- Horus won via a springboard leg drop.

Match #4: Pirata Morgan (accompanied by Los Piratas) defeated Jonathan Gresham in a Block A First Round match

- Morgan got this impressive victory via a DDT.

- As a result, it will be Rey Horus vs Pirata Morgan in the Block A Semi-Finals

Match #5: Mexican Heritage Champion RUSH defeated "The Punishment" Damien Martinez in a Block B First Round match

- Rush, who won last year's King of the Ring of Mexico tournament, won this match easily via his BULL HORNS.

Match #6: Bryan Keith defeated Ciclope in a Block B First Round match

- A really good First Round match won by Keith via a uranage.

- As a result, Bryan Keith will next take on RUSH in the Block B Semi-Finals.

Match #7: Kenny King defeated Rey Bucanero in a Block B First Round match

- King won quickly via an exploder suplex.

- As King gets his hand raised in victory, on commentary Keneley remarks that now victories by both RUSH and King in the next round will lead to the former ROM Tag Team Champions meeting in the Block B Finals.

Match #8: Laredo Kid defeated Daga in a Block B First Round match

- A good match, Laredo Kid won via a 450 splash and will next take on Kenny King in the Block B Semi-Finals.

Match #9: Sammy Guevara defeated Jeff Cobb by DQ in a Block C First Round match

- Guevara scored the upset when tensions got heated and Cobb gave him a piledriver on the floor.

- As a result, Guevara advances to the next round.

Match #10: ROM Tag Team Champion Flamita defeated Arez in a Block C First Round match

- Flamita won this match quickly via Retador.

- As a result, Flamita will take on Guevara in the next round.

Match #11: Martin Casaus defeated Mil Muertes (accompanied by Karlee Perez) in a Block C First Round match

- This was a good match until Casaus intentionally got Muertes DQd by smashing the referee on the back with a steel chair and then tossing the chair to Muertes who was seen holding the chair when the referee turned around and thus erroneosuly disqualified Muertes.

- As a result, Casaus advances to the next round.

Match #12: ROM Tag Team Champion Bandido defeated Jack Cartwheel in a Block C First Round match

- Bandido won via 21 PLEX.

- As a result, Bandido advances to the next round to take on Casaus and could also potentially face his ROM Tag Team Championship tag team partner Flamita in the Block C Finals if they both win their next matches.

quite possibly, two big names (Mil Muertes and Jeff Cobb) both just got eliminated by DQ in Block C

but Kenny Omega tends to well in my tournaments (for example, he won the most recent VIU Cup) so we will have to see how this plays out

Match #13: ROM Champion "The Cleaner" Kenny Omega defeated Luchasaurus in a Block A Semi-Finals match

- Luchasaurus got off to a hot start and twice hit Omega with the SHINING LIZARD. Omega though battled out of his early trouble to win via the ONE WINGED ANGEL.

- As a result, Omega has advanced to the Block A Finals.

Match #14: Rey Horus defeated Pirata Morgan (accompanied by Los Piratas) in a Block A Semi-Finals match

- Horus wore down Morgan until winning via his PIZZA DDT.

- As a result, it will be Rey Horus vs Kenny Omega in the Block A Finals.

Match #15: Mexican Heritage Champion RUSH defeated Bryan Keith in a Block B Semi-Finals match

- RUSH took anither step forward to repeating when he won via his RUSH DRIVER.

Match #16: Kenny King defeated Laredo Kid in a Block B Semi-Finals match

- King dominated this match which he won via ROYAL FLUSH.

- As a result, it will former ROM Tag Team Championship tag team partners RUSH vs King in the Block B Finals.

Match #17: ROM Tag Team Champion Flamita defeated Sammy Guevara in a Block C Semi-Finals match

- Flamita advanced via a 450 SPLASH.

Match #18: ROM Tag Team Champion Bandido defeated Martin Casaus in a Block C Semi-Finals match

- Bandido dominated this match and won via a tornillo after only a few moves.

- As a result, the current ROM Tag Team Champions Bandido and Flamita will wrestle each other in the Block C Finals!

- A great match, RUSH outlasted his former ROM Tag Team Championship tag team partner King via BULL HORNS.

- As a result, RUSH is just 1 match away from repeating as KOTROM winner as he advances to the Finals by winning Block B.

Match #21: ROM Tag Team Champion Bandido defeated ROM Tag Team Champion Flamita in a Block C Finals match

- Bandido won via a crucifix driver.
