I enjoyed reading the results for Wrestlemania. Grant, are you going to post the results for XWF matches here too? I only played about 10 XWF cards and then fizzled out. Extreme rasslin' isn't my bag. I could if there was interest but they aren't spectacular, just wins/losses. Maybe I can add them in to this thread.  |

Annoyed rude walked over and asked why a loser like Perfect, who failed to with the WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP at Wrestlemania was being interviewed. Perfect said anytime Rude would like to wrestle he's willing and able. Rude challenged Perfect to a chain match in September. Perfect agreed and the match was signed.
GUEST #2 - THE ROAD WARRIORS - The ROAD WARRIORS came out and MIDNIGHT EXPRESS immediately interrupted asking why they weren't being interviewed as they were the current champs. Apter mentioned that DiBiase always has Virgil ringside who interferes in his matches and this infuriated DiBiase who stormed off and left.
GUESTS #2 - WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS - MIDNIGHT EXPRESS - The MIDNIGHT EXPRESS came out with Jim Cornette and stated that they may as well retire the champions as they've beaten everyone in GOLDEN STATE WRESTLING. ROAD WARRIORS d. DREAM TEAM via pinfall when Road Warrior Hawk covered Brutus Beefcake after the DOOMSDAY DEVICE.
After the match, Animal shoved Valentine off the apron. He tumbled to the floor and was knocked out. The ROAD WARRIORS then went berserk on Beefcake, repeatedly hitting him with the DOOMSDAY DEVICE. Officials and wrestlers from the back were finally able to get them to stop and as medics tended to Beefcake and Valentine, Paul Ellering grabbed the mic.
ELLERING: Midnight Express, you've been shooting your mouth off about how there's no competition for you in GOLDEN STATE WRESTLING! Well, the ROAD WARRIORS are here and we're coming for our titles! Oh, and just so you can't say that we're not worthy, we're going to destroy all the other tag teams in GOLDEN STATE WRESTLING until all that's left is you and us! Got it!
The ROAD WARRIORS left the ring. Beefcake was taken out on a stretcher and is reported to be Moderate Injury that'll keep him out for 6 cards.

The KILLER BEES challenged the MIDNIGHT EXPRESS to a match right then, but Cornette said they didn't make the rules around GOLDEN STATE WRESTLING and couldn't just demand a title shot when they wanted. B. Brian Blair grabbed Cornette and ripped his jacket off which started a brawl that carried up into the ring! Cornette was so furious he grabbed a mic...

MIDNIGHT EXPRESS d. KILLER BEES via pinfall when Stan Lane covered B. Brian Blair after the ROCKET LAUNCHER. - This was an AMAZING match! Definitely a Match Of The Year Candidate! SO many near falls! DIBIASE: That is what I'm proposing.

They pick him up and race gets on top of Apter's interview table. Bundy and Rude hand the lifeless DiBiase up to him and he delivers a devastating piledriver through the table. The three of them continue to pound on DiBiase. Suddenly Virgil is here! The three turn their attack on him and he's being beat down until suddenly Mr. Perfect is here helping Virgil! DIBIASE: Now I don't have to tell you how important this match is to me gentleman. It's imperative that you win.
DUGGAN: Look tough guy! This match has got nothing to do with making sure your sorry butt stays in GOLDEN STATE WRESTLING.
PERFECT: Yeah, I could care less if you leave or get your title shot! My reason for joining your team was to get my hands on Rick Rude.
DUGGAN: And I'm only here to clobber that skunk Bundy with my 2x4!
DIBIASE: I understand, you have your vendettas and that's fine. But perhaps this will help...
(VIRGIL produces two wads of cash. DUGGAN swipes one wad.)
DUGGAN: I'll take your cash tough guy, but I could care less if you're around tomorrow. Hoooooooo!
(Duggan stomps off. Mr. Perfect chews his gum for a second and gets in DiBiase's face.)
PERFECT: Keep your cash. We'll win tonight. you'll get your title shot and then you better win to make this all worth it. And if you do indeed become the champ at DESTRUCTION in October, Your first title defense is against me. Got it.

PATRICK: Good evening everyone and welcome to another great night of GOLDEN STATE WRESTLING Action!

PATRICK: Well the year is winding down and we have only a month left until the our next big supercard DESTRUCTION!
(CROWD CHEERS.)
PATRICK: There's some great matches brewing for this momentous event! The WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP will be one the line as King Harley Race defends the belt against The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase.
(CROWD CHEERS.)
PATRICK: Also on the bill we will see the WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS defend their belts against THE ROAD WARRIORS!
(CROWD CHEERS.)
PATRICK: Also, over the past few weeks we've seen some feuds building and those feuds will be settled in the ring at DESTRUCTION. One is "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan vs. King Kong Bundy. Recently King Kong Bundy has stated that "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan could never knock him off his feat with the FLYING SPEAR. So their match at DESTRUCTION will now be a FINISHER MATCH, where in order to win, a wrestler must use his finisher to pin their opponent!
(CROWD CHEERS.)
PATRICK: Also brewing recently has been the feud between "Ravishing" Rick Rude and Mr. Perfect! These two will face each other at DESTRUCTION and it has been ruled that the match will be a FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH.
(CROWD CHEERS.)
PATRICK: But let's talk about tonight. I wanted to mix things up tonight and so I have declared that we will mix things up a bit and have what I'm calling ACTS OF VENGEANCE matches. Tonight, "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, King Kong Bundy, Mr. Perfect and "Ravishing" Rick Rude will be in action but they won't be stepping into the ring with their adversaries! For tonight only they will be swapping adversaries! So King Kong Bundy will face Mr. Perfect and "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan will tangle with "Ravishing" Rick Rude!
(CROWD CHEERS.)
PATRICK: We'll have a great tag team match on the bill tonight as well in addition to an ALL CHAMPION edition of BILL APTER'S HOT SEAT! So let's get it started with our first match...

(The champs sauntered out with JIM CORNETTE and BOBBY HEENAN in tow. HEENAN grabbed the mic from APTER.)
HEENAN: All you huminoids out there better avert your eyes from the screen. The lights bouncing off this gold will burn out your retinas, right Jimmy!
CORNETTE: Oh you aren't kidding Bobby. You're looking at the three most dominant men in the sport today! The MIDNIGHT EXPRESS, WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS. King Harley Race, the King of professional wrestling, the HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD! It does NOT get any better than this.
HEENAN: Not only that Jimmy, you cannot find any more TRUE champions anywhere. These are champions who haven't ducked anyone or used DQs or Countouts to retain their titles. These are champs who have face ANY challenge that has headed their way and the day after DESTRUCTION, these three men will still have their belts!
(CORWD BOOS. Suddenly, COMMISSIONER PATRICK comes out on the set.)
PATRICK: I have to admit you three are very worthy champions, never ducking any challenge.
HEENAN: You're a quick learner aren't you?
PATRICK: Listen Heenan, Cornette, if your men are truly championship material, how's about we have a little exhibition match on the next Monday Night Mayhem.
CORNETTE: You make whatever match you want, just make it non-title.
PATRICK: Oh it'll be non title, I just want to give the fans some action! So how about this, a three man tag team match with one team consisting of the three men here, Race & The MIDNIGHT EXPRESS against a three man team consisting of your opponents for DESTRUCTION, Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase & THE ROAD WARRIORS.
HEENAN: That's fine, we relish the opportunity to destroy those mongrels before they even get to DESTRUCTION! Sign it Patrick! It's on!

MIDNIGHT EXPRESS and King Harley Race d. ROAD WARRIORS and Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase via DQ when a wild brawl erupted - This match barely got started before it all broke down into a wild brawl. It took all the wrestlers in the locker room to separate these six men! When the wrestlers were finally separated, Commissioner Patrick grabbed the mic.
PATRICK: I knew it! I knew it'd end this way! There's enough bad blood in this ring that I want to end it all at DESTRUCTION! EXPRESS, you're facing the ROAD WARRIORS for the tag titles. Since you like brawling outside the ring so much, it's now a HARDCORE TITAN DEATH MATCH!
(CROWD CHEER!)
PATRICK: And Race, I'm beginning to think that you actually can't win a match unless you have help! So at DESTRUCTION, it's you and DiBiase one on one in a Steel Cage! There will be a winner!
