RUSH is determined to become a double champion -- if memory serves me correctly, he dropped the ROV TV title right before he and Kenny won the ROM tag belts... Superb finish to a very fun tournament!

RUSH gets a title shot for winning the Battle of Mexico where he pinned Muertes in the Finals!
Los Piratas vs ROM Tag team Champions RUSH and Kenny King
If RUSH and King retain against Los Piratas and if RUSH can defeat Muertes in the main event, RUSH will leave Show #6 as a double champion!

Match #1: Luchasaurus defeated Martin Casaus
- Lucahsaurus won this opening match via his SHINING LIZARD.
Match #2: "Bounty Hunter" Bryan Keith defeated "El Paso Kid" Gregory Iron
- Keith won via SOUL FIRE BOMB.
- Afterward, Keith placed the El Paso Kid in handcuffs and led him away to collect his bounty while muttering "Bandido is next."
Match #3: Sam Adonis defeated DEMUS
- Before this match started, Adonis was overly offensive by referring to DEMUS tall for somebody in Mexico and then singing an awful rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. Despite being heavily booed by the crowd, Adonis got the victory by a low blow followed by a 450 SPLASH.
Match #4: Laredo Kid defeated Gringo Loco
- Laredo Kid won via LAREDO FLY.
- Afterward, a large man in a mask entered the ring and took out both Laredo Kid and Gringo Loco! The large masked man then unmasked to reveal himself as Jeff Cobb as Excalibur on commentary said it looks like Jeff Cobb is now in Ring of Mexico (ROM!)

An explosive arrival by Cobb -- someone who definitely has the tools to shake the foundations of ROM.
Looks like the Bounty Hunter earned himself a little bonus... Good for him... But, he might find that Bandito is a more difficult payday to pin down.

Match #5: Sammy Guevara defeated Samuray Del Sol
- Guevara won this match via his 630 SENTON.
Match #6: Jack Cartwheel defeated Ninja Mack by DQ
- Guevara ruined this anticipated matchup by appearing at ringside and blatantly attacking Cartwheel when the action spilled out of the ring to get his fellow Houstonian Ninja Mack DQd.
Match #7: Jonathan Gresham defeated "The Punishment" Damien Martinez
- A good grudge match won by Gresham via his OCTOPUS STRETCH.
Match #8: MexaBlood defeated Los Ice Creams
- MexaBlood controlled most of this match against the former ROM Tag Team Champions and won when Flamita pinned El Hijo Del Ice Cream following a 619 & 21 PLEX performed in tandem with Bandido.

Match #9: ROM Tag Team Champions RUSH (accompanied by Luchasaurus) and Kenny King defeated Los Piratas
- First Fall: King pinned Rey Bucanero via CORONATION. RUSH and Kenny King are up 1-0.
- Second Fall: Los Piratas gave the defending champions some problems but King again pinned Bucanero via CORONATION. RUSH and Kenny King won 2-0.
- As a result, RUSH and Kenny King retain the ROM Tag Team Championship.
Match #10: Daga defeated Rey Horus
- A good match, Daga won via EL MAVERICK.
Match #11: ROM Champion Mil Muertes (accompanied by Karlee Perez) defeated ROM Tag Team Champion RUSH (accompanied by Luchasaurus)
- RUSH earned this title shot last show by winning the Battle of Mexico where he pinned Muertes in the Finals.
- Muertes avenged his defeat to RUSH in the Battle of Mexico as he won this match via a choke slam.
- As a result, Muertes retained the ROM Championship.

Gotta wonder if pulling double duty affected the performance of RUSH in that main event... Regardless, it's a big win for the Man of 1000 Deaths - who remains champion and gets his win back from Battle of Mexico... Awesome stuff!
