Before tonight's show I was able to make a signing for the game.
I also before the show talked again to Chris Dickinson. We talked about hockey as Dickinson is a major hockey fan. His team is the New York Rangers and they just defeated my team VGK earlier this week in Las Vegas after VGK defeated the Rangers in New York earlier this month.
Also before the show I talked to Douglas James about Major League Wrestling.
During the show, Joey Janela showed up. He was not announced or part of the show. He was wearing a hat and a red hoodie and took a seat without most of the fans realizing who he was. I only knew he was there because my friend Alex who I sat with (who in addition to working at PWG and at Bar Wrestling now also works with GCW when they do their Los Angeles shows every few months) pointed him out to me. Alex told me that Janela was in town for UFC this weekend.
Overall I had a really good time at tonight's show, although I definitely liked last Summer's first Natural Born Killers a little more. Before the show and after the show, I watched Final Battle and the newest Mandalorian episode.
This was show #57 for me of 2019. I think I have just 1 show left for 2019- Bar Wrestling on New Years Eve.
Signings are always cool. So I'm guessing this was submission or knockout only? Regardless, fun looking show.
yeah, or by referee stoppage, sort of like GCW's annual Bloodsport show.
It is a cool concept to see occasionally. But if I was going to be in Tampa on Mania weekend that Thursday (I don't arrive until very early Friday morning,) I would probably go instead to PROGRESS which is running against Bloodsport this year as I just saw Bloodwork's type of show last night (and previously last Summer at the first Natural Born Killers) and I have never seen PROGRESS live.
