[/font] Anyone watching recent Impact Wrestling is it just me or is the show vision about 10% blurred
With Coronavirus maybe Impact's recording show about 6 weeks in advance wasn't a bad idea after all ?

I have been catching up on Impact Plus. I noticed a little bit of blur of fans when camera was on the announcers. Filming in advance is not best but yea it's paying off now. They have advantage of fans during their shows for now and can work on plans for the future.

I finally got to watch last weeks episode on Impact Plus. Really fun show. One thing of note, when they did the Impact Flashback they showed a match between Moose and Cody. I was there and you can see me wearing my Gladiators of Aethra t-shirt (available in the Filsinger Games store). I repped then and had planned on doing it again one day during WM week but that darn COVID-19.
Any who, I recommend checking out Impact. Even if you don't enjoy the matches ya might enjoy the comedy segments.

I've grown to like Impact Wrestling a lot. It's kind of like a "super indie" because I see a lot of their guys on other indie shows and they have local indie wrestlers on their shows quite often 👍. Though I could do with less Sammi Callahan spit... 😛

Though I could do with less Sammi Callahan spit... 😛 Yea in a way that's been their heart and soul from the beginning. They get knocked for using guys from the big leagues but for the most part they used former WWE, WCW and ECM guys mixed nicely with the young future stars. If you look around WWE and AEW a lot of their guys came thru Impact. Recently their KO division has gotten even better than it was. Yea Sami being disgusting is not my thing but it works for him. In reality I think his mouth makes a lot of saliva and he just uses it to his advantage.

While I think holding on to the ECW guys basically 20 years after the fed died is a bit much, Impact seems to have its niche and while they've fallen from where they once were, they seem comfortable where they are.

I watched this week's episode of Impact. I thought it was mostly good.
Kylie Rae is one of my favorite current women in wrestling and, speaking of women wrestlers I like, I think "The Virtuoso" Deonna Purrazzo did another good promo and I am looking forward to her debuting next week. The WWE made a mistake releasing her.
I am sort of interested in seeing what happens with Jake Crist joining Joey Ryan in Cancel Culture.
Johnny Swinger was hilarious on Locker Room Talk the way he hijacked the interview.
It was cool that this week's Flashback Moment of the Week was Bobby Lashley vs Drew Galloway from Slammiversary 2016 since Lashley and McIntyre are also wrestling each other at Backlash in 10 days from today.
One thing I did not like was the setup for the main event. I had been looking forward to Trey Miguel vs Ace Austin in the finals of the #1 Contender's Tournament and it does not make sense to have Zachary Wentz being able to substitute for Trey Miguel in the tournament finals even though someone attacked Trey in the back. That makes as much sense of something like Duke vs Kansas in the NCAA Finals but substituting UCLA for Duke right before tipoff.
I also did not care for the commentary but that is a weekly problem for me with Impact.

I wasn’t happy with the main event I think Trey is a tremendous talent and deserved that main event. Commentary does need some improvement may be the chemistry with Madison and Josh not sure. I’m also not of fan of Tessa Blanchard and the fact that she can’t defend the title. I understand why but I feel they should vacate it. Although that’s personal fetish on my judgement as I’ve not ever liked her.

Well that main event/final of the tournament was silly but now it seems it was just to have a match and end of tournament leading into the main event of Slamm. Long as Impact doesn't blow it that should be a great match.

The first Impact post Slamm was really good. I feel like EY and EC3 have already done more and come of more important than their time in WWE, EY's nXt run non withstanding. I really like how they are handling the Good Brothers. They feel like bad asses but still have a touch of comedy. They showed you can show a funny side without having to be a full on comedy act. MCMG winning the tag titles was great and made me happy. I just hope they hold them for a month or two then lose them to the Rascalz. Looking forward to see what else they have planned.
