I have said this before, one thing I would like to see more in American wrestling that NJPW does good is pacing. After a roll of big moves they take a moment to catch their breath and allow fans to do the same. Let what was just seen marinate in the fans so we can truly appreciate it. Sometimes in American promotions guys go none stop for so long you end up forgetting great moves because we see a handful of other ones right after.

One of the bonuses of watching this is when the Japanese wrestlers speak. It has the English translations at the bottom but also sometimes one of the announcers tries to translate in real time. Often there is quite a difference between the two.
I have seen two retirements in the shows from last year and I have to say I am not a fan of the 10 bell salute. I do think there needs to be some kind of acknowledgement but for me that should be saved for wrestlers who have passed away.

Often there is quite a difference between the two. It's mostly because the commentary is straight from the English New Japan World broadcasts. The thing about going from Japanese to English is sometimes translating stuff can go multiple ways depending on how you interpret the words, which means getting wildly different translations in some instances.

Yes I figured something like that. Just a small thing I enjoy.
