Mayday is an absolute beast... A character that I think could become one of my absolute favorites over time... And the Overmen are always entertaining, even though I don't find Olympia quite as interesting as the original band of brothers.
Mister Centra suffers a shutout in round one... Inconceivable!

I see my predictions here are about as good as for WWE and most other things I pick, 50/50. At least I was right about the great action. Tons of that going around here.

And the Overmen are always entertaining, even though I don't find Olympia quite as interesting as the original band of brothers. Mister Centra suffers a shutout in round one... Inconceivable! I looked at my spreadsheet and Mayday is currently 4-2... ranked #3, just below Evolution and Spike. I'm not to sure how Mayday feels about being giving orders by the Warlord of Kronos, but he must follow the Warlord's orders for now. Overmen are up 2-1 over TakeOver in their feud. I put Jupiter and Honos together instead of Cupid, as Cupid seems like more a singles competitor than Jupiter. Which seems to be working currently. I was hoping Mister Centra would have been the number one or number two guy in this tournament. But, once Olympia gets going on offense its been hard to beat. I'm glad to not see Chaos Supreme or Omega in this tournament. I would have liked to seen Siege, but he was King at the time of the picking of the wrestlers for the iron man tournament. Here is to hoping that Mister Centra can make a rebound in the second half...

I'm trying to keep both sides of Kronos interesting and tons of action. I might not get all the picks right either, but its fun following a fed and interacting along with it.

I'm glad to not see Chaos Supreme or Omega in this tournament. I can understand why... Maybe a 'Best of' series between them at some point would be fun though.

Kronos #9
Champion's Challenge
Morpheus Iron Man Tournament
Round Four
Paragon vs. Olympia Olympia defeated Paragon with a GORDIAN KNOT - Paragon tried to right the wrong from his last weeks' defeat by Olympia. Paragon came out with his power game, hitting his opponent with high impact moves. Olympia regained control of the match outside of the ring. Olympia then went to work on Paragon's legs and there was no stopping him. Olympia made Paragon submit after the sixth GORDIAN KNOT. Olympia wins the full 20 points.
Mister Centra vs. Cosmos Cosmos defeated Mister Centra with a MASTERLOCK - Mister Centra needed this win to put him into the game of catching up. Mister Centra started out strong, but Cosmos was able to regain the advantage and got to work on Centra's legs. It took three MASTERLOCK finishers before Centra gave up. Cosmos gains 20 points.
Round Five
Olympia vs. Mister Centra Olympia defeated Mister Centra with a GORDIAN KNOT - Olympia's tactic is pretty simple work on the leg and has been very effective in the Morpheus Iron Man Tournament. Mister Centra did his best to counter this tactic, but was losing a uphill battle. Centra did hit two VECTOR ONE VERVE finishers on his opponent, but because of the hurt leg Olympia was able to kick out. Centra submitted to GORDIAN KNOT after being in the hold after 6 minutes. Olympia gets anthor 20 points.
Olympia has enough points to be declared the winner, so its a fight to see who will come in second place.
Cosmos vs. Paragon Cosmos defeated Paragon with a MASTERLOCK - Cosmos used his quickness and skill to his advantage over Paragons' power. Once Cosmos got on a roll with offense he couldn't be stopped. Cosmos worked on Paragon's weaken legs and got the big man to submit with the MASTERLOCK. Cosmos gains 20 points.
Round Six
Olympia vs. Cosmos Cosmos defeated Olympia with a MASTERLOCK - In a grueling match, between Olympia and Cosmos, Cosmos took it to Olympia. Cosmos delivers Olympia his only lost and stops him for going undefeated in the iron man tournament. Cosmos adds 20 points and secures his place as the runner-up on the tournament.
Mister Centra vs. Paragon Mister Centra defeated Paragon with a VECTOR ONE VERVE +4 - Mister Centra battles hard to get out of the losing gap in this tournament. Centra hits Paragon with two VECTOR ONE VERVE finishers to finally get a win. Mister Centra scores 20 points.
WAR ON KRONOS
Jupiter vs. Mensar Jupiter defeated Mensar with a CHAMPION SUPER DROP - Neither man gave could gain ground on the other man. Mensar was able to gain a little ground about midway through the match with a few signature moves and STAR DESTROYER finisher. Jupiter kicked out and was able to slowly come back and hit three CHAMPION SUPER DROP finishers to score the pinfall.
Desolation Factor vs. Infinity and Infinity-Plex Rack defeated Infinity with a RACKED AND RUINED - Rack and Ruin storm the ring and make quick work of Infinity with their tag finisher. After the match, Commander Sam is seen shaking hands with Rack and Ruin, promising them a future title shot with the Gladiators.
Authorities take Infinity and Infinity-Plex into custody, handcuffing the two. The crowd is going nuts with applause.
Raven vs. Man of Power Raven defeated Man of Power with a counted out - Man of Power makes his return after a horrible injury do to Avenging Forces' ALPHA FORCE. But, this wasn't the return that Man of Power took it to the outside of the ring to get some cheat shots in on Raven. This backfired and Raven was able to hit BROADSWORD on the outside of the ring. Man of Power wasn't able to make the 10 count by the referee.
Mayday vs. Solitude Solitude defeated Mayday with a GLADIATOR POWERBOMB - Mayday ragdolled Solitude with power moves and Day of Mayday signature moves. But, Solitude was able to stay away from the big man's finisher CRACK OF DOOM. Solitude was able to weather the storm and wait for the right time to hit his finisher GLADIATOR POWERBOMB. It wasn't enough to put Mayday down, but it left him dazed for another GLADIATOR POWERBOMB and another one. Until, Mayday just couldn't get up after the four GLADIATOR POWERBOMB.
- Cosmic Cage Match - Bishop Hell and Maelstrom vs. Evolution and Gladiators Bishop Hell defeated Category Five with a HELLFIRE - Bishop Hell wanted to get his hands on Evolution so bad that he refused to tag any of his partners. Bishop Hell took a lot of punishment from the Gladiators, with Blazing Skull and Holocaust coming in to only make the saves.
While Evolution and Torment were fighting with Skull and Holocaust, a bloody Bishop Hell hits Cat. 5 with HELLFIRE to get the win over the Gladiators. Spike and Solitude come running down to the cage to run off Bishop Hell and crew, but the damage was already done to Cat.5.

Olympia's undefeated Iron Man run comes to an end at the hands of Cosmos... The loss is somewhat trivial because the Overman had already secured his place in the winner's circle.
Absolutely loved the main event with Bishop Hell putting the torch to another Aethran... BURN IT DOWN!

Absolutely loved the main event with Bishop Hell putting the torch to another Aethran... BURN IT DOWN! You were probably hoping it was Evolution at the end of a HELLFIRE once again. I think you will like where this storyline will going to go... HELLFIRE is something you don't mess with and want to avoid at all costs or you end up paying the price. Olympia will get a shot at becoming the King against Endgame BD. Can Mister Centra regain his mojo...

Late mornin brother Crossbones! Outstanding action across the board. Endgame BD beats Siege in a Corvus Five Fall Classic to become The King of Kronos - couldn't have done it in any grandeur fashion than that! I was really enjoying Infinity & Infinity-Plex's chaotic run, but sadly it was inevitable I suppose. I've got AC DC's tune "Jailbreak" in me head. Olympia went on one hell of a tear & wins The Morpheus Iron Man Tournament. That should be a stellar match up when he challenges BD Endgame for King of Kronos. He'll lose of course...but I'm sure BD Endgame will find it amusing. Although I'm more a fan of (face) Endgame, it's still Endgame. Also enjoying The Good Bishop and his holy crusade of sterilizing all of Kronos match by match HELLFIRE style. Patience is a hurtyou...I mean a virtue. Rock on bro!

Gad I wish Desolation Factor would do that in my fed...they got crushed again on their last show. Love some of the other names being used like Evolution and Bishop Hell.
