Was hoping that Adonis and Brazil would win their respective matches, but things just didn't play out that way... Pleased that Blackjack & The Axe are starting to look like future contenders... And Vader continues to bulldoze through all-comers... Eat, Sleep, Conquer, REPEAT! HA!

LWF 6:05 Wrestling 89 The show opened with the announcement of the LWFβs first pay per view event from Great Britain, LWF 6:05 Wrestling Presents The British Bash. Davey Boy Smith will receive a shot at the LWF World Heavyweight title, Johnny Saint will receive a shot at the LWF Southern Heavyweight title, and the LWF World Tag Team titles will be defended against the team of Nigel McGuinness & David Taylor. Additionally, Adrian Street and Fit FInlay will also be in action.
1. Nigel McGuinness & David Taylor vs. The Blue World Order Nigel and the Blue Meanie started the match. Nigel dominated the Meanie and hit the Tower of London for a two count and tagged in Taylor. Taylor hit the British Suplex for the win.
Winners - Nigel & Taylor by pinfall
2. Fit Finlay vs. The Painkiller Finlay pounded the Painkiller with stiff strikes and hit the firemanβs carry Hot Shot for a two count. Finlay hit the Tombstone Piledriver for the win.
Winner - Fit Finlay by pinfall
3. Johnny Valentine vs. Rick McCord McCord frustrated Valentine with a series of flying headscissors early on. Valentine chopped McCord down and hit the Flying Skullcrusher for the win.
Winner - Johnny Valentine by pinfall
4. Buddy Rogers vs. Al Snow Snow took the fight to Rogers early on but Rogers turned the tide with a piledriver and locked on the FIgure Four Grapevine for the win.
Winner - Buddy Rogers by submission
5. The Quebecers vs. Too Cool Rougeau and Taylor started the match. Taylor caught Rougeau with a sunset flip and Christopher took out Pierre while the referee made the three count.
Winners - Too Cool by pinfall
6. Jack Brisco vs. Jackie Fargo - LWF Southern Heavyweight title match Brisco and Fargo battled back and forth. Brisco got the advantage and hit a suplex for a two count. Brisco used the rolling reverse cradle to score another near fall. Fargo got the upper hand but Brisco turned things around and locked on the Figure Four for the submission victory.
Winner - Jack Brisco by submission, his 6th successful defense of the LWF Southern Heavyweight title. The commentary team reminded the audience that if Jack Brisco gets one more successful title defense, he can vacate the LWF Southern Heavyweight title for a shot at the LWF World Heavyweight title.

Oh, snap! Another loss for my Quebecers... Against a team they should have been able to handle without any real difficulty... Thinking you might be correct on them needing to take some time off to regroup.

I don't do it now but I think when someone comes back, I'll archive their old win-loss record and start them with a clean slate. That way, they don't have to dig themselves out of a hole when they arrive.

LWF 6:05 Wrestling 90 The show opened with the announcement that after last weekβs showing, Johnny Valentine petitioned the LWF front office to be Fit Finlayβs opponent at LWF 6:05 Wrestling Presents British Bash and the match has been made.
1. Duggan & Williams Vs. The Texas Hangmen Hacksaw and Killer started the match. Killer got the upper hand early on but Hacksaw dominated him after the match spilled out of the ring. Hacksaw hit a flying spear for a two count and tagged in Doc. Doctor Death press slammed Killer and made the cover. Psycho tried to make the save but Doc press slammed him and dropped him over the top rope. Doc hit a belly to belly suplex on Killer for the win.
Winners - Duggan & Williams by pinfall
2. Adrian Street vs. Rick McCord Street wasted no time and hit a neckbreaker for a two count in the opening minutes. Street hit a vertical suplex for a near fall. Street rolled McCord up with the Crucifix for the win.
Winner - Adrian Street by pinfall
Street flounced past Shane Douglas on the way to the back and the Franchise was visibly annoyed.
3. Shane Douglas vs. The Painkiller The Painkiller tried to get some offense going but Douglas shut him down and hit the rolling suplexes for the win.

4. The Taylors vs. Stars & Stripes The Patriot and Tugboat started the match. Tugboat dominated The Patriot and hit a power slam for a two count. Tugboat hit the anchor drop but Bagwell made the save. Tugboat tagged in Chaz. The Patriot made a comeback and tagged in Bagwell. Bagwell and Chaz battled back and forth. Bagwell hit the Yellowjacket Suplex for a two count. Chaz took control and hit the Chaztizer on the floor and Bagwell was almost counted out. Chaz tagged Tugboat back in. Bagwell got the upper hand but Tugboat surprised him with a sunset flip for a two count. Tugboat hit a power slam for a near fall and tagged Chaz back in. Chaz hit Air Chaz for the win.
Winners - The Taylors by pinfall
5. Buddy Rogers vs. Marty Jannetty Jannetty started strong but Rogers turned things around and got the win with the pin using the ropes.

6. Vader vs. King Kong Bundy - LWF World Heavyweight title match Bundy took the fight to Vader and got a two count with a body slam. Vader battled back and hit a bone crushing splash for a two count. Vader hoisted Bundy up and hit a power bomb that nearly collapsed the ring but Bundy kicked out at two. Vader whipped Bundy to the ropes but Bundy put on the brakes and gave Vader a piledriver. Bundy hit a knee drop for a two count. The two behemoths tumbled out of the ring and Vader got the upper hand. Vader mauled Bundy in the corner and hit the Vader Bomb for the win.
Winner - Vader by pinfall, his 29th successful title defense

Solid effort by Bundy... And another big win for the Taylors... Did not expect Chaz & Tugboat to find this kind of success.
