twisted Sisterz faces in the mt to wipe off their face paint before putting brown paper bags over their heads--with The Allure's faces on the bags! The Allure did the same thing earlier in the night after they beat Thick And Juicy(Willow Nightingale & Faye Jackson). The Allure will face Truth Martini's Hoopla Hotties this Thursday night, but The Allure will have to look over their shoulders because Twisted Sisterz are looking for revenge. They aren't gonna take it. No, they ain't gonna take it anymore!
Monsoon: Kenny King won a 4-Way Elimination Match against his partners Rhett Titus, Austin Aries & Tommaso Ciampa to disband Veda Scott & Associates. Then King announced the formation of The Royal Flush Gang with Ace Austin, Shayna Baszler & The Wildcards. The "Queen Of Spades" Shayna Baszler makes her in-ring debut vs. Davina Rose this week on ROH Thursday Night Action.
Heenan: Moving over to Future Of Honor, King Of Honor Tournament winner Erick Stevens beat Matt Riddle to become the new Future Of Honor Champion. After the match, #1 Contender Tim Donst challenged Riddle to a match this week on Future Of Honor Friday. Riddle accepted, and that''ll be our main event Friday night. Plus, my sources tell me the "King Of Bros" will have a big announcement this Friday as well.
Monsoon: I wonder what that could be. Bravado Brothers beat Massage NV at Death Before Dishonor to become 2-time Future Of Honor Tag Team Champs. Speaking of tag teams, Teddy Long has signed two new teams to Future Of Honor: Ironbeast vs. Rip City Shooters this Friday night.
Heenan: Matthew Justice beat Rickey Shane Page in a Fight Without Honor. Up next for the "One Man Militia": a 4-Way Match with Isaias Velazquez, Jon Davis & Brian Fury on Future Of Honor Friday. House Of Funhausen will be in Six-Man Tag Team action, and Teddy Long will announce the beginning of a women's division in Future Of Honor. You don't wanna miss it!
Monsoon: I couldn't have said it better myself, Brain. We'll see you all week long--only on the Rebel Wrestling Network!
