Looking forward to people posting their results and mini match descriptions on this one most of all. I love retro GWF!!! Wouldn't want to call the winner. I remember Star Warrior, Thantos and Spike all being very strong back then (and maybe Wolf just being a level behind). Suspect the winner will be one out those four

1. Thantos b Galactic Punisher with the Masterlock - big comeback as Punisher was dominating the action
2. Mesmer b Mad Jester with an eye blinder
3. Star Warrior DQ Bishop Hell - Bishop won the out of ring exchanges but got DQ'd for Hellfire
4. Commander Sam ddq Comrade Terror (he's not Dreadnaught in 2089) - a fitting result for these two
5. Spike cor Battering Ram
6. Invincible Krakan b Lord Nexus with Falling Face Slam - Nexus injured 7 cards in a post-match attack
7. Bounty Hunter b Wolf with Ambush - Wolf missed a deathjump and Hunter finished him w/help from Guile
8. Massif b Exo-King after a headbutt

ROUND 2
1. Thantos b Mesmer with the Masterlock
2. Star Warrior advanced with a bye due to the DDQ between Sam & Comrade Terror
3. Invincible Krakan b Spike with the Falling Face Slam - pretty one-sided contest
4. Massif b Bounty Hunter with the Volcanic Drop in an excellent back & forth match

SEMI-FINALS
1. Thantos b Star Warrior with the Masterlock - how cool is this for a semi-finals match?!
2. Massif defeated Invincible Krakan with the Volcanic Drop in a good, long bout

FINALS
Massif took down Thantos with the overhead toss in a marathon bout. Both used their finishers twice, but to no avail.

I remember Massif was always head butting everybody all the time. Nice to see he hasn’t changed.

two headbutts on a card will do that. I like to have one be a regular headbutt and the other a falling or diving headbutt to change things up.

Galactic Punisher defeated Thantos with the VERDICT. Punisher dominated for awhile but Thantos made a couple of comebacks.
Mesmer defeated Mad Jester by DQ. Mad Jester was DQed for kicking too much butt.
Star Warrior defeated Bishop Hell with NOVA LAUNCH. A very back and forth match but Star Warrior came out on top.
Commander Sam defeated Comrade Terror with SAMS ATOMIC DROP. Sam dominated the entire match.
Battering Ram defeated Spike with BATTERING RAM. 2 movew was all it took. Running Clothesline, BATTERING RAM Spike was out for the count.
Lord Nexus defeated Invincible Krakan with TITAN DROP. A quick little match that had Nexus coming out on the winning side.
Bounty Hunter defeated Wolf with AMBUSH. A wild back and forth match finally won by Bounty Hunter.
Massif defeated Exo-King with a piledriver. Great big man match that eventually Massif picked up the win.

Galactic Punisher defeated Mesmer with a Punisher Smash. One giant Punisher Smash later Mesmer was out cold.
Star Warrior defeated Commander Sam with NOVA LAUNCH. Warrior dominated old Sam and finished him off with ease.
Lord Nexus defeated Battering Ram with TITAN DROP. Nexus got the duke after a good back and forth match.
Bounty Hunter defeated Massif with AMBUSH. A quick match where Massif just couldnt keep up with Bounty Hunter.

Star Warrior defeated Galactic Punisher with NOVA LAUNCH. Another quick match but Warrior comes out on top.
Bounty Hunter defeated Lord Nexus with AMBUSH. A great back and forth match that even saw Guile get involved. Finally though Hunter put Nexus away.
