Its so weird hearing someone talking about living in Batavia lol. I live in Bergen which is basically Batavia lol. It's a nice spot where we can easily get to Batavia, Rochester, Buffalo or where I grew up in Letchworth. I kind of want a garbage plate now ... is there a turkey garbage plate lol.
Great job guys a lot of good Xmas ideas.

I'm really proud of the latest episode. I think we're starting to work the kinks out, and last night's recap of the "classic" COTG newsletters was just as I envisioned the show would be. Four friends reminiscing about their memories of the game. I hope you veterans ( Matt) get a kick out of the discussion, and for people who didn't live through it, grab the newsletters from the Google Drive and read along with us. Happy Thanksgiving to all of our American listeners! Have a great day and even better weekend to all of our international listeners! Thanks for tagging me, great listen! Look forward to catching up with the other eps now!

I actually have suggested we do an episode on garbage plates. We'll see if it happens.

And yes, I'm the 1/4th who hasn't had the experience of a Garbage Plate....but I aspire to change that! Had a "Juicy Lucy" once, but don't think that quiiiiitttee counts. Put it down as a New Year's resolution to have a Garbage Plate in 2021!

It's funny I know Nick Tahoes started it but some other places do a real good garbage plate. I'm a big Rochester Red Wings fan so I have their special edition Plates Jersey. Didnt get to use my tickets this year though.

I've been to Nick Tahoe's several times but Wimpy's is my usual go-to place when in Rochester

Just listened to the latest and greatest and usually my evening reading is predominantly the week's comics in the Marvel Unlimited app, but after your discussion on book I may have to pick up a paperback or two. Also nice shout out Stu . There's at least one American in Denmark celebrating Thanksgiving and eating to much.

I finally got a chance to listen today. Loved the conversation about books. I picked the Crown Jewel us just a couple of weeks ago - great stuff. Cory Olson, if you're a fan of Mark James' '82 book, I highly recommend the '77 book. It looks at the war for Memphis and everything that went into Jarrett breaking away from Gulas and the talent he took with him, scoring the TV time, and all the hot angles, matches, and talent from a pivotal moment in Memphis wrestling history. I'm also looking forward to checking out the Buddy Rogers book. I loved hearing Mike M talk a little about Star Wars as well! Thanks again for having me on and giving me a new podcast to look forward to!
