2125.01.01 – Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Deimos Perennial

This is my return to COTG after several years of focusing on LOW and Indy Feds.  This is the largest roster I have managed in some time.  Any tips or feedback is always appreciated.  

Commissioner Sly Drury is in the ring and brings out Co-Commissioner Aethran Overmaster to declare the Aethran Minister of War the number one contender for the Galaxian Heavyweight Title. Drury then announces that tonight’s main event will be a triple threat match to determine who will face Aethran Overmaster on the first GWF Warzone card to determine the new Galaxian Heavyweight Champion. The participants in the main event are Havoc, Endgame and Encubus! Drury adds that he is far too busy this evening in his role as Commissioner to participate in the main event but he will be keeping a close eye on match.

Rush & Turmoil w/Strafe def. Ultimate Fighters (Clinch & Shoot) w/Dark Menace to win the Galaxian Tag Team Titles
This match was off the charts with intensity from the outset to the finish. It was back and forth until Shot and Turmoil collided to in a huge double clothesline spot leading to Shoot locking in TAPPED OUT as the Gladiator was regaining his feet. A rope break kept the action going. Rush turned the momentum but could not get the win after THE TEMPEST! on Rush. The Fighters made a tag but the Gladiators were all over Clinch as well. CHAOS IN THE CROWD rocked ringside and the pin save was blocked but Clinch just lifted a shoulder. He kicked out after ADRELALINE RUSH and after TOTAL TURMOIL. The Gladiators looked stunned and Turmoil missed a frog splash turning the momentum. Turmoil power out of TAPPED OUT by Shoot. It is back and forth again and they go to the floor. Strafe distracts the referee allowing Turmoil to send Clinch hard into the rails. Shoot saves his partner after a TRIPLE SUICIDE and then Rush connects with a Springboard Decapitator but Menace distracts the referee and the action continues. The Fighter makes a strong comeback. Deadly shadows downs Rush and Shoot comes off the top with a deathjump. Rush counters with a powerslam and gets the three count to win the gold.

There is a stage set up and Sly Drury joins Abroz and Dialectas to commence the draft for The Infinity Challenge. Dialectas wins the coin toss and gets with his first selection picks U.S. Male. Abroz counters with Zygon. Dialectas looks pleased knowing his what his next pick will be Thraxx but Drury has a trick up his sleeve and announces that the draft will be a snake draw and Abroz can make his second pick right now. Dialectas is anything but happy as Dialectas takes Thraxx and declares Frontal Assault his first official tag team.

Coven Black def. Ensor by count-out
The pace was very quick from the beginning with neither gaining the upper hand. Ensor stepped up his attack and hit an ERUPTION OF THARSIS for a big near fall. Things became more intense when Black cracked Ensor with a chair across the back earning great heat. Ensor was nearly counted out but drew on the support of the fans to get back into the match leading to a second ERUPTION OF THARSIS. Black kicks out again and the fans thought it was over. Black avoids a deathjump and the action is back and forth. Ensor gets slammed off the top but kicks out after a Death Valley Driver. Ensor takes control but Black counter back and hit s a top rope elbow that sends the action to the floor. They brawl on the apron and Ensor backdrops his opponent back into the ring just as the referee reaches the ten count. The action continues after the bell but Black quickly escapes into ringside with the victory in hand.

Abroz and Dialectas return to the stage with Sly Drury. Dialectas has the mic and while everyone expects him to take American Guy to join U.S. Male, he does not. Shann-Ra is his second selection and Malkuth is his third. Abroz has the floor and counters picking She-Devil as his third member before claiming American Guy for his team, breaking up Stars & Stripes.

Phantasy & Sultana def. Strafe & Mother Superior
Superior is cut off early on but gets out of trouble catching Sultana with a sucker punch on the floor. Strafe tags in and hits Sultana with GROUND ZERO and gets the pinfall just like that.

Sly Drury returns to the stage with Abroz & Dialectas for another round of selections. Dialectas selects Oracle next in a surprize move. He then selects Panther Warrior. He declares Leaders of the Pack as his official tag team. Abroz is not to be outdone and locks up tag team specialist Tristan with his next pick and then completes his women’s roster with Deadliest.

Interplanetary Title Tournament – Round One

Paganax def. Swarm
Swarm gets out early trouble when he knocks Paganax from the top of the corner to the floor. That was only the first of multiple momentum changes in this back and forth classic. Swarm survives PAGAN VOID with a strong kick out that keeps the fans engaged. Swarm uses a Hornet’s Sting to get the advantage and his flurry leads to a VENOMOUS STINGER but not the win. Paganax comes back and locks in a Rings of Fire for the submission victory.

The Infinity Challenge selections continued with Dialectas picking Tricks. He then declares Tricks and Oracle will be his second tag team. Vidtek is added to his team. Abroz is up next and he selects Bloodline declaring the Bloodline will team with Tristan. Then he adds to his singles roster with Mantis.

Tauran def. Encubus
This was a complete squash that shocked many. Tauran controlled from the opening bell and caught Encubus with a Top Rope Exploder Slam followed the Equuleus Sharpshooter for the submission (snake eyes!)

The stage is raised and Sly Drury welcomes Dialectas and Abroz back to the spot light for selections. Dialectas is quick to pick The Betrayer as he is next selection followed by Nitro. Abroz picks Tanck and then Gryt back to back.

Patch def. Payback by disqualification.
This is back and forth and in and out of the ring as you would expect with these two in the ring. Patch bounces Payback’s face off the ringside table and also sends him hard into the guardrails at one point. Payback turns things around during a brawl on the floor but when the referee steps in to restore order, Payback shoves the official to the floor and is bounced from the tournament. Both men continue to brawl after the match and officials need to pull them apart.

The final round of The Infinity Challenge selections is next. Dialectas completes his team with the selection of the Rotunda the Fat Lady and finally takes Scimitar. With just one wrestler left in the pool, Plethador joins Abroz’s team. Sly Drury has another surprize for Dialectas and Abroz announcing that the first match of the Infinity Challenge will take place tonight as the five singles competitors from each team will meet in a ten-man tag team encounter!

Paralyze def. Anivar by disqualification.
This one is over before it really gets going. The action goes to the floor almost immediately and Anivar reverses a whip sending the Gladiator into the ring rails and the official, clearly aware of the potential for mayhem with these two in the ring, calls for the quick disqualification. Anivar gets a couple of licks in before wisely retreating to the back.

American Guy, Mantis, Plethador, Tanck & Gryt def. Nitro, Vidtek, Scimitar, U.S. Male & The Betrayer
The action is back and forth until Scimitar gets cut off for a stretch but manages to kick out of a cover twice. Tags are made but Betrayer catches Tanck with BLACK BETRAYAL and back to back All Fall Down. A sucker punch on the floor leads to Gryt tagging into the match. Betrayer makes the ropes to escape a STRONGMAN STRETCH. American Guy tags himself into the match and crushes Betrayer with AMERICAN FIREPOWER for the pin.

Interplanetary Title Tournament Semi Finals

Paganax def. Tauran
Tauran gets another quick start using his agility to keep things moving and forcing his opponent to be on the defensive. Paganax finally stopes Tauran sending him into the rails… hard. PAGAN VOID nearly ends it. Twice Paganax drops Tauran onto the rails throat first and the fans are livid. Tauran counters and executes a superplex. Paganax escapes a Tauran Super Grip but Tauran stays on him. Paganax lands a sucker punch but he cannot capitalize as Tauran controls the pace. A Top Rope Exploder Slam forced Paganax to the floor. That is where the match takes a final turn as Paganax gets the best of a wild brawl and then connects with an Eruption Choke Slam. Paganax locks in Rings of Fire for the submission.

Patch def. Paralyze w/Strafe.
The early story in this one was Patch frustrating his much more powerful foe leading to a TORTURE RACK that Paralyze easily gets out of. Patch goes back to the hold a second time and in a shocker is thorough to the finals of the tournament.

Retribution def. Nosfera in a Hardcore Titan Death Match.
This was complete mayhem. Nosfera controls the early action after a series of low blow and Panic in the Streets. It then it looks like he may go after the fans but Retribution saves the fans and the brawling starts. Retribution batters Nosfera into a bloody mess including a shot to the skull with a Vid Monitor. Omen saves Nosfera from a MYTH BUSTER. They battle to the outside of the arena and a space roamer windscreen is smashed by Nosfera’s battered body. Back to the ring, Retribution wears out Nosfera with a chair and then executes a gutbuster drop for the pin.

Interplanetary Title Tournament - finals

Paganax def. Patch to win the Interplanetary Title
Paganax carries the early offensive attack leading to PAGAN VOID. Patch narrowly avoids defeat but continues to be on the defensive of the match. Patch survives a Rings of Fire but the Primal Scream connects and gives the Rouge Gallery the Interplanetary Championship.

Havoc def. Endgame & Hector the Brown Bear in a Tirion Triple Threat Match.
The action starts at a quick pace. Havoc looks unbeatable early on punishing Endgame with a pair of Gothic Tomb Spikes. Hector gets the advantage after a wild three-way brawl on the floor. Hector cannot maintain any momentum against Endgame. Endgame takes out Hector with a deathjump and then connects with an ULTIMA LEAP on Havoc. Hector makes the save. Hector and Havoc battle with Havoc gaining the advantage. Havoc goes after Endgame with a Whiplash Clothesline and a Gothic Tomb Spike. Things became a wild three-way brawl and Hector gets backdropped to the floor. Endgame controls against Havoc but Havoc counters with a stun gun and lands a rope hung DDT and FALLEN DREAMS. Hector makes the save. Hector is all over Endgame including Wicked Games. Endgame gets tossed to the floor and Havoc battles Hector. Havoc covers after a Whiplash Clothesline but Endgame breaks up the cover. All three men are exchanging blows. Hector and Endgame exchange in a classic battle. Havoc steps up against Endgame but cannot find the upper hand. Havoc catches Endgame with double knee in the corner and then hits a running punt to the skull. Gothic Tomb Spike. Havoc then connects with second Gothic Tomb Spike. The referee counts three and Havoc is the top contender.

Sly Drury comes out and “congratulates” Havoc on his victory before being joined by Aethran Overmaster who announces a Co-Commissioner, he has decided that the match for the Galaxian Title will be right now!

Aethran Overmaster def. Havoc to win the Galaxian Title.
Havoc put it all the line early and often but he just did not have enough left in the tank after participating in the Triple Threat Match. Havoc gained a pair of near falls off of defensive counters but as the match progressed, the Aethran Minister of War began to take control using a pair of Revolutionary Spears and a Overmaster Overhead Toss. Overmaster finally executed REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER (6) to claim the victory. The Dark Menace was unable to cause a distraction but did manage to drag an unconscious Havoc from the ring.

A quick Sleeper Cell question.... is the idea that the Sleeper Cell only interferes on the Anivar mechanic or does Dark Menace send the Cell into action as he sees fit?

2125.02.02 – Io Coliseum, Jupiter, GWF Warzone

The show opens with Sly Drury in the ring welcoming us to this year’s first GWF Warzone. Drury immediately starts hyping tonight’s event but in interrupted by the entire Covert Operations team. The security squad is quick for form a perimeter around the Commissioner. Havoc demands a rematch with Galaxian Heavyweight Champion Aethran Overmaster and this time, Havoc won’t have already competed in a triple threat match and will leave with the gold. Drury Havoc that unfortunately all the spots on tonight’s card are already full but he can have his rematch at the upcoming Cosmic Clash event. Dark Menace pushes for a title match tonight just like Drury told the fans at The Perennial event but Drury instead offers Menace a Galaxian Tag Team Title for the Ultimate Fighters at the next GWF Warzone.

Abroz & Dialectas come out to a mixed reaction and take seats at ringside. This week’s Infinity Challenge matches will open the show.

Leaders of the Pack (Malkuth & Panther Warrior) def. Frontal Assault (Thraxx and Zygon) by count-out.
The Animen came to fight tonight and immediately cut off Zygon from his corner. Panther Warrior stepped the offence with a slingshot plancha that send Zygon hard into the rails. Zygon continued to take a beating and only a pin save from Thraxx kept the action going after a LORD OF THE POUNCE from Malkuth. The King of the Jungle then rocked ringside with an incredible springboard moonsault to the floor that flattened Zygon who could not regain the ring before the ten count.

Abroz & Dialectas appear to be discussing arrangements for a rematch between these two teams while going over their match schedules.

Gryt def. Vidtek
Vidtek taunted his opponent before the bell about how he was going to torment Rotunda The Fat Lady the entire 2025 season and this only fired up Gryt who dominated this one from bell to bell. Vidtek needed a rope break to escape the STRONGMAN STRETCH (three times during the match) before Gryt put him away with a Might Body Slam for the pin. After the match, Rotunda joins her man in the ring for some loving.

The Betrayer & Cirque D'horreur (Oracle & Tricks) def. Mantis & Heroes Lineage (Bloodline & Tristan)
Mantis and The Betrayer started things off and the action went to the floor where Betrayer landed a spectacular dive to the floor. Mantis just beat the count out but Oracle was waiting from him (as if he knew what was going to happen) with a Clairvoyant Nerve Grip for the submission.

Abroz and Dialectas are show departing with Dialectas happy about his 8 – 7 lead after two events.

Symbiosis def. Swarm
The action was intense from start to finish in his feud match. Swarm dominated early on picking up several near falls and managing to knock the symbiote from the back of his foe. Symbiosis made an impressive comeback and controlled most of the action in the later half of the match. Swarm kicked out after three EVENT HORIZON finishers. The match went to the floor several times late in the bout and Swarm taste the rails and was busted open. Symbiosis then finished the match with a fourth EVENT HORIZON leaving Swarm in a bloody heap in the middle of the ring.

Tauran def. Bishop Hell
There was lots of curiosity heading into this match about Bishop Hell but Tauran put Hell on the defensive immediately with his speed and never let up. Hell went for a charge to the corner but Tauran steps aside and rolled up Hell for a big near fall after Hell collided with the corner. Tauran then nailed a VICTORY STAR DROP (6) and picked up the three count. Hell complained that his shoulder was up (the reply was inconclusive) but the decision stands and Tauran left victorious.

Payback def. Patch in a Titan Death Match
This was insane. Both men took things to the extreme. Patch to a beating early on including a pair of table splashes that left ringside full of debris and both men feeling the affects. Patch came back making liberal use of a chair and Payback was a bloody mess. Payback missed an EXVENGE but did hit a Payback Time to keep the momentum in his favour. In the end, Payback’s second attempt of EXVENGE landed and gave him the win. Both men can barely make it back to the dressing room after the match.

Promo for the next GWF Warzone featuring the Gladiators putting the Galaxian Tag Team Title on the line against Ultimate Fighters in the main event. Plus, Federation Defense Fighters Members Endgame, Tauran and Retribution battle Rouges Gallery members Interplanetary Champion Paganax, Bishop Hell & Nestera in six man tag team action and Galaxian Champion Aethran Overmaster teams with Paralyze to take on Hovac & Anivar!

Strafe def. Mother Superior & Phantasy in a Tirion Triple Threat Match to win the Galaxian Women’s Title.
The action was back and forth and featured plenty of pin saves from all the participants. Each competitor had opportunity to win but could not get the three count before the pin save was made. Phantasy was pushed off the top by Mother Superior at one point and was sent crashing to the floor. Later, Phantasy took flight over the top with a slingshot plancha sending Strafe into the guardrails. The finish came when Superior sent Strafe into the corner but the Gladiator caught Superior with a double knee and then executed an impressed GROUND ZERO to claim the title. Sly Drury come to the ring to present the title belt to Strafe but is quickly pushed aside by the Gladiators and Co-Commissioner Aethran Overmaster present the new champion with the belt. The only title not under Gladiator rule is the Interplanetary Title.

We Run This Fed (Sly Drury & Encubus) def. Cerebral Assassins (Thantos & Hector The Holy Brown Bear)
The fans were psyched for this one and it was clear that Sly Drury wanted no part of Hector from the outset and Encubus carried the weight for his team early on. Hector found himself in trouble and then Drury was quick to tag into the match and get his shots in. He landed a deathjump and then CRIME LORD to claim the win.

2025.03.03 – Europa Garden, Jupiter, GWF Warzone

Abroz & Dialectas are already seated at ringside so we are going directly to the action tonight as we open with matches from the Infinity Challenge

Rotunda def. Deadliest of the Species by disqualification.
These ladies battled for a considerable amount of time as neither competitor was able to get the victory. It was back and forth for the most part throughout the match. Deadlist managed to lock on a PURIFICATION (a standing version) but the size of Rotunda allows her to power out. Twice Rotunda is nearly counted out after runs into the ring post and ring rails but she regained the ring and actually picked up a near fall of her own after a Two Ton Turnbuckle Trap. There was some controversy half way through the match when the referee was knocked down. Deadliest showed her frustration and took a chair to Rotunda on the floor and the referee would have none of it.

Tanck def. Scimitar by disqualification
Scimitar had the fans rocking by his surprising early offence that kept his opponent on the defensive. Tanck powered back at ringside and used TANCKED but Scimitar kicked out at the last second and the fans exploded. Scimitar Chest Chops did some damage and both men ended up brawling of the floor. Tanck avoided a karate kick which struck the referee by mistake. The action carried on but when the official regained their feet, they disqualified Scimitar.

She Devil def. Shann-Ra
These two competitors know each other well and it showed as they got down to business almost immediately at a quick back and forth pace. Ra picked up a near fall after a Swinging Neckbreaker and Devil came back with a top rope huracanrana that rocked the fans and Ra for a near fall of her own. Ra nearly ended it with a Huntress Claw but Devil made the ropes to keep the action going which allowed Devil to land her CANNONBALL CLOTHESLINE that turned Ra inside out and lead to the pinfall.

After trading controversial disqualifications, Abroz walks away with a 13-10 lead in the challenge. All the competitors in the Infinity Challenge have made at least one appearance after three rounds.

Covan Black & Ensor battled to a no contest in a Hydra Lumberjack Match
Black came to the ring with his fellow members of the Rouge’s Gallery and Sly Drury while Ensor was supported by the Federation Defense Fighters & Hector The Holy Brown Bear. Ensor grabbed the immediate advantage and connected with his finisher ERUPTION OF THARISIS not once but three times in a row. Only Paganax pulling the official out of the ring kept the match going and turned the momentum. Black used Bite of the Vampire to set up DIAMOND EYES but Ensor was saved when the referee was once again pulled out of the ring, this time by Hector The Holy Brown Bear. Ensor regained control of the match but the action was extremely chaotic as the lumberjacks continued to be involved. At one point, Bishop Hell jumped Ensor from behind causing Ensor to actually chase him around the ring. Black was in control and forced Ensor to his regroup with his allies on the floor but the Rouges Gallery had other ideas and started a wild brawl that spread into the ring. The official had not choice but to throw the match out.

Looking ahead to the next Warzone, Paganax will put the Interplanetary Title on the line against Tauran in the main event. Plus, Patch and Payback in a Cygnus Adamantium First Match and Thantos battles Encubus one on one.

Mother Superior def. Sultana in a Number One Contender Match
What a match. Sultana dominated early on with her power attack and nearly put Superior away several times only to have Superior kick out at the last second raising the anticipation at ringside each time. Superior started her come back avoiding a charge into the corner and rolling up Sultana for a one count. Superior dominated much of the second half of the lengthy contest including feel my pain and MOTHER OF DESTRUCTION but could not get the win. Both women went back and forth late in the match. Sultana went for a gusterbuster drop but Superior countered it with her agility and transition into a Superior Sharpshooter to get the submission.

We get a preview of Cosmic Clash (Card 2025.05.05).
Galaxian Title Match – Aethran Overmaster (ch) v. Havoc
Galaxian Women’s Title Match – Strafe v. Mother Superior

Plus, Galaxian Tag Team and Interplanetary Title Matches

Endgame, Retribution and Tauran def. Bishop Hell, Paganax & Nosfera w/Omen by disqualification.
This one was over before it really started as Retribution and Nosfera squared off at the bell and after a brief exchange the action spilled out side where Nosfera walloped Retribution with a chair shot. The referee called for the bell as all six man battled until officials arrived to break things up.

Galaxian Champion Aethran Overmaster & Paralyze w/Strafe def. Anivar & Havoc w/The Dark Menace by disqualification.
Just the sight of the Gladiators has the fans nervous and the intensity between the competitors does not help. Both sides are able to make frequent tags and the fans are treated to some great back and forth battles early on. Overmaster gets cut off from his corner for a stretch and Havoc & Anivar work well together. The momentum turns and now it was Havoc who was in trouble. Paralyze crushed Havoc with a HEART TRANSPLANT but Havoc was able to kick out. PERMAMENTLY PARALYZED followed. The Dark Menace made a jester and suddenly Sleeper Cell hit the ring and attacked the Gladiators. It is mayhem. Rush & Turmoil arrive to assist but before they can arrive, the Cell take out Paralyze at the knee with a metal rod. When the dust settles, Paralyze can barely stand.

Ultimate Fighters (Clinch & Shoot) w/Dark Menace def. Rush & Turmoil w/Strafe def. to win the Galaxian Tag Team Titles
Sly Drury comes to the ring before the bell and speaks briefly with the official and the fans can smell a rat. This was an incredible brutal encounter that was dominated by the Gladiators who unleashed their fury on the challengers from the opening bell. Shoot saved Clinch mid way through the match after ADRENALINE RUSH and later Clinch saved his partner after CHAOS IN THE CROWD. The timely distraction from Dark Menace kept Clinch from being counted out after a power bomb to the floor by Rush. In crowd popping moment, Clinch just manage to put a foot on the ropes after CHAOS IN THE CROWD to keep the action going. Somehow, the Fighters staged a comeback from the brink. Dark Shadows stunned Rush just long enough for Clinic to connect with a UPPERCUT KO to the Gladiator to claim the titles.

2025.04.04 – Deneb Sports Arena, Cyngus, GWF Warzone

Sly Drury opens the show and runs down tonight’s card. He is interrupted by Aethran Overmaster who demands retribution against Covert Operations. This brings out the entire Covert Operations team followed by the Gladiators. It becomes a pull apart and Drury security squad is quick to get the Commissioner to safety. From a safer position, Drury announces an eight man tag team match between The Gladiators and Covert Operations tonight!

Abroz & Dialectas take positions are ringside and the fans settle in for round of the Infinity Challenge.

Cirque D'horreur def Frontal Assault by disqualification.
This was a wild bout that featured Thraxx and Zygon battering their opponents from the opening bell with Thaxx really dishing it out when he was the ring. Oracle in particular took a beating but just as it seemed it would be over, the referee was taken out with a deathjump. With no official, Thraxx & Zygon combined for POWER OF KROLL on Oracle which should have ended it. A new referee soon took control of the match and the fight went to the floor, Zygon rammed Tricks into the guardrails and the new official made the disqualification call handing Frontal Assault another controversial defeat.

Nitro def. Plethador
Another controversial moment tonight as for the second straight match, an official gets taken out of the action. The incident occurred early in the action after a series of moves ending in a turnbuckle whip. Plethador was in total control and had the match won three times with no referee to make the three count. A new referee took over and countered three more near falls for Plethador as Nitro just got his shoulder up or made the ropes each time. Nitro came back late (after his pin count reached 10) and took the win back to back Repelling Shock Punches to earn four big points for Dialectas.

Leaders of the Pack def. Heroes Linage
The crowed was split for this one and the action started with a handshake. Tristan and Warrior traded moves and then Malkuth stepped into and used his size to seize control the bout. Bloodline saved Tristian after an ANDROMEDA DROP but Panther follows with back to back JUNGLE NIGHTS for the win.
It is a clean sweep for Dialectas who has some swagger as he heads to the back with a 20-13 lead in the Infinity Challenge.

Phantasy def. She Devil
Devil was in control of this one when Coven Black comes to ringside and appears to lock eyes with Devil who immediately attempts a suicide dive but does not clear the ropes and crashes to the floor in a heap. Phantasy takes full advantage with SWEET SUICIDE and gets the victory. Coven Black walks from ringside as Phantasy watches confused from the ring.

Encubus w/Mother Superior def. Thantos w/Sultana
This was a statement match for Encubus who dominated the action from start to finish using all three of his finishers before finally getting the victory with SECOND COMING.

Payback def. Patch Cyngus Adamantium Fists Match
The level of violence between these continued to thrill fans. Payback scored early with an EXVENGE (one of the four times he would connect with his finisher in the match) and battered Patch in and out of the ring. Patch took control for a period during the match but an attempt to put Payback through a table in the middle of the ring went horribly wrong with Patch smashing through the wood when Payback rolled off the table just in time. The finish came when Payback hit back to back EXVENGE and the referee counted Patch down and out.

Gladiators of Aethra w/Strafe def. Covert Operations w/Dark Menace by disqualification.
The fans were psyched for this potential war and while the finish might not have been definitive, the bad blood between the two sides certainly was. Paralyze favoured his leg as he entered the ring. Overmaster makes Clinch looks small with an overhead toss for a near fall. The fans were treated with an early battle between Ultimate Fighters and the team of Rush and Turmoil which was controlled by the Fighters including a TAPPED OUT from Shoot to Turmoil. Havoc squares off with Overmaster in a preview of the Cosmic Clash main event before Paralyze come in. Havoc is forced to the floor but Paralyze’s leg slows his movement to the floor and allows Havoc an extra second to be ready and sends the Gladiator into the rails hard. The referee calls for the bell (snake eyes) and mayhem ensues after the bell. Havoc joins the battle in the ring while Anivar is joined at ringside by the Sleeper Cell who tune up Paralyze on the floor while the remaining six men tear it up on the floor. Officials reluctantly enter the action to break the two sides apart. Paralyze has to be assisted to the back by his fellow Gladiators.

Tauran def. Paganax to win the Interplanetary Title.
Tauran is fired up for his title opportunity and dominates from the bell with his speed and agility. Tauran connects with a VICTORY STAR DROP (5) but Paganax somehow kicks out of the cover. Tauran goes not lose focus and locks in an Equuleus Sharpshooter to do some more damage before hitting a second VICTORY STAR DROP (5) to capture the title.

2025.05.05 – Deimos Intergalactic Arena, Mars – Cosmic Clash

The fans are buzzing even before the bell with the news that Paralyze has not been medically cleared to complete at tonight’s event. Rumour has it that the competition committee had been scrambling leading up to bell town jumbling the card to fill the gap created by the injury to Paralyze.

Patch def. Payback in a Hardcore Titan Death Match.
This was the match that was put together at the last second to fill out the card. Lots of craziness to start the night off as much of this match was contested outside the ring. The action inside the ring was just as crazy including a early spot in which Payback put Patch through a table dead center of the ring. Chairs came into play and both men paid a heavy price. There was a prolonged brawl into the fans before the action returned to ringside. Patch survived Payback Time to mount an impressive comeback. Payback made the ropes to escape a TORTURE RACK but a COBRA CLUTCH ended it second later [snake eyes]. Sly Drury and Encubus hit the ring and they are not hear to congratulate Patch. All three men gang up on Payback. Hector the Holy Brown Bear arrives but is outmanned which allows to knock Payback out cold with a COMPLETE PATCHWORK. Payback is removed on a stretcher and the feud that appeared to be over now has new life.

Sly Drury def. Hector The Holy Brown Bear by disqualification.
Drury has some words for the official and the fans know the fix is in. The trade moves until the action goes to the floor and the competitors let the fist fly. The referee calls for the bell and rules that Hector was the aggressor and earned a disqualification. The fans are not pleased with the call and are even more upset with the Security Squad arrives to whisk the commissioner to safety.

Coven Black def. Ensor in a Centra Coffin Match
Black completely dominated the first half of the match but despite multiple attempts could not shut the coffin lid on his opponent. Ensor then drew on the fans support and mounted an incredible comeback (his fatigue was at 10) and even connected with a EURUPTION OF THARSIS but could not find a way to get Ensor in the coffin and shut the lid (he did push the fatigue count to 8) before Black hit back to back triple moonsaults and then crushed Ensor with a DIAMOND EYES on the coffin knocking Ensor into next week and claiming the hard fought win.

Abroz and Dialectas come out to and take seats on a special observation deck. The Infinity Challenge is next.

She Devil & Deadliest of The Species def. Shann-Ra & Rotunda.
There was some controversy early on this one when the referee was knocked down during a deathjump spot but the referee recovered ten moves later and the action carried on. Ra and Rotunda pressed the attack with the referee down but their opponents gradually made a comeback. The finish came when Devil made a blind tag into the action and caught an expecting Ra with a CANNONBALL CLOTHESLINE to earn the points for Abroz.

Leaders of the Pack def. Frontal Assault
This was a very competitive encounter from the outset with both side making key tags to keep the momentum moving back and forth. Thraxx gave the Ani-Men fits with his power but the team from Andromeda was able to take advantage when Zygon was in the ring. Panther Warrior did some serious damage with a suicide dive plancha that crushed Zygon into the floor. JUNGLE NIGHTS followed and Malktuth blocked the pin save. Leader of the Pack remain undefeated and have to be in the running for a title shot while Thraxx and Zygon continue to struggle this year.

U.S. Male def. American Guy
With Abroz and Dialectas splitting the first two matches this round, it all came down to the featured match of the this rounds Infinity Challenge as former partners squared off. The intensity was off the charts as the bell sounded. Male caught Guy with a Rockets Red Glare early on and nearly took the victory. Guy brawled his away back into the match and earned some heat when he went after his former partner’s eyes. The fans were even more vocal when Guy rammed Male into the grill twice the second time busting him open. Male collected the cheers as he mounted a comeback with his agility and caught Guy in SEIZE THE DAY and despite his own blood loss, held on long enough to get the submission.

Dialectas could not be happier as his team opens up a 28 -17 lead.

We get a promo for the next event at the Deimos Intergalactic Arena.  Card 10 will feature the Galactic Cup Tournament as the top eight singles competitors will square off in a single elimination tournament with the winner not only claiming the Galactic Cup trophy but also receiving a shot at the Galaxian Title on Card 15 Galaxy's Best

Paganax def. Interplanetary Champion Tauran by disqualification
The former champion was hot to reclaim the title and was the early aggressor with his punishing power. Tauran came back including a top rope exploder slam that had the fans roaring. Things went to the floor and Tauran came out fired up and ran Paganax hard into the rails. Paganax comes up bloodies and the referee calls for the disqualification awarding the match to the challenger. The fans are not pleased and neither is Paganax for that matter who wants more of Tauran.

Bishop Hell & Nosfera def. Endgame & Retribution
Cosmic Clash was not a favourable event for the Federation Defense Fighter as they 0 for 3 against Rouges Gallery. Retribution controlled early against Hell but could not get the submission with a MYTH BUSTER and Hell was able to get the tag to Nosfera. The action went back and forth with Nosfera battling both Endgame & Retribution. He caught Retribution with a cheap punch as Retribution was coming out of the ring and that turned the momentum for the last time. Hell tagged in and HELLFIRE downed Retribution for the controversial pinfall. The action continues after the bell, Endgame gets taken out during the brawl and Hell unleashes a second HELLFIRE on Retribution.

Mother Superior def. Strafe to win the Galaxian Women’s Title
This was action packed from the opening bell and the finish. Superior was able to avoid a deathjump from the Gladiator sending Strafe crashing to the mat in a heap. MOTHER OF DESTRUCTION followed and we have a new champion.

We get a promo for the next GWF Warzone (Card 06) that will feature a return match for the GWF Women’s Title as Mother Superior puts her title on the line against former Champion Strafe. Plus the Gladiators will be action as they take on Covert Operations in an Aethran Ultimate Escape Match.  Paralyze will be part of the Gladiator Team

Encubus w/Mother Superior (sub for Paralyze) def. Anviar w/ The Dark Menace by disqualification
Anivar was in some serious trouble in the opening minute of this one. He managed to just survive a GAMESMASTER DDT and a MAFFEI MASTERLOCK. Later Encubus nearly ended it with Force of Darkness. Anivar managed to briefly regain control but his deathjump took out the referee. Twice Encubus had the match won with the referee down and was in control of the action when the official recovered and disqualification Anviar for knocking him down.

Sly Drury comes out and announces that as a result of his action tonight, Bishop Hell has been suspended. The fans cheer and then Drury announces the suspension is for one card. Drury is booed out of the ring.

Rush & Turmoil w/ Strafe def. Ultimate Fighters w/Dark Menace to win the Galaxian Tag Team Titles
It seems that every time these two teams step into the ring with each other it is a classic and tonight was another back and forth intense battle. Clinch and Shoot controlled a majority of the action when the cut off Rush for a long time and went to work. Rush survived a TAPEPD OUT from Shoot and managed to hang in long enough to counter a backdrop attempt and tag in Turmoil. Turmoil crushed Shoot with TOTAL TURMOIL and the was joined by Rush for CHOAS IN THE CROWD. Clinch could not make the save and the Gladiators regained their titles.

Havoc w/Dark Menace def. Aethran Overmaster w/Strafe to win the Galaxian Title
Havoc controlled early with his speed and agility but was eventually caught with a Overmaster Overhead Toss which remained everyone of the Gladiator’s power. Havoc got himself out of trouble avoiding a charge to the corner leading to a roll up for a near fall. They battled back and forth. Havoc nearly ended with after a Gothic Tomb Spike and later Overmaster turned a deathjump into a power slam for a big pin attempt of his own. The finish came when Havoc bounced Overmaster’s face off the ringside table and then took the fight back between the ropes where he executed FALLEN DREAMS to win the title
