Actually, I am hugely excited (and pretty sure you will be also)... I am mostly disappointed that FG apparently felt there wasn't enough "star-power" or "draw" to make it worth giving teasers and pre-announcing them... Great addition to the color ranks, and glad to have all 3 in color! I'm confused now. Are we talking about the Pitbulls or someone else? And if so, who? They're talking about the LOW Q2 Prime cards, which were not announced prior to release... Since some people haven't received their cards yet... I won't spoil here.

Could someone just do a spoiler text reveal of the 2nd quarter Low and last Indy name, please? I never got the "we will sell it better by keeping it a secret" thing...

I’m not sure that they didn’t think there was enough star power to show the Legends guys. I think they are a very good addition that would prob go over well and not piss many off (if possible). Coupled w the Lucha Legends in quarter 1, PP has been great. So much better than before. The only card that i don’t like so far is PJ Hawx. Has he never wrestled singles before? He has 4 tag moves w no singles replacement. Other than that this year has been great.

I am putting PJ Hawx back in time so to speak as he will come in with Marty Jannety to form the ROCKERS!
Promoter Prime is interesting ... there’s no one that blows me away yet. All good cards I will make use of. The one I’m surprised they didn’t have as a teaser but at the same time may give things away. I get the whole surprise of promoter prime thing but I like to know for booking reasons who the names are ahead of time as I plot out my feds timeline. So I guess I will abstain from that argument cause I’m fine either way.

So is no-one that excited about the Prime cards? 😕 Actually, I am hugely excited (and pretty sure you will be also)... Great addition to the color ranks, and glad to have all 3 in color! I’m not speaking for anyone on the legends team, but maybe the lack of tease wasn’t lack of star power, but it would’ve been a giveaway to all of the cards? Most have pointed out there was a “father” theme in these June releases, but if one name was mentioned, it would’ve been a giveaway?

The only card that i don’t like so far is PJ Hawx. Has he never wrestled singles before? He has 4 tag moves w no singles replacement. PJ Hawx is definitely a tag card as the vast majority (easily over 90%) of PJ Hawx's matches have been teaming with his father Luke Hawx as Hawx Aerie the only currently active father-son tag team. And all of Hawx Aerie's tag moves of course had to go on PJ's card as Luke's card has previously been released and if Luke Hawx had gotten a tag card to go alongside PJ Hawx this quarter then the women (who was a late addition to Q2 after Effy- who was originally penciled in for Q2 Promoter Prime for Pride Month- got bumped up to the main set) who was just released would still not have gotten a card yet. I am cool with different opinions, but I do personally like PJ Hawx's card. It is designed so that Hawx Aerie will be competitive in tag matches yet reflects that PJ Hawx just has not had alot of success as a singles wrestler (but he is only 21 years old and if that changes in the future he of course would be eligible for an update.)

I think that quarter one was enough of a selling point for PP. the quality over the last few years has been excellent. As much as I wanted to know who they were, I’m glad I didn’t know. I had the excitement of seeing my mailman coming w a FG package (& said “I got ur game”) & then the added excitement of seeing the Prime guys (which got a RW pop) when I opened it. I can’t imagine anyone on this board not being happy w these guys. The one guy could be a co-headliner in a set. The art is fantastic & all 3 are captured perfectly. But one tease would’ve given too much up. If someone wants to know who they are PM me. I was gonna PM Zeke cuz he got his a few days before me (cuz the weekend) & im glad I didn’t. I also like to know for booking ahead, so I get that argument.

I'm happy with PJ's card. Luke has as always felt like he's just there hanging around and I've never really done anything much with him. But since 1st seeing them as a team on NWA a while back it's bugged me that they keep mentioning over and over in their promos about being the only active father-son tag team. (AEW reaches a much wider audience and they also have a father-son team on their roster with The Gunn Club)

I forgot about them.
