I of all people LOVE a tag team cup tournament.
The MON'STARS prove once again they're the greatest team in COTG history.

Fantastic tag tourney brother Crossbones! I was pulling for The Greek Gods but as you mentioned it's kind of cool when the favorites get bumped off (so to speak lol). I have to admit I'm still a real novice when it comes to not only the Kronos line but Future Shock as well. But I enjoy going into them and learning as I go. Was always a big fan of the Greeks though. How do these versions of them compare to the 2087's? A lot tougher I take it? Great right ups my friend! |

I have to admit I'm still a real novice when it comes to not only the Kronos line but Future Shock as well. But I enjoy going into them and learning as I go. I was really hoping the Greeks would have gone to the Final Four, but it gave TakeOver a chance to shine. Proteus finishers: PROTEUS SMASH (0) DUAL OVERHEAD TOSS (+2) tag Actagon: GRECIAN SUNSET (0) ANCIENT MYSTERY (+2) They seem stronger to me than the 2087 versions. I'm really enjoying Kronos and mixing up the sets to bring in new talent. I need to do another Blast-Off Podcast talking about the events that happened in the Kronos Tag Team Cup. |

Well, I didn't get that well timed upset that I was looking for... HA! But it's difficult to complain with Rack & Ruin winning the Cup... And wild that Bishop is still burning at the top of the mountain... Excellent work!

Ladies and Germs... Welcome back to another edition of THE ROCKET BLAST-OFF PODCAST! On this edition we will dive into everything that happened in the Kronos Tag Team Cup, what happens in the aftermath and where do we go from here. The King of Kronos Bishop Hell is sitting pretty on the top of the mountain... but rumors have it that Shayne could be in-line for a future title shot. Could the Real Ordeal take down the King?

Kronos Tag Team Cup Discussion:
First of I want to say is that my RocketMen Rebellion knocked out the number one seed and Kronos Tag Team Champions, The Greek Gods. Which only proves that my team can knock off any team at any time! Other upsets that are notable is the Immortals losing to W.A.R. and Master Race (Kronos Interstellar Tag Team Champions) losing to Sixth Law. So, with both Greek Gods and Master Race getting knocked out in the first round gave other teams the chance to shine like The Gladiators, Twin Telepathy, The TakeOver, and Desolation Factor.
The TakeOver going on to the final stage of the Cup, to face off against The Gladiators, Twin Telepathy, and Desolation Factor has put Mensar and Tyranny in the number one contender slot for The Master Race's title. Where as Desolation Factors' win of the Cup gives them a title shot against The Greek Gods. If RocketMen Rebellion can upset The Greek Gods, I hope they will be prepared for their opponents Rack and Ruin.
Final Words:
My pick of the week to really shine and make an impact is True Blue. True Blue has only one win and three loses, but I feel its his time to step up.
