- The Basilisk pinned Death Knight after sending him crashing through a glass pod.

- fifth entrant: HelSin

- Paralyze put away Demon Godsend via HEART STOPPER.

- 6th/final entrant: Necros

- HelSin put away The Basilisk via BURIAL

- Necros defeated Paralyze via Bite to Back of Neck

- Necros defeated HelSin via HelSin's own finisher BURIAL.

- As a result, Necros is the Heavy Metal Champion.
