Ladies and Germs... Welcome back to another edition of THE ROCKET BLAST-OFF PODCAST! On this edition we will dive into everything that has happened in the last three weeks. We have all new champions and with it the landscape has changed. First, Kronos has new Interstellar Tag Team Champions in TakeOver, who win them from The Master Race. The Greek Gods were beat by Twin Telepathy for the Kronos Tag Team Championships. Finally, Spike became the King of Kronos by out playing Bishop Hell.

King of Kronos Discussion:
The Aethran's have taken over the Kronos through Spike's leadership. He and the Gladiators (Torment & Cat.5) blindsided Bishop Hell and stole the most prized championship we have in Kronos. Then, they laid down the ultimate challenge to everyone in the Aethran WarGames. Then Spike adds Evolution to Gladiators team... which surprised everyone as Evolution was close friends with Doomsayer and Revolver from another timeline. Since then Spike as made the claim that as King of Kronos and Minister of War he makes all the decisions as a normal GM would of a company. I have official sources that Solaris has agreed to this but Solaris has the final word over everything.

Aethran WarGames:
Now, you probably asking yourself what is the Aethran WarGames actually... Well, in my research it varies from Minister of War to Minister of War. But, under Spike the WarGames is the biggest combatal games in all Aethra. The Main Event is the actual Aethran WarGame Match of Trios, now this match is a mixture of an Elimination Chamber and Gauntlet match. Two teams start the match, then once one six-man team is eliminated then another team enters the chamber. Six teams are going to compete in this match... The Gladiators (w/ Evolution), Bishop Hell & Desolation Factor, The Overmen, TakeOver (w/ Pegasus), Greek Gods (w/ Infinity), True Blue & Fraternity.

Plus, Spike has yet to name his opponent for Aethran WarGames... but I hear that Spike is going to do an open challenge. Could we see Spike vs. Shayne? Personally, I think that Shayne is buying his time to make his move on the King of Kronos title. Even Shayne couldn't take on all four members of Aethran at once.


Final Words:
We are in interesting times right now in Kronos history... as the last three weeks have changed everything and we must adopt to those new changes.

Nice work by Cool & Warden on taking the tag belts from a team as accomplished as the Greeks... And just when I thought Bishop had found the teammates he needed to overcome this Aethran threat, the Gladiators prove why they are recognized as possibly the most dominant force in the wrestling universe.

Gotta say it though... I still prefer the original artwork for Category 5 & Torment.

Change is always a good thing... as new champions keeps things fresh! I think the build up to the next big event Aethran WarGames is coming along nicely.

Sounded like the stadium was rockin with this show.

Bummer about the Greeks dropping the belts but I'm sure they will remain a force to be reckoned with.

Sounded like Olympia really gave Shayne a run for his money in this one. Even though Shayne ultimately did what Shayne ultimately does that was a really solid outing by Olympia.

Triumphant victory for The Gladiators and they definitely put an exclamation point at the end of this with Bishop Hell himself!

All this and a double victory for Cupid lol.

Yeah, I was hoping the Greeks would hold on to the titles a little longer, but title changes keep everything running smooth. The Aethran WarGames is the biggest gamble for Spike to make, but it could payoff or backfire on him. Either Way... should be entertaining!

Intriguing stuff with Spike & The Aethrans taking control of things.

Spike vs Shayne would be some bout man.

I would think the longer the bout goes it would favor Shayne but my prediction is Spike would go Mega Destdoyer & beat him quickly.

Either way it's all good amigo.

That six team torture chamber / gauntlet match looks absolutely insane!

Really looking forward to how that shakes out.

Kronos Stadium

Opening Match
Cosmos vs. Density
Cosmos defeated Density with a MASTERLOCK at 11:32
- Cosmos was able to pick up another win, but he struggled with Density's mass. Cosmos had to work on the legs of Density to get him to submit.


Infinity vs. Infinity-Plex
Infinity defeated Infinity-Plex with an INFINITY GRIP at 18:48
- Infinity and Infinity-Plex had a fierce battle with one another. Both men have not fared well since they drew the battlelines in Kronos, which many suggest that its due to poor leadership on both parts. Infinity was able to make his opponent submit to the INFINITY GRIP!


Mercenaries vs. Rocket Rebellion
Tongsoon defeated Avalanche with a BATTLE CRY at 13:25
- The Rocket Rebellion have been on a hot streak as of late, but the Mercenaries shot it down! Mercenaries are next in line for a title shot against TakeOver.


Star Slayer vs. Pegasus the Powerful
Pegasus the Powerful defeated Star Slayer with a WINGS OF PEGASUS at 9:41
- Pegasus the Powerful ran through Star Slayer with his in ring ability. Pegasus is pushing for a title shot either with Spike or by teaming with TakeOver to capture the Aethran WarGames Trios Championship.


Number #1 Contenders Match to the Kronos Tag Team Championship
Shock Troops vs. Immortals
Sur defeated Warfare with GIFT OF THE GODS at 19:12
- Both teams wanted the title shot at Aethran WarGames at Twin Telepathy. Shock Troops put up a nasty fight, but The Immortals took Warfare apart by keeping him down on the mat.


Evolution vs. Shayne
Evolution defeated Shayne with a HIGHLY EVOLVED +5 at 20:45
Match Notes: Everyone thought Shayne would have an easier time with Evolution, but that was not the case this night. Shayne took a HIGHLY EVOLVED from Evolution early in the match, but was able to get up on a two count. Shayne, later came back and hit two SHOWDOWNs on the Aethran... Evolution was able to kick out of both of them. This caused Shayne to get frustrated giving Evolution the advantage he needed to put Shayne away with a devastating HIGHLY EVOLVED +5!


Revenge!
- While Evolution was in the ring, Bishop Hell and Desolation Factor ran down to attack the Aethran General. Evolution was holding his own against Bishop Hell, but Rack and Ruin delivered SCATTERED REMAINS to the big Aethran. Cat.5 and Torment ran down to pull Evolution out of the ring. But, the damage was done sending a message to the Gladiators, come Aethran WarGames Bishop Hell and Desolation Factor was ready for them.


King of Kronos Match
Spike vs. Olympia
Spike defeated Olympia with a MEGA DESTROYER at 9:49
- Olympia tried to take out the legs of Spike, but Spike was just to dominate and powerful for his opponent. Spike's MEGA DESTROYER was to much for Olympia to get up from... but will it have that same effect on Shayne?
Spike retains as King of Kronos!

Spike: "Evening Kronos! I come to address the grave situation just days after the attack on Aethran General Evolution. This aggression upon Aethra will be met with deadly force in the WarGames Match itself. Due to the injuries that Rack and Ruin have caused to Evolution, I will grant the Aethran team to be the last team to entered into the match. The team of Bishop Hell and Desolation Factor will still enter in at a random entry of one thru five."
