It is time for Vega Warfare 2090!
Ring of Vega (ROV) Show #46: Vega Warfare October 2090 Vega Garden Planet Vega (First Third of show)
- commentators: Torin Caelum and Backlash
Match #1: Wild Card battle royal
- This annual battle royal was for the final two random spots- the Wild Card spots- in tonight's Vega Warfare match.
order of elimination 1. Renegade 2. Ghengis Khan 3. Mitsuko the Mongol 4. Antimatter 5. The Creeper 6. Splatter 7. Death Masque 8. Adam Blast 9. Man Mountain 10. Matter 11. Vanity 12. Lightning 13. Terak 14. Pit Viper Winner: Mad Jester Winner: Mutant
- During this match, Adam Blast accidentally bumped into his ally Ghengis Khan who started to argue with Blast leading to Khan getting eliminated early from behind by Vanity. Khan's elimination was immediately followed by the elimination of his Eastern Dynasty tag team partner Mitsuko the Mongol from behind by the Cosmic Forces after Mitsuko started to argue with Blast on behalf of Khan. Khan and Mitsuko proceeded to yell at Blast before leaving the ringside area.
- At one point early in this battle royal, Vanity had his enemy Terak down in the turnbuckle and ordered The Creeper to finish off Terak. The Creeper however instead decided to come to the aid of his former master and attacked Vanity! Mutant saved Vanity by throwing his Creature Feature tag team partner The Creeper over the top rope.
- Pit Viper accidentally eliminated his fellow Masked Assassin Splatter which led to Death Masque attacking Pit Viper only for Pit Viper to eliminate Death Masque too as the crowd cheered wildly as it appeared Pit Viper has turned away from the Masked Assassins.
- Terak eliminated his enemy Vanity only for Vanity to jump up on the apron and grab Terak to help Mutant eliminate Terak. Terak and Vanity then brawled all the way to the back.
- The final 3 came down to Pit Viper, Mad Jester, and Mutant. Darkos got involved to help Mad Jester and Mutant eliminate Pit Viper and thus end the match.
- As a result, Mad Jester and Mutant win the two Wild Card spots in tonight's Vega Warfare match.
Match #2: Heavy Metal Champion Exo-King defeated Commander Sam in a cosmic cage match
- Exo-King won via a deathjump to retain the Heavy Metal Championship.
Match #3: Brute and Massacre defeated IP Tag Team Champions Powerhouse
- First Fall: An exciting action-packed fall, Massif pinned Brute via Massif Power Slam. Powerhouse is up 1-0.
- Second Fall: This was was more one-sided in favor of the Gladiators and ended when Massacre pinned Earthquake via DECAPITATOR. Powerhouse and Brute/Massacre tied 1-1.
- Third/Final Fall: A great fall making this one of the best IP Tag Team Championship matches in ROV History. Brute/Massacre outlasted Powerhouse when Massacre pinned Massif via DECAPITATOR. Brute/Massacre win 2-1.
- As a result, Brute and Massacre are the new IP Tag Team Champions and this is their first such reign.
- However, as Caelum and Backlash point out on commentary, Brute and Massacre might not be IP Tag Team Champions for long as they earned an ROV Tag Team Championship match as a result of winning last month's Vega Warfare match and would thus have to vacate the IP Tag Team Championship if they were to win the ROV Tag Team Championship.
End of First Third. Second Third is next.
