Yeah, I tried to get your attention with the title of the thread. Well, I'm finally taking Swarm's advice: "It's up to you, Promot..." I'm going to mix b&w and color. I'm going to use online and tabletop; no use pigeonholin' myself. Stats are stats. Fun is fun. Some of these cards may not see color or online; time to take the power back from my OCD. It feels good, friends! Have you broken the chains, or are you strictly color? Now, will I use bootlegs? Here we go again!

As one of the stat creators, I would say mix them. Color stats might be more accurate due to more video being available, but there shouldn't be a huge difference between card strength in color vs. b&W.

The main reason I decided to stick with color (for now) in my new Legends fed was more as a way to feel like I was starting fresh and with more limitations. I had gotten so far behind in my old fed that I felt like, in order to continue with that fed, I would have SO many new sets tempting me to dump new talent into the pool. I also hadn't really posted my results so I wanted to start posting the new fed from the very beginning.
It's completely fine to mix B&W and color. I know it will happen in my fed at some point. Timber needs to see some time on my Saturday Night show.

I’ll be mixing until everyone gets a color update, and we know some may not. Also, there are black and white cards where I prefer the artwork to the colour too- Randy Savage, Al Snow, Randy Rose for starters so I like to swap around a little

As someone who mainly plays with 80s WWF guys, I have to mix color and B&W and probably will be for a while.

Wait ... why wouldn't you mix them? Are we not supposed to? I started on B&W and added color when got the new cards.

I went strictly color for a while but then I looked back and realized all the great wrestlers and matchups I was missing out on. I am back to mixing and it's been great.

I'm only using color. I didn't collect the B&W sets and color was a good place for me to jump on.
Aside from that, I do like the artwork consistency. Not only color, but I like that Werner does all the art.
Thirdly, I actually like the idea of starting with less and having more limitations, then being excited for new releases to gradually expand. It's like being a kid and waiting for a new wave of action figures to release in the store.
This doesn't mean that I won't ever use a B&W if there's a card in particular that I want, but right now I like just using color.

I wonder what will happen if the artist ever changes and Werner no longer does the art? Everyone’s OCD will go into overdrive!
