I guess someone decided the bloody chain was too much. Not quite sure it was blood, looked more like rust to me. MAYHEM looking ready for my G.W.F.!!! |

Are there any stat tweaks in these new versions of the classic cards? I keep thinking about replaying the early years with 25-30 years more experience running a fed.

From what I recall from my black and white card fed, Mayhem was one of my top Heavy Metal Champions. It will be interesting to see how he does in my COTG color card fed restart which resumes with Show #45 when this set arrives.

Possibly my favorite Mayhem art yet. The original was always the standard for me even though it wasn't my favorite if that makes sense. The other Mayhem cards didn't quite "look" like him enough. This nails it perfectly. Love it.

The original Mayhem art will always be king but this one comes pretty close! excellent job Mayhem and Wolf had such a staunch blood feud in my fed back in the day! looking forward to placing Mayhem in 2137  |

Is Mayhem's chest tattoo replaced with a physical skull & bones? It looks like a drop shadow on in.

I was wondering about that myself. It certainly looks like a 3D object stick to his chest instead of a tattoo. Overall upgrade in look from the original though, which has a kind of cartoon like face for such a serious character.

If it was rust, they should have kept it that way...my guess being maybe they thought it wasn't clear enough that it was rust. It doesn't matter, still really nice art.

Another great drawing. Does Mayhem total justice. How many do we have left to reveal, Tendron, Whiplash, Serpent Un-Man, Matador - my memory is hazy, any I've missed?
