Bruiser Brody/Mulligan match sounded wild! I remember watching old videos of Brody matches that had the entire ten rows if seats clear out...that was wild!
Roadies dethroned!!!! And by the least expected team!!!!

I know this will be seen as sacrilege nigh even heresy by some, but those two war painted individuals were always my favorites of the war painted individuals by far. Ha! Mine as well, my friend... Without a doubt! Great to see Mulligan and Brody tearing down the house... And I think it's always a bit of a shocker anytime the Roadies actually lose a match (except for a decision here and there to a team with the word 'Express' as part of their name)... Let's see just how long the Playboy & the Redhead can hold onto those belts... Good times!

Couple upsets there and I enjoyed them both. Keep those dice dizzy. Mornin TTX! I hear ya - one even more unbelievable than the other. I used to call Bastien and Rose the "Troubled Tag Team" because they always put up a good effort but never sealed the deal - let alone EVER grabbed the tag straps. Bastien used to always try to tag out but Rose would never tag in i.e. no 2 - 6 rolls. I used to picture Rose saying to Bastien, "This isn't the right moment...Patience...You've got em right where we want em"...or something like that. And now they're World Champions. I don't care how they do it - by hook by crook by schnook - I hope they can figure it out and put together a long title reign. Up next this morning is Card 12 the biggie. Crowning of The World Champion. Always grateful you and the girls are at the shows!

And by the least expected team!!!! Mornin' Thomas (TK)! Brody / Mulligan was a real barn burner they fought outside the ring as much as inside. This one had a minor evacuation for sure. When Playboy Buddy Rose clamped on his Half Boston Crab and it was going to get the job done I remembered thinking - is this really happening? Then when The Road Warriors couldn't make the save it was awesome. This team of Bastien & Rose have come close many times but never captured gold before. I hope the reign for a long time. A thousand thank you's my friend for being in the seats!

Our favorite war painters will eventually be joined by two more down the road - some of them wear spikes too but the whole group of them really just spells utter disaster for their opponents - I'd say. Lets hope The Playboy and The Redhead make the greatest Odd Couple tag team of all time. Always grateful brother!

Disaster indeed!

What a heartbreaking loss for The Mountie... If only his GIGANTIC partner had been able to carry his fair share of the burden... Ugh!
