The spikes, the weapon, and the mention of "new world order", leads me to think it's Dreggs. Methinks you're right. Although, is it just me, or does the Warden bear a resemblance to one Kenny Omega, or at least an older version of him? Hmmmm.....  (just kidding....well, mostly!) After staring at the Warden art next to the Kenny Omega art last night I’ve come to the conclusion it’s the bangs and the slight head tilt. Now I see it too you bastards! Lol
