Hmm. Let's see...
I know there are issues with some of the names on this list, but these are my most wanted, in no particular order:
Color Updates 1) B. Brian Blair (with re-released Jim Brunzell as the Killer Bees) 2) Rick Rude 3) Roddy Piper 4) Bob Orton 5) Stan Lane* 6) Bobby Eaton*
* I'd like to see these guys re-released, maybe in Promoter Prime, in matching ring gear (preferably their rainbow stripe trunks/tights) so I can use them as the Midnight Express. I know it's silly, but I can't bring myself to use them with their current art.
New Releases 1) Arn Anderson 2) Paul Orndorff 3) Dynamite Kid (with re-released Davey Boy Smith card, of course) 4) Mike Rotundo 5) Jerry Lawler 6) Michael Hayes

I'd like Les almost as much as Jim Breaks.
I think there would be a minor riot if Lane and Eaton were released with just art changes.

I just want to see some existing signings get released.

I think there would be a minor riot if Lane and Eaton were released with just art changes. Maybe. There's a precedent, when the New Age Outlaws and the American Wolves got new art when they were released in Legends Online. Either way, that could be ameliorated by putting them in Promoter Prime, or tweaking their cards so that they flow together more seamlessly as the Midnight Express. As I said, put them in Promoter Prime, or even release them as LE cards. That way if someone didn't want them, they don't have to get them. And no riot.

Those were both releases though via digital. I'm not sure any Legends wrestler has had just a change of art since Johnny Valiant's first card. Personally as a prime subscriber, I'd be annoyed to lose out on two slots to get Lane and Eaton in matching outfits but maybe others wouldn't.

This is why my list could change moment by moment... I wasn't thinking of Rotundo, but he would, at a minimum, be on my top 10 wants... I would love a 2-pack - one as 1/2 of the U.S. Express, and one as part of the Varsity Club. (Which, of course means that I need Rick Steiner as well...)

I think there would be a minor riot if Lane and Eaton were released with just art changes. Not if they were a special edition 2-pack... If they weren't taking up slots in a regular set, whoever didn't want them could just not buy them. Edit: I should have read the rest of the thread before commenting... @poisonedshadows made the point already.

I’d rather see a Fabulous Stan Lane with Steve Keirn!

Waste of two spots for cosmetic purposes that you won’t even see when playing the game. Too many guys that would be better suited than taking up two spots for guys who were just released.
