RIP Tough Tom. Didn't have the opportunity to chat on a personal level, but appreciated his presence at the Con. Thoughts go out for all his loved ones.

Thanks for sharing. Looks like 2 hours in they are already half way to the goal. The indie wrestling community seems to always come together when someone that means alot to the community is in need.

Saw this on Twitter about Tom and I thought everyone would enjoy it. Tom was actually rolled into the ring during this match by Punk. Chris Sabin turned around and Tom was there instead of Punk and Sabin almost broke character.

The indie wrestling community seems to always come together when someone that means alot to the community is in need. This is so true. I do not consider myself part of the Indy community but I do have some strong friends in it. Today I got in the worst traffic accident in my life (I was going about 10 mph and the other vehicle was going about 50 MPH.) I got hit hard and my truck might be totaled. After making sure the other driver was OK, I called my friend Alex who works at PWG but lives here in Las Vegas and told him what happened and he responded he was on his way to come get me. After answering all the questions from the police and getting my disabled truck towed away, we offered the other driver a ride home- but the other driver actually lives in the same complex as me- so I whispered to Alex to drop the other guy off first because I did not want him to know where I live and Alex drove into the complex acting like he had never been there before saying things like "this place is nice" and "you have security" even though he has been here many times before to pick me up for shows- he did this today to help me out. Another friend Ofi (Willie Mack's girlfriend) texted me today to ask if I was OK from today's accident. Some of my best friends in the world are ones associated with Indy wrestling. I wish I could have met Tough Tom, he was one of my favorites here to talk to before his sudden passing.
