Year 2 for Ring of Mexico comes to a close with the Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament!
Ring of Mexico (ROM) Show #14 December 4, Year 2 Arena Mexico, Mexico City, Mexico (First Fourth of show)
- commentators: Ian Riccaboni and Todd Keneley
Match #1: Jack Cartwheel defeated "The Punishment" Damian Martinez and DEMUS in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament Qualifying match
- A good opening triple treat, Cartwheel won by pinning Martinez via JACK ARROW to win the final spot in tonight's Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament.
Match #2: Kenny King defeated Luchasaurus in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament First Round match
- King won via CORONATION to advance to the Quarter-Finals.
Match #3: Jeff Cobb defeated Sammy Guevara in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament First Round match
- Guevara made is competitive and scored a couple of pin attempts but Cobb controlled most of this match and, after multiple F-5000s, scored the win via TOUR OF THE ISLANDS.
- As a result, it will be Kenny King vs Jeff Cobb in the Quarter-Finals.
Match #4: Rey Horus defeated Martin Casaus in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament First Round match
- Casaus had Horus, a former ROM Champion, end in trouble for much of this match. Horus however escaped with the win via his PIZZA DDT after Casaus missed a moonsault.
- As a result, Rey Horus- the first-ever ROM Champion- stays alive in his quest to also become the first-ever Mexican Heritage Champion as he advances to the Quarter-Finals.
Match #5: X-Division Champion and Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham defeated Laredo Kid in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament First Round match
- Laredo Kid, who scored a recent victory over Gresham on Show #12, started off strong in this match with two quick pin attempts on Gresham. Gresham however settled things down and won via hos OCTOPUS STRETCH.
- As a result, it will be Rey Horus vs Jonathan Gresham in the Quarter-Finals.
- Afterward, as Gresham got his hand raised in victory, Riccaboni and Keneley wondered aloud on commentary whether Gresham can win this tournament and thus capture his 3rd current championship as this segment of the show comes to an end.

Gresham gets his tournament off to a good start. His title pedigree has to make him a prime candidate to win this and achieve that third title. He'll soon be able to recreate that Ultimo Dragon photo!

Match #6: Ninja Mack defeated Bandido by countout in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament First Round match
- This match ended when Bandido crash landed on the outside of the ring and apparently was shook up enough he could not reenter the ring before the referee completed his 20 count.
- As a result, Ninja Mack advances to the Quarter-Finals.
Match #7: Samuray Del Sol defeated Flamita in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament First Round match
- A very good fast-paced First Round match where both competitors scored several pinfall attempts against each other, Del Sol won via Hara-Kiri.
- As a result, The Samuray and the Ninja tag team partners Samuray Del Sol and Ninja Mack will compete against each other in the Quarter-Finals!
Match #8: Aramis defeated Bryan Keith and Arez in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament First Round triple threat elimination match
- Before this originally-booked matchup of Aramis vs Bryan Keith started, Arez appeared saying he had been out recently due to injury but is now cleared to compete and challenged Aramis and Keith to accept his challenge of making this First Round tournament match a 3-way elimination match. Aramis and Keith accepted Arez's challenge.
- Aramis eliminated Keith via MOSQUETERO BOMB.
- Aramis eliminated Arez via a Gory Bomb knee strike.
- As a result, Aramis advances to the Quarter-Finals.
Match #9: RUSH defeated Jack Cartwheel in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament First Round match
- Cartwheel almost scored an upset here with multiple near pinfalls but RUSH won via his BULL HORNS.
- As a result, it will be Aramis vs RUSH in the Quarter-Finals.
Match #10: Los Mascizos defeated ROM Tag Team Champion Los Piratas (accompanied by Los Piratas) and Los Ice Cremas in a 3-way tag elimination match
- Making their ROM debut, Los Mascizos turned out to be the mystery tag team in this match.
- Los Mascizos eliminaed Los Ice Creams when Miedo Extremo pinned Ice Cream Jr. following the DOOMSDAY DRIVER.
- Los Mascizos eliminated Los Piratas when Miedo Extremo pinned Pirata Morgan via FIRE THUNDER DRIVER.
- As a result, Los Mascizos are the new ROM Tag Team Champions.
- Afterward, Los Mascizos were attacked by Sam Adonis and Gringo Loco who challenged Los Mascizos to defend the ROM Tag Team Championship against them on the first show of Year 3!

Match #12: X-Division Champion and Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham defeated Rey Horus in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament Quarter-Finals match
- A good Quarter-Finals match, Gresham outlasted Horus and won via a SMALL PACKAGE.
- As a result, it will be Jeff Cobb vs Jonathan Gresham in the Semi-Finals.
Match #13: Samuray Del Sol defeated Ninja Mack in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament Quarter-Finals match
- Samuray Del Sol defeated his fellow The Samuray and the Ninja tag team partner Ninja Mack when he won via a 450 splash.
- As a result, Samuray Del Sol has advanced to the Semi-Finals.
Match #14: RUSH defeated Aramis in a Mexican Heritage Championship Tournament Quarter-Finals match
- RUSH won via his BULL HORNS.

- As this match was beginning, on commentary, Riccaboni and Keneley remarked that starting this year in ROM the winners of these Vegas Traditional Opening elimination matches will automatically receive #1 Contender's matches for the new Mexican Heritage Championship.
- Martinez got DQd
- Guevara eliminated DEMUS via a shooting star press.
- Luchasaurus eliminated Guevara via his SHINING LIZARD.
- As a result, Luchasaurus will receive a #1 Contender's match for the Mexican Heritage Championship at the next ROM show.
Match #2: Jack Cartwheel defeated Martin Casaus
- Cartwheel won via his JACK ARROW.

- Arez had King in trouble early and forced him to survive several PIN attempts until King managed to regroup and win via his ROYAL FLUSH.
Match #6: Aramis defeated Rey Horus
- A good match, Aramis won via his MOSQUETERO BOMB.
Match #7: X-Division Champion and ROV Pure Champion Jonathan Gresham defeated Mil Muertes (accompanied by Karlee Perez)
- A great match, Gresham won via his OCTOPUS STRETCH.
Match #8: MexaBlood defeated Los Piratas in a Double Down Qualifying match
- This matchup of recent former ROM Tag Team Champions was won by MexaBlood when Bandido pinned Pirata Morgan via a crucifix driver.
- As a result, MexaBlood have qualified for the Double Down in Ring of Vegas (ROV) next month.
