If you haven't read my USWA thread lately, check it out to read my team with Marty Jannetty and Tommy Rogers--the Uptown Boys! Jannetty actually formed this team with a different Tommy Rogers in the Central States early in his career and before he teamed with Michaels. I read somewhere who that Tommy Rogers was. I think it was Tom Burton, who worked UWFI, and also worked as Mike Davis' brother Tom Davis in Global. I could be wrong as I read that a long time ago. I remembered that team name and when Fantastics' Tommy Rogers and Jannetty were both signed, I wanted to team them up at some point.

The Central States Tommy Rogers was Tommy Lane, who was in the Rock n Roll RPMs with Mike Davis. Speaking of Central States, now that the Ric McCord card is coming out, I think he'd be a good fit in a team with Jannetty.

And that's a great idea for a team!

And that's a great idea for a team! Thanks brother! There's a match out there with Ric McCord and DJ Peterson vs. The Destruction Crew from the AWA (which is no longer on YouTube, unfortunately) where McCord is decked out in full Midnight Rockers style tights. They would definitely match up well.

I know he has unfortunately passed, and I figure contacting the family would be hard, but man, I would love a DJ Peterson card!
