1) 80s set 2) a set of well known feuds. Ex. (Blassie/Tolos, Gotch/Hackenschmidt, Missing Link & Kamala/Kerry & Kevin Von Erich), SE for Skandor Akbar I think a feud set would be a great idea! Even possibly including feuding opponents for people already in color, like Santana for Valentine (The first real feud I got into), or Bret Hart (please, please!) for Curt Hennig... Maybe even Bruno for Zbyszko! (Now I'm all excited...)

I just want more sets.
The theme doesn't matter to me at all ,really.
I've never really had any desire to do an "All-80s Fed" or a "WWF Fed" or anything like that, though I can understand how it can appeal to others.
I put whatever cards I want to use into my fed, era, or theme be damned. I like using the cards/wrestlers that I like using.
I've never had any problems justifying wrestlers from different eras or regions or whatever together. It's just not something that I think about much, I guess.
I will say, though, that while newly-signed talents are great to see and all that, I'd rather not wait 20 years to get all the old B&W guys (and gals) converted if we can help it.
I realize, of course, that these are all just my opinions and that anybody is free to disagree or think I'm an idiot for playing the way I play but... that's fine. We all have our own specific areas of interest and it makes for more interesting (and fun) interactions here on the boards. If we all agreed about every little thing all the time I think some of us might get bored.
All that being said? I'm gonna buy everything that comes out so maybe my viewpoint isn't really all that valid. Your mileage may vary.
Have a great day, y'all.

So it almost sounds like instead of theme a little bit of everything would be preferred over a theme. Some vintage, some recent, some updates boom new set

Honestly, I prefer theme to hodgepodge sets. We'll have plenty of time for the latter once the big stuff is done.

As we get more and more b&w cards updated to color it will start to get harder to make a theme. There's nothing wrong with making the best set possible out of the 8, 10, or however many cards that you can regardless of where and when they wrestled.
