I have been watching MIDATLANTIC wrestling on the network while I play and its scary how much better it is than modern wrestling. Like I can't wait to see what happens next plus with Mid Atlantic so many guys in a new light (aka Jake Roberts) Did Jake Roberts ever hold a title? |

Watched some AWA on Youtube today. May 1984 era, right after Rick Martel won the title. I've been watching AWA too. At least I've seen the likes of Nick Bockwinkel and Steve Regal in action now. I only ever saw Rick Martel as The Model so it's interesting to see him as a face with a belt. The WWF should have given him an Intercontinental Title run. |

Jake held the North American title briefly in Mid South just before he left for the WWF. Most likely he held gold elsewhere but that's the one I remember.

Jake also held the Smoky Mountain title until he quit showing up to shows
