So I was thinking about how I am going to introduce the new characters from 2088 into my GWF Fed. Should I introduce them all at once or spread them out? What do you guys do. This could be for either GWF or any type of fed.

I keep rank my wrestlers based on how well they're doing. At the end of a game month, anyone outside the top 10 singes or top 5 teams is gone and replaced by the next wrestler. It keeps a pretty consistent revolving door which I like.
To be the man, you gotta beat OU, Horsemen Style!!!
I tend to go by storylines. So, I can break them up one by one or team as they come in the fed to make an impact. Or is there an overall theme event coming up that needs a group to come in. Example, a group of aliens are sick of the human wrestlers and on one event they come out of the crowd to attack wrestlers. Then those aliens can be Doomsayers group of aliens.
I try to work them in organically to whatever story is going on... so for the example of 2088.. Pulsar gets hurt by Mutant? bring in Billy Jo Boxer. Sides are uneven when he comes back? enter Spatter. That sort of thing.
IF there's ALOT of guys, I'll sometimes have a specific event and add them all at once, too. 2088 is unique in that it's a HUGE influx( 1/2 again the existing roster).. later when there's only a few new guys, it's alot easier and more logical to do things organically.
This is an area I need to work on. I usually rely solely on the handbook to introduce new characters and start playing with them immediately. Would be a fun challenge to try and debut them slowly. The biggest obstacle there is I play so sparingly it could be weeks or months before I ever used a new card. Will need some extra thought going into 2136.
For COTG, I usually bring in all of the new characters at the start of the game year they make their debut. But that is because I personally mostly play Indies and LOW with my COTG fed limited to just monthly shows (12 per game year.)
If you do a rumble, that is a good time to bring in characters as some unannounced participants. In my LOW fed I just had my annual Royal Rumble with only 26 of the 30 participants being announced in advance. The 4 unannounced wrestlers turned out to be 4 wrestlers making their debuts- Abdullah the Butcher, Nick Bockwinkel, Larry Zbyszko, and Sandman. And on just that Royal Rumble debut, Abdullah the Butcher is already making some waves in my fed as he had the most eliminations with 6 and one of the 6 he eliminated was my current Intercontinental Champion Harley Race.
