Ring of Mexico (ROM) Show #5: Battle of Mexico March 21, Year 2 Arena Mexico, Mexico City, Mexico (First Sixth of the show)
- commentator: Excalibur
Match #1: ROM Tag Team Champion Kenny King defeated Sam Adonis in a Block A First Round match
- Adonis started off strong but King won via CORONATION.
Match #2: Jonathan Gresham defeated "Bounty Hunter" Bryan Keith in a Block A First Round match
- Gresham won via his OCTOPUS STRETCH.
Match #3: ROM Champion Mil Muertes (accompanied by Karlee Perez) defeated El Hijo del Ice Cream in a Block A First Round match
- Muertes dominated this match and won via a TOP ROPE FLATLINER.
Match #4: Ninja Mack defeated Sammy Guevara by DQ
- Guevara lost his composure and got himself DQd by smashing Ninja Mack with a steel chair. Afterward, Guevara smashed Mack with a steel chair several more times before finally leaving the ring.
- As a result, the Block A Quarter-Finals will be ROM Tag Team Champion Kenny King vs Jonathan Gresham and ROM Champion Mil Muertes vs Ninja Mack.
End of First Sixth. Second Sixth is next with the First Round matches of Block B!

Just noticed that no poll was actually posted to predict the winner of this one... So, I'll make my pick here... Bandido defeats Kenny King and Samuray Del Sol in (what I presume will be) the three-way final... Though I would not be disappointed to see the Man of 1000 Deaths take it all... Great start!

Match #5: Rey Horus defeated Ice Cream Jr. in a Block B First Round match
- Coming off losing the ROM Championship last show to Mil Muertes, Horus rebounded with a dominating win over Ice Cream Jr. via a Spanish Fly.
Match #6: "The Punishment" Damien Martinez defeated Laredo Kid in a Block B First Round match
- Martinez controlled almost all of this match and won via SOUTH OF HEAVEN.
Match #7: Daga defeated Luchasaurus in a Block B First Round match
- Daga won via EL MAVERICK to advance.
Match #8: Jack Cartwheel defeated Samuray Del Sol in a Block B First Round match
- Cartwheel won via Slamstand. {Promote's Note: On the first PIN attempt against him, Del Sol with his PIN of 6 (3) rolled a 1 and a 2 for a 3.}
- As a result, the Block B Semi-Finals will be Rey Horus vs "The Punishment" Damien Martinez and Daga vs Jack Cartwheel.
End of Second Sixth. Third Sixth is next.

Well, it looks like one of my picks for the final is already out of the running... That being said, I'm not disappointed to see Cartwheel advance... Fun stuff!

Match #9: Rey Bucanero defeated Gringo Loco in a Block C First Round match
- A very good First Round match, Bucanero won via BUCANERO STORM.
Match #10: Bandido defeated El Paso Kid in a Block C First Round match
- Bandido won quickly via his 21 PLEX.
- Afteward, "Bounty Hunter" Bryan Keith appeared saying, in addition to his warrant for El Paso Kid, he now also has a warrant with an even more substantial bounty for Bandido who he vows to apprehend soon!
Match #11: Pirata Morgan defeated Flamita in a Block C First Round match
- Pirata Morgan won via his PIRATA LOCK.
Match #12: ROM Tag Team Champion RUSH (accompanied by Luchasaurus) defeated DEMUS
- DEMUS looked impressive and even scored a couple of pinfall attempts against RUSH but RUSH won the match via his RUSH DRIVER.
- As a result, the Block C Semi-Finals will be Rey Bucanero vs Bandido and Pirata Morgan vs RUSH.
