Hey Graymar!
Thank you for the reply. I've got around 900 wrestlers in a spreadsheet currently and I'm slowly adding in your system to help rank them. I'd like to find a way to be able to put in, for example, the two wrester's names, who won the match and have it update the spreadsheet with the new "graymar score" I'm total spreadsheet idiot so I have no idea how to make something like that happen or if it's possible.
I've also found that once the original scores are in, it takes less than a minute to update. The main time consumption is in finding the two wrestlers/teams in the spreadsheet in the first place so I'm trying to eliminate that step.

I can help you set up a worksheet that will determine the winning/losing points. I'm not sophisticated enough to have it automatically update your tracking. For mine, I do that manually.

If you have time and it's not too much trouble for you, I'd love that. Currently I have the points schedule you posted before in a plastic sheet on my desk and just consult it after every match. An option to have it done for me would be pretty nice.
