Yes, another restart but I'm going to keep trying until something sticks....hopefully, this time it will. The first card is the Christmas Battle Royale that I rolled on Christmas night. Since he won a previous tournament to be crowned the Legends Champion, Buddy Rogers will be the champ to start.

---A LHW Showcase kicked off the night as Tiger Mask/Jushin Liger took down Danny Hodge/Jerry Brisco after Tiger Mask dropped Jerry w/ the
Tiger Suplex. Tiger Mask/Jushin helped Jerry to his feet after the match while an angry Hodge stalked to the back alone.
---The James Gang over The Pitbulls after PB #2 was DQ'd for smashing Kip with a steel chain. The match was for a spot in the Tag-Team Chamnpionship tourney that starts on Card #2.
---'Dirty' Dick Hutton over Hacksaw Jim Duggan after smashing Duggan with a 'loaded fist' in the kidney area that went unseen by the referee and then planting Duggan w/ a Cowboy Backbreaker.
---Road Warriors/Paul Ellering over Boris Zhukov/Alexis Smirnoff/Baron Von Raschke after the Roadies destroy Zhukov w/ the DOOMSDAY DEVICE. Afterwards, Precious Paul demands that his Warriors face those pathetic Warrior wanna-bes' Powers of Pain in the 1st Round of the tag tourney.

---In the opener, Nick Bockwinkel/Ray Stevens take down The Armstrongs after they destroy the younger Armstrong w/ a Double-Team Attack and Stevens prevents Bob from making the save.
---The British Bulldogs over The Quebecers after they the TOWER OF LONDON on PCO in a great match.
---Midnight Express w/ Jim Cornette over The James Gang after Eaton lands the ALABAMA JAM on Kip. Corney gets involved as he whacked Kip with his trusty tennis racquet that led to the finish.
---Rock-n-Roll Express def. Ivan Koloff/Alexis Smirnoff when they land the DOUBLE DROPKICK on Ivan. The Russians jump RnR after the match and beat them down with their Russian chains before security could intervene.
---The Vachons take down The Fantastics after Mad Dog drove Bobby Fulton through the mat w/ the PILEDRIVER.
---Powers of Pain score the upset over the Road Warriors w/ 'Precious' Paul Ellering after PoP drill Animal w/ the POWER HEAD BUTT. Afterwards, the Warriors destroy the ringside area in a fit of rage.
---Miracle Violence Connection def. The Valiants after Steve Williams crushes Johnny Valiant w/ the OKLAHOMA STAMPEDE.
---Harley Race/Larry Hennig take down The Briscos after Larry nearing takes Jerry's head off w/ THE AXE.
---Main Event: Legends HW Championship: Buddy Rogers w/ Jimmy Hart retains over Bobo Brazil via Referee Stoppage. The two went bak and forth in a great main event. The finish came as both collide in the middle of the ring; sending both tumbling to the floor on opposite sides of the ring. As Hart was tending to his charge and distracting the referee at the same time, Ted DiBiase, Dick Hutton, & Dutch Savage raced to the ring and delivered a triple spike PILEDRIVER on the arena floor.
As Hart rolled Rogers back in the ring, the ref checked on Bobo and determined the challenger was in no shape to continue and called for the bell. Hacksaw Jim Duggan came out to tend to Brazil as he was stretchered out of the arena and had a few choice words for the 'Rat Pack' to close the show.

Definitely stoked for the possibility of a rivalry between two of my favourite tag teams of all-time, Bulldogs vs. Quebecers... And it looks like Hart has found an insurance package for the Nature Boy to help him hold onto the gold... Really fun kickoff!

---in the opener, the Powers of Pain continue their impressive run as they def. The Vachons after Barbarian hits Butcher w/ the POWER HEAD BUTT. Afterwards, 'Precious' Paul Ellering was at ringside, telling PoP that it wasn't over between them and the Warriors.
---Harley Race/Larry Hennig take a hard fought win over Miracle Violence Authority after Harley pins Williams w/ the VERTICAL SUPLEX.
---In non-tournament action, Jimmy Snuka over Boris Zhukov w/ the SUPERFLY LEAP in a one-side contest. However, Snuka gets jumped by Shane Douglas afterwards as Douglas brains Snuka w/ a steel chair. Douglas stands over the downed Snuka, claiming this is revenge for eliminating him from the CBR.
---Midnight Express w/ Jim Cornette take the win over their arch-rivals, the Rock-n-Roll Express after MX land MIDNIGHT MASSACRE on Robert Gibson for the finish.
---In a great match, the British Bulldogs advance to the semi-finals over Nick Bockwinkel/Ray Stevens after they hit TOWER OF LONDON on Stevens. This sets up a much anticipated match with Cornette's MX.
---Main Event: Yukon Eric over King Kong Bundy by DQ after Eric is jumped by Masked Superstar. Eric had just nailed Bundy w/ the KODIAK KRUNCH. The heel duo set Eric up for a middle rope Atlantic City AVALANCHE by Bundy but Destroyer clears the ring with a steel chair.

---In a great opener, Danny Hodge scores the win over Jerry Brisco w/ the OKLAHOMA SIDE ROLL.
---Mildred Burke over Toni Rose w/ a Crooked Head Scissors in a dominating performance.
---in the tag-team tourney, Harley Race/Larry Hennig advance to the finals over Powers of Pain after Harley drops Barbarian w/ the VERTICAL SUPLEX.
Afterwards, the Road Warriors hit the ring and start going toe-to-toe w/ Powers of Pain as 'Precious' Paul Ellering is directing the attack. However, Kevin Sullivan appears out of nowhere and posts Paul into the ring post. Ellering is a bloody mess as Sullivan pulls PoP out of the ring.
---In the second tag-team tournament match of the night, the Midnight Express over the British Bulldogs in a classic! Great match that saw Cornette get involved several times to save his team. in the end, all four were brawling in the ring as the referee was trying to restore order; giving Cornette the chance to whack Dynamite Kid with his tennis racquet and Condrey follows w/ the FACE-FIRST LEG SWEEP for the finish.
It will be Midnight Express vs Harley Race/Larry Hennig in the finals to determine the first-ever Legends TT Champions.
---in a heated bout, Jimmy Snuka gets a Count-Out win over Shane Douglas as Francine pulls Douglas from the ring as Snuka was setting up for the SUPERFLY LEAP.
---Main Event: Hacksaw Jim Duggan/Magnum TA/Da Crusher over the Rat Pack by DQ after Dibiase purposely nailed Crusher w/ his LOADED GLOVE in front of the referee. Crusher was setting up to blast Dick Hutton w/ the CRUSHER BOLO before Dibiase caused the DQ finish.
A huge brawl between the two teams until security can separate them. Duggan grabs the house mike, telling the Rat Pack that they will pay for what they did to Bobo Brazil to end the show.

Hodge/Brisco/Dynamite.....there's going to be a lot of fun in the Light Heavyweight division.

---Hillybilly Jim over Bill White in the opener, winning w/ a Big Boot to the Face.
---Fabulous Moolah takes the win over Princess Victoria w/ the JACK-KNIFE CRADLE.
---The James Gang over The Pitbulls after Kip drops his STANDING LEG DROP on Pitbull #2 for the finish. This was a rematch from the tag tournament after the Pitbulls were DQ'd for using their chains during the match.
---Jack Brisco takes a hard-fought win over Butcher Vachon, winning w/ a Gutwrench Backbreaker. Afterwards, words were exchanged between The Briscos and The Vachons and looks like we are headed for at least one match between these two brother tag teams.
---Great bout between The Destroyer and Masked Superstar as Destroyer gets the win w/ the FIGURE-FOUR LEGLOCK. Afterwards, Destroyer gets jumped by King Kong Bundy before Yukon Eric makes the save.
---Main Event: Legends Tag-Team Championship Tournament Final: The tournament comes to a close in a great match as the Midnight Express w/ Jim Cornette def. Harley Race/Larry Hennig to win the tourney and the titles. Harley flattened both MX members w/ his PILEDRIVER finisher but Cornette was able to make the save to prolong the match. Cornette caused a distraction that caused Race and Hennig to collide into one another; giving MX the opportunity to land MIDNIGHT MASSACRE on Hennig for the finish. MX celebrated in the ring until an angry Harley Race chased Cornette around ringside, nearly getting his hands on the loud-mouth, wily manager.
