I use all the cards that I want to use, so providing a comprehensive list is going to be difficult.
My women's division is filled with Indies ladies as well as the Legendary Ladies.
Jumping into the 'which AJ Styles card are you using?' line of questioning? I use the hooded one. He's currently a titleholder, too.

Bryan and AJ definitely qualify as modern legends. As with most I'd use hooded AJ, but I prefer the ROH Bryan. I can work those into a legends fed no problem. Then there are guys like Pirata Morgan and Rey Bucanero in the best of Mexico set that are bonafide legends.

For my women's fed, I just combine everyone. It's more fun that way.

I use whom ever gets drafted during my year/season end and restart. I have Indie stars get drafted to my Legends fed and I have Legends who have been drafted to my Indie fed. So yeah lots of overlap and it only creates more storytelling opportunities. Currently James Storm and the Longriders are in a feud with Magnum T.A. and the Road Warriors in my Legends of Maple Leaf Wrestling fed. As for Mil he is in my ROH Canada fed and had great build up before I finally had him debut. So he won't be heading to my Legends of Maple Leaf Wrestling fed anytime soon. All of my women were wrestling out of SHIMMER until Maple Leaf Wrestling President Jack Tunney decided to pull the plug on his collaboration and called his women back as he wanted to have Maple Leaf Wrestling have their own division. This led to a bit of bad blood and SHIMMER, while still a fed of their own has aligned itself more with ROH: Canada.
So yeah I say mix and match. Lots of "what if's" that can be played with here.

Call me a killjoy ? , but none . Rules are rules in my head . Legends are legends and Indies are indies . I use to mix some in the early days . But not any more . I'd love to but won't do it . Stupid maybe thought about a few scenarios like Karlee Perez as Val Venis valet , Swoggle with Finlay , Davey Boy Jnr with Davey Boy Smith etc . But no stuck to my guns .

I'm with Bazzy on this one. Hell, I don't even like using guys like Van Damn, Lynn, Vampiro, etc with guys like Magnum, Tully, Windham. In turn I don't like using the 80's guys with people like Thesz, Rogers, etc.
I guess I just am strange about the guys I grew up with, I don't know. I pretty much have all of the late 70's and 80's guys together as one fed.
I can use the guys that came before that together with no issue, even though Farmer Burns and Johnny Valiant never hooked up, it doesn't bother me. I guess I don't have the attachment to them.
As for the after 80's guys, I feel a little odd about having like The Texas Hangmen vs The New Age Outlaws, but much less so than I do about the 80's guys.
That probably all made me sound crazy!

I am actually fairly onboard with Blehschmidt on this. My "break point" between LOW and Indy is the Monday Night Wars era. So a lot like Douglas, PitBulls, RVD, etc actually compete on my Indy side. I mix pretty evenly aside from that as I am less picky about the era, so Farmer Burns v Thesz v Race v Magnum bothers me less than Longriders v New Age Outlaws. Having said that, anyone who was released under the Legends banner CAN wrestle in my LOW Territories and most have made an appearance or two. Some (Douglas and RVD come to mind) have found longer term programs thanks to the love of the dice and the fans, lol. Indy guys (aside from the REAL low end guys who make good jobber fodder) are few and far between. Danielson, Styles (have used both, prefer the hooded), McGuiness, Pearce, WGTT and the Briscoes are the ones that come to mind that have had anything more than a fleeting appearance. Oddly, for the Women i tend to be less fastidious about mixing. As we get more and more LOW side for the Women, that may change, but for now, there are a lot of women who have crossed over. Kimber Lee and Mercedes Martinez have probably enjoyed the most success in the LOW ranks.

So I kind of mix a little bit of everything. I currently have four eras of the same fed I am running and trying to match up any sets I get in one of three eras. So when I get someone I kind of see where I think they fit ... do they fit in a kind of classic era? modern era? hardcore era?
In my current "modern" era I have the likes of Danny Hodge, Rick Rude and Michael Elgin. So I mix because why not?

I keep the legends cards in the legends feds (I do use the b/w LOTF cards in legends but am starting to phase them out) & indie cards with the indie feds. Since AJ, RVD & Blue Meanie have multiple color cards they're in both.
Once an indie guy passes away I move them to the legends side (Larry Sweeney, JT Lightning, Chris Cash, Danny Havoc, Brodie Lee)
