Glad people like the website so far. We basically had 3 goals with it:
1. A better shopping experience for all customers
2. Mobile friendliness
3. Easy for new players to find information and try out the game.
I think those of you that have bought multiple items so far will agree that #1 has held true. But we still have a way to go to further improve the store. This of course includes adding all the online products, which will happen in August.
For new players expect some more enhancements to the get started page, with some free pdf downloads to try out all the games.
With the new website, we have also enhanced the backend systems, including email marketing. So expect to see some regular Filsinger Games newsletter emails in the coming months.
Of course if you have suggestions for further enhancements to the website please let me know.

Loved the new look to the website and the store. Still looking at all the features, but I definitely liked how organized it is now.

Ordered the latest drop from Filsinger Games last night through the new store...smooth!
I would love to see with the entries on the editions listed in the store "a release date" - purely a personal thing, as that would help me know if I needed to comb my memory (or bug the Tournament Master) to remember if I ordered it. Again, nothing crucial, but a nicety.

I really like the new layout of the site, but I was wondering when the Online store was getting updated. Because some of the things aren't listed there, and I have to hunt the boards for a link the last couple of times I ordered.

So I placed an order earlier this week and got an email that is was completed Thursday afternoon. I was hoping it would arrive early next week. I was so happy to come home from work today and discovered kt arrived already. A nice surprise after a long day.

Tournament Master sent me a package this week that was scheduled to arrive on Friday but it instead arrived early last night/Thursday night (I think because my mail delivery is so late in the day- sometimes after 7 PM.) |
