Hi there! A few days ago, I learned about this game by pure accident (I stumbled across the amazing tribute to the old Marvel RPG that was done for the Chikara card game. and that led me to te FG website). There were a few hiccups trying to navigate around the website and such, but by today, I had an account with the CotG Online, as well as the digital version of the New Beginning set. I'm very very new to this, and aren't entirely sure I know what I'm doing, but I'm really excited to start trying it out. So, I just finished my first 'card' - I put together the suggested Galactic Wars PPV at the end of the booklet, then ran the fights by playing through the game rather than simulating them. By the end of it, I think I had a pretty good grip on the rules, and things were...pretty interesting. (Now, I get the impression that 'make it your own' is important to this game, but I still wanna mention that my grip on 'canon' is pretty shaky, so for all I know, characters are going to start out already deviated pretty wildly.) Anyway, here are the results of...
GALACTIC WARS 2119!!!!
Broadcast from the historic Deimos Intergalactic Arena, this was the first PPV after the portal closings and Commissioner Massif's budgetary cuts, but the wrestlers remaining showed no diminished passion! New faces were debuting, and old faces were rising up!!
1)OPENING MATCH - She Devil vs Shann-Ra Over the course of the match, there were multiple wild brawls on the outside between these two, both of them taking turns using She Devil's whip as a weapon. Finally, after much back and forth, She Devil was able to hit her Cannonball Clothesline for the win. WINNER: SHE DEVIL VIA PINFALL [Not much 'ooc' to say about this; it seemed like a pretty straightforward match as it played out. I'll admit that I'm curious if there are any mechanical issues with trying to make mixed-gender matches; I'm too new at this to tell if there are any real differences in stat levels between male and female competitors.]
2)TAG MATCH - Stars and Stripes w/Latasha vs the Troubleshooters w/Phantasy The Bomb and American Guy took most of the offense for their respective teams. The two women got in each other's faces several times, but otherwise didn't interfere in the match itself. Eventually, while Muss and U.S. Male were the legal men, the Bomb attempted a run-in, but Male caught him, slamming him headfirst into Muss. American Guy quickly rolled the Bomb out of the ring, and U.S. Male picked up the pin. After the bell, Center Stage ran into the ring, and the two of them helped the Troubleshooters attack Stars and Stripes. By the end of the brawl, American Guy was injured, and the Troubleshooters were suspended (with the Amazing Mann suspended for a lesser amount of time.) WINNER: STARS AND STRIPES VIA PINFALL [Since pretty much every match on the suggested card involves characters in described feuds, the opportunity to roll on the Feud chart was pretty ubiquitous - and I was amazed how many matches ended on doubles. This will not be the last post-match beatdown on the card, is what I'm saying.]
3)WRESTLER DEBUT - Sly Drury vs. Switchblade The outside enforcer, a well-known stuntman and rumored legbreaker, finally arrives in the fed. He and Switchblade have a grueling match, each apparently goading the other into more and more risky maneuvers. As much as Switchblade was able to hold his own Sly Drury's brutality busted him open early on, and he generally maintained the upper hand. Just as Switchblade was looking to mount a comeback, Sly reversed him into a Super Piledriver for the win. Switchblade was quickly taken by his FDF teammates to get medical attention; meanwhile, Sly Drury went into the audience, watching the following matches from the first row. WINNER: SLY DRURY VIA PINFALL [In my random perusings - either here, or maybe in one of the rules pdfs - I saw reference to the idea that, at four fatigue points, a character starts bleeding. Switchblade made it up to +6 before the match finally ended, so I can't imagine he was looking very good!]
4)TAG MATCH - Genesis vs. The Colonizers This match went on for a long time, trading back and forth between all four men. Finally, Anivar and Slave Beast ended up on the outside, when Slave Beast got angry, grabbed the time bell, and started beating Anivar with it, disqualifying himself. After the bell rang, he continued to beat Anivar, while Epoch kept Tauran from interfering. Then, Minotaur ran in, saving Anivar and injuring the traitor animan. WINNER: GENESIS VIA DISQUALIFICATION [I'll admit, I tried to come up with something more 'sci-fi-y' than a time bell; maybe it has neon lights on it or something.]
5)COSMIC CAGE CHALLENGE - Swarm vs. Kill Prey Swarm had the advantage early, resulting in Kill Prey getting busted open, but he recovered, and the two had a long, grueling match back and forth. In the end Kill Prey won, after hitting four Ambushes in a row to finally keep Swarm down long enough to escape. Immediately after his victory, he grabbed a wicked-looking carving knife, and began heading back inside the cage, towards the still-prone Swarm. Whatever he was planning, he wasn't able to accomplish it; Antak appeared and attacked him, saving Swarm and potentially breaking Kill Prey's arm to get the knife away from him. WINNER: KILL PREY VIA ESCAPE
6)TITAN DEATH MATCH - Bloodline vs. Encubus w/Thantos Encubus was accompanied by his father; Bloodline chose to fight alone, which was clearly a mistake. Bloodline started strong, but interference from Thantos allowed Encubus to get the advantage, which he kept for the rest of the match. After Encubus busted Bloodline open with a Second Coming, he locked him into the Maffei Masterlock; Bloodline passed out in the move. Father and son posed menacingly in the ring after the victory; Sly Drury left the audience to join them, but before anything else could happen, Lorelei and the Fighting Titans appeared again, causing the Gamemasters to withdraw as the FDF took care of an injured member for the second time in the evening. WINNER: ENCUBUS VIA SUBMISSION/KNOCKOUT [Man, I felt bad for Bloodline here. It kinda made sense in my head to have Thantos there, and it gave me a chance to try out interference rules, but Bloodline rolled nothing but bad after that.]
7)TAG TITLE MATCH - Havoc and Paralyze (c) vs. The Guardians This match was fast and furious; the champions brutalized both of their opponents, especially Valour, for a while at the beginning, but then Paralyze missed with a top-rope move and ended up cut off from his partner. Reckless hit him with repeated high spots of his own, then tagged in Valour, who hit the Warrior's Rage. Reckless kept Havoc from interfering, and Valour made the pin, winning the GWF Tag Team Championship. WINNER: THE GUARDIANS VIA PINFALL [Honestly, the three highest matches on the card all had die results that I didn't expect; compared to the other two tag matches, this one felt really short, even if it still seemed to tell a story.]
8)YOUR MAIN EVENT; HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH - Endgame (c) vs. Disaster The first championship match of the new era was surprisingly quick; Endgame seemed strong at first, but Disaster powered out of a suplex, and never lost momentum after that. They brawled outside viciously for a while, but brought things back into the ring, where Disaster hit two Rampages and made the pin. After the pinfall, the former tag team champions came out to 'celebrate' with Disaster by destroying the ring and pretty much everything at ringside - including Paralyze putting more pain on Endgame. In the fallout from this, given that Disaster is now the champion, he isn't suspended, merely 'uninvited' from the next several events. Paralyze, meanwhile, gets an official suspension. Havoc will be the 'Voice of Aethra' until the others return. It is noted that Thrash is suspiciously absent from all these procedings. [Man, Rampage's +4 is brutal. I think this match was over in like 12 turns.]
And that was the first event of the New Beginning! Given that I'm brand new at this, I have no idea what I was doing, but it seemed to be fun. Obviously, I've got some potential new feuds (and continuing ones) to play around with; I just have to figure out how many 'cards' I want to do in a year or so. Given the expense of new cards, even digital ones, it'll probably be a while before I buy any expansions, but if I declare I'm doing, say one show a week, that gives me a good long time before I have to worry about looking into any of the yearly expansions. Other than that, well, if anyone has any advice, or tips, or whatnot, I'm all ears. Beyond that, well, I'm glad to be here - this game seems awesome!

Welcome! Your card looks great. Seems like you are getting the jist just fine. There are a few tweaks you'll make when doing intergender but someone on the board who has them memorized will be along shortly I imagine to help you there. This game is addicting and in no time you'll be wanting new players and new fueds. Glad you're here. I look forward to more matches from your fed.

Welcome to the game, boards and your new addiction. Just a few things.
- Always feel free to ask questions. Everyone here is friendly and many have incredible knowledge of the game from how to play to cannon.
- Don't worry about being "sci-fi-y". Even though in the future it's still wrestling. The sci-fi element allows for creativity but nothing wrong with sticking to the classics like a chair shot it using a time bell.
- Check out other feds, here in COTG but also LOW and Indies, for ideas and inspiration. Some amazingly creative people on here.
Keep up the good work and most important, have fun.

In the aftermath of Galactic Wars, there’s a new edition of Monday Night Morpheus, where fans can tune in to hear all the latest GWF news and interviews from the Morpheus Center! After a video recap of the last night’s events, Commissioner Massif comes on. He had hoped this to be a congratulatory message on the first night of a new era, but instead, he’s disappointed in the wild brawling that went on throughout the show, including the injury of the former champion Endgame. He reports on the injuries of five competitors - American Guy, Bloodline, Endgame, Kill Prey, and Slave Beast - and announces the suspension of four competitors - Muss, the Bomb, the Amazing Mann, and Paralyze.
His next order of business is to talk about other titles. In the wake of the recent changes, several belts were vacated, temporarily retired. Massif plans on bringing them back eventually, but for now, the first to return will be the Glaxian Women’s Championship. All six women on the roster are on hand at the Morpheus Center, as Massif tells them they will be holding what he calls the Seven Sisters Tournament, a Round Robin event to determine two women to fight for the vacant title. The match between Shann-Ra and She Devil at Galactic Wars was the first match, with the next two in Round One to be at the upcoming house show in Orion.
Backstage personality Scutt Sleeze attempts to get interviews with the various women on their reactions, to mixed results…
-Shann-Ra is furious. She claims she wasn’t informed that her match at Galactic Wars was a tournament round, and claims this is unfair to her. She also brings up that her brother was injured by ‘that bug freak’, who suffered no repurcussions for his action. But she promises that no matter who tries to hold her back, she’s on the hunt now, and can’t be stopped.
-Latasha is concerned about American Guy’s injury, but promises to deliver in the ring when it’s time to shine. U.S. Male is with her, and is fully supportive; he mentions that American Guy sent her a 'mix tape' for her training, but neither of them have any idea where to get a device to play it on. -She Devil’s happy to be one win up as the tournament starts, and insists that the show has just begun. ‘Oh, and, Honey-Bee? Hope that mean ol’ Kill Prey didn’t mess you up too badly. See you soon!’
-We cut away from Scutt’s interview area, to a recorded message from Havoc, referring to himself as ‘the Voice of Aethra’. Disaster stands behind him, silent and menacing. Havoc explains that, despite winning a stunning victory over ‘that soft windbag Endgame’, Disaster was forbidden from appearing at the Morpheus Center, and the Commissioner has yet to congratulate his new champion. Because of this snub, Disaster refuses to appear in the ring, or even to speak in the GWF, until Paralyze is released from suspension. Havoc will be the Voice of Aethra in the meantime.
-We cut back to Scutt Sleeze, who's tracked down Phantasy. She promises a show-stopping performance as she climbs her way to the Championship. When asked, she shrugs off the Troubleshooters’ suspension with ‘boys will be boys’. Just then, Vin Strutter appears. He explains to Sleeze and Phantasy that he sent Center Stage to run in, as a sort of open invitation. He appreciates the showmanship that the Troublemakers display, and says they’re a welcome addition to his stable. He asks Phantasy to think it over, and extends the same message to the Troubleshooters, watching at home.
-When Sleeze catches up to Thrash, he attempts to get her thoughts on the Tournament, or for an opinion on her fellow Aethrans attitude, or why she hasn’t been involved or mentioned in any of it. She instead keeps asking questions about his physiology, how much punishment he can take. She eventually explains that she doesn’t want yet another Aethran to get suspended, but is wondering what kind of damage she could do to Sleeze without getting in trouble. He refuses to get the point, but when she realizes she might kill him with a simple face slap, she sighs, snarls, and leaves.
-Lorelei is last up. She’s concerned about the damage that’s been done to the FDF at Galactic Wars, but says it won’t hold her back. She’s interrupted by Thantos himself, accompanied by Sly Drury and the Betrayer. He gloats about Bloodline’s injuries, and belittles the FDF for being led by a woman, but considers it a pity that the Gamemasters don’t have anyone in the running for the Women’s Championship. After he leaves, the Betrayer grabs Sleeze's attention, taking the microphone from his hands and addressing the Animen. He says taht he and Tanck are impressed by the way Antak and Minotaur jumped into fights - they like that kind of aggression. So, the two are calling the Animen out for a match at the Great Hunter Lodge in a few days. He then hands the mic back to Sleeze and walks off, leaving Drury behind; Drury silently sizes Lorelei up, then leaves.
Later on in the week, GWF holds a house show....
Card 001 - House Show at the Great Hunter Lodge in Orion A pretty short and simple affair, with only four recorded matches on the card.
1)Tag Match - The Society of Death vs The Animen Invasion The match starts off in a standard manner, each of the four men trading off with each other. Then, Antak gets cut off and beat down for a long period of time. Tanck gets him into the Iron Man Vise, at which point Minotaur runs into the ring to break it up. All four men start brawling. The referee can't get any order maintained, so orders the match thrown out. The four continue to brawl into the stands and through the crowd. Minotaur manages to hit Betrayer with a Charge before security finally gets the four men corralled. WINNER: DOUBLE DISQUALIFICATION
2)Seven Sisters Tournament, Round One Match - Latasha vs Lorelei On her way to the ring, Lorelei is approached by part of the backstage crew, who whispers something to her. The news leaves her clearly distraught; she seems distracted throughout the very short match. There are a few reversals, but Latasha keeps overpowering her. After hitting a series of three Cobra Clutch Suplexes, she lays Lorelei out with a Latasha Lance, and pins. Once the match is over, Lorelei rolls out of the ring, and stumbles as quickly as she can towards the back; Latasha waves off the referee and announcer's congratulations, and runs off to help her fellow hero. WINNER: LATASHA VIA PINFALL
After they've left, Sly Drury and Encubus come out. Encubus explains that Switchblade was supposed to get a rematch, but someone has attacked Switchblade, leaving him unable to compete. As the crowd boos, Encubus gloats that the two of them have put down their targets, and that the Federation Defense Fighters can't compete. Sly says that it's a shame he doesn't have a match....when the Fighting Titans' music hits, and Payback walks out, alone. He gets into the ring, and he and Sly stare each other down; Encubus shrugs, and sits down ringside.
3)Singles Match - Sly Drury vs Payback Another surprisingly quick match; the two men trade momentum back and forth for a while, neither seeming to be able to get the upper hand. Finally, Payback manages to hit Sly Drury with a Pump Handle Slam; he goes for the pin, and Sly doesn't kick out. Payback rolls out of the ring after the win, walking straight into the back; Encubus is on his feet, yelling angrily at Sly; Sly just calmly gets up, sighs, puts his hat and duster on, and walks away. WINNER: PAYBACK VIA PINFALL [Them dice, amiright?]
4)Seven Sisters Tournament, Round One Match - Phantasy vs Thrash The last fight in Round One is a brutal, competitive match. Both women slam each other into the turnbuckle, and brawl multiple times out of the ring. Thrash hits an early Femme Fatal, but Phantasy kicks out. After many brawls, Phantasy tries the Sweet Suicide twice in a row, but Thrash keeps powering out, followed by a fallaway slam and a kickout. Thrash gets the upper hand after more outside brawling, goes for another Femme Fatal, followed by a piledriver. Even busted open, Phantasy kicks out. Thrash goes to the top of the turnbuckle, but Phantasy dodges, hits a flying elbow of her own, then uses a Troubleshooter press slam for the win. Phantasy smiles to the crowd and walks away the victor; after she's gone, Thrash destroys the announcers' table before leaving. WINNER: PHANTASY VIA PINFALL
Seven Sisters Standing - Round One: Latasha: 1/0 Phantasy: 1/0 She Devil: 1/0 Lorelei: 0/1 Shann-Ra: 0/1 Thrash: 0/1
[Okay, so, I think I've got my format figured out. For now, at least. Right now, I'm going to have 24 shows in a year, divided into four 'cycles'. Each cycle will have 3 house shows (4-6 matches on the card), 2 broadcast shows (6-8 matches on the card), and one PPV (8-10 matches, or fun weirdness.) We'll see how far that system gets me, but I imagine that will take me up until I'm ready to get the next year's expansion.]

A few minor developments take place On Monday Night Morpheus... -The results of the Seven Sisters matches in Orion are reported, and the current standings given. The three matches of Round 2 will all take place at the upcoming show in Delphinus. -It gets reported that Switchblade was, indeed, attacked by an unknown assailant at the Great Hunter Lodge, which also led to Lorelei's distraction during her match. Thankfully, he's already fully recovered.
Then, later that week... Card 002 - House Show at the Supernova Solarium in Delphinus Five matches on the card tonight - Round 2 of the Tournament, with some matches in between.
1)Seven Sisters Tournament, Round 2 Match - Latasha vs Phantasy Phantasy comes out first; for a while, it seems Latasha won't be coming out, but she eventually appears, alone, a look of concern on her face. Just like Lorelei last week, she seems distracted throughout the match. The match is a quick one - several back-and-forth reversals, until Phantasy hits a springboard moonsault. Latasha kicks out, but Phantasy immediately locks her in a Sweet Suicide. Latasha quickly taps out, then rolls out of the ring, heading up the ramp. Phantasy stays to gloat, raising two fingers to the crowd as she's now 2-0 in the tournament. WINNER: PHANTASY VIA SUBMISSION
2)Singles Match - Steele Freak w/Vin Strutter vs Antak w/Swarm The Freak dominates early, getting in a lot of eye rakes and clotheslines, before Antak dodges a running elbow and the momentum shifts in his favor. In the course of the match, Antak hits the Formicid five times, but Steele Freak keeps kicking out (Vin tries interfering with distractions, but Swarm’s presence keeps him at bay for most of the match.) In desperation to put the bloodied Freak down, Antak goes to the top rope, but Freak catches him in midair, hurling him to the mat. Freak starts building steam at this point, getting angrier and angrier, brutalizing Antak with a series of top rope headbutts. Just as Antak is about to rally, Vin manages to smash his microphone into Antak’s head. Swarm hits Vin with a jawbreaker right after, but it’s too late - the Steele Freak capitalizes with a Berserk Pounding Assault, and pins Antak for the win. Vin quickly corrals Steele Freak towards the back, clutching his head but still celebrating on the walk. WINNER: STEELE FREAK VIA PINFALL
3)Seven Sisters Tournament, Round 2 Match - Shann-Ra vs Lorelei With one loss each, both women have something to prove. The match is fairly competitive, Lorelei going after Shann-Ra's leg early, while Shann-Ra goes for a lot of power moves. Shann-Ra tries for a pin after a big suplex, but Lorelei kicks out; when Shann-Ra tries again, Lorelei escapes, and brings the match down to the mat. She hits her Centaurus Leg Lock multiple times; Shann-Ra manages several escapes, but Lorelei eventually gets her in the center of the ring; with nowhere to go, Shann-Ra taps out, giving Lorelei her first win of the tournament. WINNER: LORELEI VIA SUBMISSION
At this point, the Society of Death comes out. The Betrayer announces to the audience that, while he and U.S. Male were supposed to have a match, U.S. Male was apparently attacked backstage. The two run down both members of Stars and Stripes for a while, declaring their general superiority - when again, the Fighting Titans' music plays, and both members come out. Tanck grins, and the match between the rival teams starts up.
4)Tag Match - The Society of Death vs the Fighting Titans This ends up being yet another unruly brawl. Payback is cut off for a while, but holds his own pretty well. When he finally gets Tristan tagged in, he accidentally takes the referee out. The Society of Death tries to take advantage, but Payback jumps back into the ring as well, all four men brawling until the ref recovers and restores order. This doesn't last long. Tristan and the Betrayer spill out of the ring, and keep fighting on the outside. Tanck grabs the Betrayer and hurls him back into the ring just before countout, but Tristan doesn't make it back inside in time. Even after the bell rings, the four keep fighting in and out of the ring; the action finally ends after Payback lands on both members of SoD with an Exvenge moonsault off the turnbuckle onto the outside. WINNER: SOCIETY OF DEATH VIA COUNTOUT
5)Seven Sisters Tournament, Round Two Match - She Devil vs Thrash Havoc appears on the entrance ramp, announces himself as 'The Voice of Aethra', and begins to introduce Thrash, when Thrash appears and angrily waves him away. Once she's in the ring, She Devil appears, taking her time and playing to the crowd. The match itself is a very quick one; She Devil tries some early chops, which Thrash powers through. She then hits She Devil with a brainbuster bludgeon. When She Devil kicks out, Thrash angrily hits her with three Femme Fatals in a row, then pins her to win. On her way out, she briefly considers taking She Devil's hat as a trophy, but decides against it.
Seven Sisters Tournament Standing, Round Two Phantasy: 2/0
Latasha: 1/1
She Devil: 1/1
Lorelei: 1/1
Thrash: 1/1 Shann-Ra: 0/2

Another Monday Night Morpheus has rolled around, with your main hosts, Verne Trotter and his reptilian sidekick, Sir Melvin. This time, there's much to discuss after the Delhpinus show...
-Again, results of the Seven Sisters Tournament are discussed, and the rankings updated. -The next show, rather than a House Show, will be an edition of Novabrawl, and thus will be broadcast to the galaxy. Several matches on the card are announced - including Round Three of the Seven Sisters Tournament. In addition, with Amazing Mann off suspension, Center Stage will be taking on the Animen Horde in tag team action, and Titan Tristan will have a singles match against Havoc. -Commissioner Massif joins the panel to discuss the fact that, at two shows in a row, a mysterious attacker has injured a wrestler - first Bloodline, then US Male. Massif says he is taking this matter very seriously. -Interviewer extraordinaire Scut Sleeze tries to get opinions on current events... -Havoc, the Voice of Aethra, is proud to be representing Aethra in the ring, in the absence of his partner, or the reigning Heavyweight Champion. When Sleeze brings up the attacks, Havoc insists it wasn't an Aethran - had a Gladiator attacked, they wouldn't have run away, but demanded the cameras record their brutality. -Phantasy is thrilled with her record so far in the tournament, and thanks the Troubleshooters for their long-distance support. She promises what the viewers have seen so far is no fluke, but a prelude to a long title reign! -Speaking with Vin's Greatest Show, Strutter is thrilled to be able to display Center Stage once again. Shann-Ra remains angry about the Tournament, but insists that there's a long way to go still. -Bloodline has recovered from his death match injuries, and is cleared to wrestle. Sleeze attempts to talk to him and other members of the FDF, but they're interrupted by Thantos, with Gamemasters in tow. After a great deal of insults are flung, a match is declared for Novabrawl - a tag team match, with Bloodline and Switchblade taking on Encubus and Sly Drury. -After most of the others leave, the Society of Death sticks around. Tanck says that, after his performance in recent weeks, he should be getting more recognition as the strongest man in the federation. He puts 'any of you wannabes' on notice - specifically calling out Minotaur and Valour. When Sleeze asks him about the attacks, the Betrayer cuts in with his opinion - 'Who benefits? Ask yourself, who managed to get themselves a match on both nights, after the attacks? Remember what I've known for years - never trust a Titan!' -The Guardians are out soon after, just long enough for Valour to take Tanck up on the challenge and demand a match at Novabrawl. When the question of the attacks comes up, Reckless is quick to cut in with 'don't get distracted by headgames. Both times, the injured man was set to take on one of the Gamemasters - so they're the ones who'd benefit most!' -Things wrap up with a preview of the projected card for Novabrawl: 1)Seven Sisters Round 3, Thrash vs Lorelei 2)Center Stage vs the Animen Invasion 3)Seven Sisters Round 3, Latasha vs Shann-Ra 4)Valour vs Tanck 5)Seven Sisters Round 3, She Devil vs Phantasy 6)Tristan vs Havoc 7)Bloodline and Switchblade vs Encubus and Sly Drury
The show promises to be one to watch!

Card 003 - Novabrawl, at the Altair Palace on Aquila Your commentary team for the night, Jezebel Moon and Slambot X, give a quick rundown of the card, then note several members of security slipping off the arena floor and into the back. There's no time to contemplate this, as the first match starts right up!
1)Seven Sisters Tournament, Round Three Match - Thrash vs Lorelei Thrash comes out first, again brushing off Havoc’s attempts at an introduction. Afterwards, Lorelei comes out, looking visibly shaken. Slambot immediately assumes the worst - ‘not again!’ The resulting match doesn’t go very long. Thrash whips Lorelei into the ropes, Lorelei bounces back and knocks Thrash down with a shoulder tackle, but Thrash is quickly up and flattens Lorelei when she rebounds for another. Thrash then throws Lorelei into the turnbuckle, works a bit more offense, and finally puts her down with a single-arm DDT for the win. Switchblade runs out during the match, and helps the dazed Lorelei out of the ring, towards the back, while Thrash celebrates. WINNER: THRASH VIA PINFALL
The audience sees a back room, where medical staff is treating Tristan, who is the victim of another attack. Lorelei and Switchblade join the other members of the FDF, already there. After discussion, it's clear that Tristan is unable to compete tonight. Payback, angry, offers to take his place; Bloodline doesn't think this is a good idea. Tensions rise - even though no accusation is made, Payback can tell they're worried he's behind the attacks, even of his tag team partner. Lorelei and Tristan are able to calm things down, but just barely. After this, we're back to ringside for the next match.
2)Tag Match - Center Stage w/Vin Strutter vs Animen Horde w/She Devil Swarm starts off the match getting worked over; when he spills outside, he and Mann (plus Vin and She Devil) get into it; by the end, Swarm bounces the Amazing Mann off a turnbuckle. The Animen work the Mann over, until he breaks free long enough to tag in Steele Freak. Unfortunately, Freak refuses to tag for the rest of the match, even as he’s put down over and over, absorbing multiple finishers yet again. He smashes Antak up briefly, but Antak just barely kicks out and makes the tag. One last Andromeda Drop from Swarm puts the Freak down, while Antak fends off the Amazing Mann, and She Devil’s whip sends Vin Strutter’s hat flying. Swarm makes the pin, and Vin’s Greatest Show skulks to the back. Before making their own exit, Swarm makes a gesture, and several bees appear, flying a small flower over to She Devil. Antak shakes his head as the two animen walk away; She Devil just a bit behind them, admiring the gift.
WINNER: ANIMEN HORDE VIA PINFALL
3)Seven Sisters Tournament, Round Three Match - Latasha vs Shann-Ra Yet again, Shann-Ra comes out alone, her manager Vin busy with the rest of his stable. Latasha is acting a bit cocky, which ends up being her downfall in the quick match. Latasha powers out of an early Huntress Claw, and lays Shann-Ra out with a Lance, but Shann-Ra dodges a follow-up dropkick, and takes the offensive, never giving it up after. A series of cartwheel kicks and throat chops send Latasha reeling; a Snap Snare eventually drops her for the win, putting Shann-Ra on the board in the tournament. WINNER: SHANN-RA VIA PINFALL
Backstage, Scut Sleeze drops in on the Animen Horde for a few brief words. He finds them discussing She Devil. Swarm insists that 'it's just mutual flirting, it's not like we're getting matching ring gear or anything'. Antak doesn't like the idea of him getting distracted, but otherwise is fine with it; but he reminds Swarm that Minotaur still doesn't trust the Devil.
4)Singles Match - Tanck vs Valour Valour comes out alone, but Tanck is accompanied by Betrayer (who will make a few attempts to interfere throughout the match). The match is a long and close one, the momentum shifting over and over. Over the course of it, Tanck does show himself to be stronger; any time Valour tries to overpower him, he ends up flat on his back. But Tanck continues to get cocky, leaving Valour openings to use his greater agility. They brawl outside multiple times, smashing each other, but the referee lets it slide as long as they're back in the ring promptly enough. They put each other down multiple times with big power moves, but always manage to kick out - Valour even escapes the Iron Man Vise at one point. Finally, during one last brawl outside the ring, while the referee finds himself distracted getting the Betrayer out of the way, Valour loses his temper and smashes Tanck's face with his sheathed sword, in a Violent Outburst. He gets Tanck back inside for the pin, then stalks away, leaving a furious Society of Death behind him. WINNER: VALOUR VIA PINFALL
5)Seven Sisters Tournament, Round Three Match - She Devil vs Phantasy Both come out unaccompanied, but as She Devil puts her hat and whip down at ringside, the flower is noticeably tucked into her hat brim. This ends up a long and brutal match. Phantasy dominates early, until She Devil rolls outside and starts attacking with her whip. Once inside the ring, She Devil hits an early Cannonball Clothesline, but Phantasy kicks out. They brawl outside again, and Phantasy frog splashes She Devil through the commentary table. Pulling her back into the ring, she keeps hitting the Sweet Suicide, putting She Devil right back into it after every escape attempt. She Devil manages to escape outside the ring, smashing Phantasy's head against the audience barricade. Back in the ring, she hits a hurricanrana, followed by her Cannonball Clothesline, but Phantasy keeps kicking out. She Devil's legs are ready to give at this point; Phantasy rallies, kicks She Devil to the ground, and hits multiple moonsaults. She finally goes for a pin, but She Devil kicks out, so Phantasy transitions to one last Sweet Suicide; She Devil taps out. Phantasy celebrates in the ring again, holding up three fingers. Meanwhile, as She Devil staggers out, the Animen Horde come out and offer her a hand, Antak somewhat begrudgingly. She Devil Smiles, and the three walk out, She Devil supported between the two animen. WINNER: PHANTASY VIA SUBMISSION
Scut Sleeze drops in on the Society of Death, only to be slammed against the wall by an angry Betrayer, while Tanck demolishes the locker room. He insists that Valour cheated, that the match shouldn't count, and that he's clearly still the strongest man on the roster. Sleeze slips away as quickly as he can. Back ringside, Havoc comes into the ring, announcing himself as the Voice of Aethra once again. He says that, since he had a scheduled match, he's happy to wait until a replacement can be found. Payback's music hits - but he stops just after appearing, and gets on the mic to say that he's found a suitable competitor. Then, the Guardians' music hits, and Reckless appears.
6)Singles Match - Havoc vs Reckless This is a quick, if intense, match. Havoc overpowers Reckless early, making an early pin after a suplex. Reckless kicks out and shifts the momentum, hitting a series of top rope moves followed by a lightning-fast set of pin attempts. Havoc takes the fight out of the ring, and seizes control again, but before he can capitalize, Reckless pulls off the Reckless Driver, putting him down. WINNER: RECKLESS VIA PINFALL
Finally, we arrive at the main event for the evening. All other members of the Federation Defense Force and the Gamemasters, including the two managers, have been escorted to separate private boxes, to watch the match from there.
7)Tag Match - Bloodline and Switchblade vs Encubus and Sly Drury This is a long and brutal fight. All four men trade off fighting each other, with the two feuding pairs hitting each other pretty hard. There are a lot of pin attempts, and Switchblade and Sly are both bleeding profusely as it goes on. Finally, Switchblade dodges one of Sly's lariats, and hits him with a series of switchblade slicing kicks. He then tags in Bloodline, who hits two Cosmic Big Bangs in a row. As Bloodline goes for the pin, Thantos suddenly appears (the hologram in the private box fading out) and pulls the referee out of the ring. The crowd starts booing as the bell rings and the four start brawling. Just then, there's a crash - Payback throws a chair through the glass of the FDF's box, and springs out into the crowd, quickly followed by Lorelei (who uses the door). Meanwhile, there's another crash as Tanck slams straight through the window, followed by Betrayer. The two groups brawl in and around the ring, climaxing with Switchblade hitting Thantos himself with the Blade of Retribution as the show ends. Slambot can be heard to quip 'Oh, Massif's not going to be happy about this!' WINNER: BLOODLINE AND SWITCHBLADE VIA DISQUALIFICATION

[My dives into the wiki have been pretty shallow so far, so if there are established non-wrestling talent beyond the managers and commissioner, I haven't run into them. Hence, Sleeze, Trotter, Milton, Moon, and Slambot. If I run into more established characters, they may take a backseat (unless they happen to grow on me).]
