It is 1980, and a press conference is held by the young Mr. Greenhorn. He tells the world that he's ready to show everyone an exciting show of immortals, and he announces the top signing of this new era of wrestling. It's Lazer! Lazer enters the press conference room with the crowd chanting his name. Lazer sits at the desk, and the microphone is handed to him.
Lazer: Thank you all so much for being such an amazing audience. I'm looking forward to this new era of wrestling just as much as the next guy, but tonight isn't all about me. It's about each and every one of you, all here to support Mr. Greenhorn with his ventures in the wrestling business. Greenhorn, I appreciate this opportunity in this new exciting promotion, and I'm looking forward to what you have in store for us here.
As Lazer is about to wrap up, the Cobalt Commander shows up and the crowd is livid. The crowd hates this man, and they attempt to boo him off the stage. However, Cobalt Commander is not deterred, and he takes the microphone from Lazer.
Cobalt Commander: Listen here you swine. Lazer is not the best in this promotion, not by a long shot. That title will belong to me, and me alone. I will make you all fear me, and you will all come to fear, my Cobalt Clutch.
Lazer takes the microphone back from the Commander, and the crowd cheers.
Lazer: Commander, if you want to prove you're the best, you'll have to prove it inside the ring. Are you a coward, or are you a fighter? Reveal your true colors!
Cobalt: I am a ruler of the world, and I will take on anyone that dares to stand up to my regime of power!
As if on cue, Star Boy and Rad Racer appear on the stage, with the crowd immediately recognizing Star Boy as a hero. The crowd chants Star Boy, and the wrestlers on stage just go with it. But wait! It's The Piranha, munching and chomping his way through the crowd, meeting up with Star Boy in the center! And who's that with him? It's Johnny Kobra, from the Kobra Dojo! He stares down the Rad Racer, before trash talking him. The 6 men are about to go to blows, when orchestra music plays, and someone comes swinging in from the other side of the building. Arizona Chance has made his appearance! Arizona Chance has caused the place to go crazy, the audience now unglued from their seats, just by him showing up! But then, more orchestra music plays, and this time, it sounds sadistic. The lights dim, and a huge person covered in black makes his way to the stage. It seems like, no, it is, the Dark Invader! The Dark Invader looks at Arizona Chance, and the two of them stare down for a short while.
The place is unglued, eight exciting wrestlers have made their presence felt in this new federation, and best of all, Mr. Greenhorn is watching all of this unfold. How will the first show for this new promotion play out? How will anyone make it through tonight with their lungs intact? Actually, forget that last one. But the rest, let's go back together, and let's find out what happened, on 80s Mania Wrestling!
(OOC: Truth be told, I've been an 80s Mania fan since 2018, and it's how I learned of Filsinger games. I want to do it justice by running my own 80s Mania promotion. So, let's get this oddly blue and green neon lights party started!)

80s Mania Wrestling Superstar Saturday
The show begins with the commentators near the ring, holding microphones. The crowd is welcomed to the first episode of Superstar Saturday. This isn't going to have a lot of talking, but instead it will be a lot of action. It's time for the wrestlers to take center stage, and put on a classic show of the ages!
Rad Racer VS Johnny Kobra
Winner: Rad Racer via Pinfall (Tail Whip)
Tokens: Rad Racer- 5, Johnny Kobra- 7
In a hard hitting battle, Rad Racer comes out on top of the exchange, but Johnny didn’t go down easily. It took 2 Tail Whips to keep Johnny down on the mat for 3 seconds.
Star Boy VS The Piranha
Winner: The Piranha via Pinfall (Cobra Clutch Suplex)
Tokens: Starboy- 5, The Piranha- 3
Star Boy initiated the attack, but once The Piranha gained control, he kept it for the rest of the bout, chomping and biting his way to victory, before hitting the Cobra Clutch Suplex to keep Star Boy down for the count.
After the match: As the Piranha is celebrating, Johnny Kobra makes his way to the ring and starts to beat down Star Boy. The Piranha joins in the fray and the two of them beat up Star Boy before The Piranha locks Star Boy in the Outlaw Choke. After they finish, they leave a beaten Star Boy in the ring, who struggles to get up. As the Bad Guys look to see their damage, Star Boy points at Johnny Kobra. Is he asking for a match with him? Johnny just scoffs and heads off with The Piranha.
Lazer VS Cobalt Commander
Winner: Cobalt Commander via Pinfall (Poison Powder)
Tokens: Lazer- 3, Cobalt Commander- 3
This battle doesn’t have a lot of pins, but they put on a fight. However, Lazer goes to the well one too many times, going up to the top rope, only for the Commander to drop him hard. Afterwards, Cobalt Commander uses Poison Powder on Lazer’s eyes, nearly blinding him! The referee doesn’t DQ Cobalt Commander, but he should have! Cobalt gets the win after the fact.
Arizona Chance VS Dark Invader
Winner: Arizona Chance via Pinfall (Last Crusade)
Tokens: Arizona- 2, Dark Invader- 5
The main event is set, and it looks to be a good one. Arizona Chance and Dark Invader start the match at an even playing field, countering each other’s moves. But at the end, a huge DDT rocks Dark Invader’s head, and as Dark Invader kicks out of the DDT, Arizona Chance has him perfectly set for the Last Crusade. He lands it, and he pins the Invader!
The crowd goes wild for Arizona Chance the crowd chants “Chance!” The Dark Invader simply rolls out and walks away, almost as if he was expecting this result. Something tells me this isn’t the last time we will see these two face off.

Okay, so I'm going to announce the next card here, in the form of Sunday Night Slam. This will feature a tag team match, two singles matches, a promo, and a skit. Here's what I have planned.

Now, there is a special perk in 80s Mania that can be unlocked for in game cash, which allows you to book any segment that you want. So, for the sole purpose of making things entertaining, I will keep comments open for suggestions. For Superstar Saturday, Sunday Night Slam, and Weekend Wrasslin', I will give everyone who reads this the option to decide any segment they want provided that it's possible in Filsinger and 80s Mania. If it is possible, then I'll do it as part of the episode. So, comment away!
