The show opened with the announcement that Magnum TA vs. Adrian Adonis for the vacant LWF Southern Heavyweight title has been added to LWF 6:05 Wrestling Chi-Town Challenge. Bobo Brazil will meet the LWF World Heavyweight champion at the following Pay Per View event, LWF 6:05 Wrestling Presents The Battle for Detroit

1. Johnny Valentine vs. Ron Hutchison
Valentine wore Hutch down with a suplex and a backbreaker before nailing him with the Atomic Skullcrusher for the win.

2. Randy Savage vs. Redd Dogg
Redd Dogg got in some offense at the opening bell but it only angered the Macho Man. Savage nailed Dogg with the double axe handle for a two count. Dogg tried to rally but Savage hit him with a neckbreaker clothesline for a two count. Savage hit a second neckbreaker clothesline for the win.

Winner - Randy Savage by pinfall

3. The Brisco Brothers vs. The Sheepherders
Jerry and Butch started the match. The Briscos knocked Miller senseless with a double tackle. Jack and Butch brawled outside the ring and Butch got the upper hand. The Sheepherders hit the running knee smash for a two count. Williams and Jack battled on the outside and Jack came out on top. Jack rolled Williams up with the rolling reverse cradle for a two count and tagged Jerry in. Jerry threw Williams out of the ring and Williams slammed him into the apron and rolled him back in. The Sheepherders hit the battering ram for a two count. Williams hit a back elbow ram for a near fall. Jerry made the hot tag to Jack. The match spilled out of the ring and Jack’s temper got the better of him. He smashed both Sheepherders with the chair in full view of the referee, earning the DQ.

Winners - The Sheepherders by disqualification

4. Rob Van Dam vs. Scott Casey
Van Dam press slammed Casey at the opening bell and nailed him with a Van Daminator. RVD went to the top and hit the Five Star Frog Splash for a two count. Van Dam hit a second Five Star Frog Splash for the win.

5. Nick Bockwinkel vs. Bob Roop
Roop and Bockwinkel battled back and forth. Roop’s strength advantage was the difference maker early on. Bockwinkel turned things around and hit a back suplex for a near fall. Bockwinkel locked on the Bockwinkel Sleeper for the win.

1. Pampero Firpo vs. Kenny Jay
Firpo squashed Jay with a running body slam for a quick win.

2. Jerry Lynn vs. Scott Casey
Lynn worked over Casey and scored a two count with a German Suplex. Lynn hit a Cradle Suplex but Casey got his foot on the ropes. Lynn hit the top rope huracanrana for the win.

3. Blackjack Mulligan & Larry Hennig Vs. The Texas Hangmen
Hennig & Psycho started the match. Psycho took control and the Hangmen hit the Hangmen backbreaker for a two count. The Hangmen hit the Hangmen backbreaker a second time but Hennig kicked out again. Killer whipped Hennig to the buckles and Hennig rolled him up for a two count and tagged in Mulligan. Mulligan locked on the Blackjack Claw for the win.

4. Barry Windham vs. Billy Gunn
Windham dominated Gunn early on and hit the Lariat but Gunn kicked out. Windham hit a second Lariat but Gunn got his foot on the ropes. The match spilled out of the ring and the two men brawled around the ring area. Windham rolled Gunn back in the ring and continued his assault. Windham hit the Lariat for the third time for the win.

5. Harley Race vs. Ray Stevens
Stevens started strong but Race turned things around and hit the vertical suplex for a two count. Race hit a second vertical suplex for the win.

1. Ox Baker vs. George South
South hit Baker with a wild clothesline right out of the gate but Ox shrugged it off and drilled South with the Heart Punch for the win.

2. Jack Brisco vs. Bill White
Brisco took White down with a deep arm drag and locked on the figure four for a quick win.

3. Gordy & Hansen vs. The Long Riders
Gordy and Hog started the match. Gordy plowed Hog with a lariat for a two count. Gordy hit a power bomb but Wild Bill made the save. Gordy hit the Bamm Bamm Slam and tagged in Hansen. Hansen hit a big elbow drop but Wild Bill made the save. Hog made a comeback and tagged in Wild Bill. Hansen pummeled Wild Bill but Bill bounced back and hit a sunset flip for a two count. Wild Bill hit the throat drop on the ropes for another near fall. The Long Riders double teamed Hansen on the concrete and the Lariat was almost counted out. Wild Bill hit a gutwrench and Hog cut off Gordy while the referee made the three count.

4. Pampero Firpo vs. Marty Jannetty
Jannetty and Firpo battled back and forth. Firpo got the upper hand but couldn’t keep Jannetty down for long. Jannetty made a comeback and hit the rocker dropper for a two count. Jannetty hit a second Rocker Dropper but Firpo kicked out. Jannetty continued working on Firpo and hit a third Rocker Dropper but it still wasn’t enough to put Firpo away. Jannetty hit a fourth Rocker Dropper for the win.

5. Harley Race vs. Nick Bockwinkel
Bockwinkel took control at the opening bell and hit a back suplex for a two count. Bockwinkel and Race brawled on the outside and Bockwinkel dropped Race knee first on the guard rail. Race barely beat the count back into the ring. Race rebounded and hit a back suplex on Bockwinkel for a two count. Race beat up Bockwinkel on the floor and hit a vertical suplex for a two count. Race hit a second vertical suplex for a near fall. Race hoisted Bockwinkel up and hit a piledriver for the win.

Dillon worked Valentine over for the first few minutes but Johnny drilled him with the Atomic Skullcrusher for a two count. The two men brawled outside the ring and Johnny nailed JJ with the Atomic Skullcrusher a second time for the win.

2. Magnum TA vs. Alexis Smirnoff
Smirnoff controlled the match early on but Magnum nailed him with a running forearm for a two count. Magnum hit the belly to belly suplex but Smirnoff got his foot on the ropes. Magnum hit the belly to belly suplex a second time for the win.

3. Adrian Adonis vs. Marty Jannetty
Adonis dominated Jannetty early on but Jannetty made a comeback. Adonis shut him down and locked on Goodnight Irene but Jannetty made it to the ropes. Adonis locked on Goodnight Irene a second time but Jannetty again refused to submit. Jannetty made a comeback but Adonis made a comeback outside the ring and slammed Jannetty against the post. Adonis threw Jannetty back into the ring and locked on Goodnight Irene for the win.

Winner - Adrian Adonis by submission

4. Curt Hennig vs. Road Dogg
Road Dogg took a beating but made a comeback and hit the pump handle slam for a two count. Dogg followed it up with a DDT for a two count. Road Dogg went for a flying body press but Hennig rolled through and got a two count. Hennig drilled Road Dogg with The Axe for a two count. Hennig locked on the sleeper but Road Dogg made it to the ropes. Hennig hit the Hennig Plex for the win.

5. Vader & Race vs. Bockwinkel & Kowalski
Vader and Kowalski started the match. Vader pounded Kowalski and threw him to the outside. The two men got into a wild brawl and Vader was disqualified for braining Kowalski with a chair.

The four men brawled after the match until security arrived.

1. Curt Hennig & Barry Windham vs. The New Age Outlaws
Windham and Gunn started the match.
Windham dominated Gunn and drilled him with a Lariat for a two count. Windham nailed Gunn with a second Lariat and tagged in Hennig. Hennig and Gunn brawled on the outside and Gunn was disqualified for hitting Hennig with a chair.

Winners - Curt Hennig & Barry Windham by disqualification

2. Jerry Lynn Vs. Tully Blanchard
Tully controlled the early minutes of the match and hit a double sledge for a two count. Tully hit a backward elbow smash and made the cover but Lynn kicked out. Tully tossed Jerry out of the ring and Jerry went on the offensive, slamming Blanchard into the guard rail. Lynn unloaded on Tully but couldn’t get the Super Brat into a pinning predicament. Tully turned things around and hit a slingshot suplex for the win.

3. Magnum TA Vs. Adrian Adonis for the vacant LWF Southern Heavyweight title
Magnum and Adonis battled back and forth. Magnum got the upper hand but Adonis took over after a brawl outside the ring. Adonis locked on Goodnight Irene but Magnum got to the ropes. Adonis locked on Goodnight Irene a second time for the win.

Winner - Adrian Adonis by submission. Adrian Adonis is the new LWF Southern Heavyweight champion!

4. The Briscos Vs. The Sheepherders
Jerry and Luke started the match. The Sheepherders worked over Jerry and hit the Battering Ram but Jack made the save. The Sheepherders hit the running knee smash for a two count. The Sheepherders hit the double gutbuster on Jerry but Jerry managed to kick out. The Sheepherders hit the double gutbuster a second time for the win.

Winners - The Sheepherders by pinfall

5. Randy Savage Vs. Don Muraco
Muraco started strong but Savage hit the running knee to the back for a two count. Savage whipped Muraco to the ropes and attempted a backdrop but Muraco put on the brakes and rolled Savage up in an inside cradle for a two count. Muraco nailed Savage with the Asiatic Spike and made the cover but Savage kicked out. Savage made a comeback but couldn’t hold the momentum. Muraco hoisted Savage up into an over the shoulder backbreaker but Savage escaped the hold. Muraco hit the Hawaiian Hammer for the win.

6. Rob Van Dam vs. The Dynamite Kid
Dynamite had the momentum early on and went to the top rope but Van Dam kicked him out of the air and made the cover for a two count. Dynamite made a comeback and hit a gut wrench suplex for a two count. Dynamite threw Van Dam out of the ring and blasted him with a chair shot, earning the DQ.

Winner - Rob Van Dam by disqualification

After the match, Van Dam got on the mic and said he wanted Dynamite Kid in a falls count anywhere match at LWF 6:05 Wrestling Presents Battle for Detroit to settle things once and for all.

7. Harley Race & Bob Roop vs. Nick Bockwinkel & Ray Stevens with Bobby Heenan - LWF World Tag Team title match
Roop and Stevens started the match. Roop controlled most of the early minutes of the match and threw Stevens to the outside. Stevens got the upper hand and broke the count. Stevens and Roop got into a wild brawl but Stevens held the advantage. He threw Roop into the ring a Crippling Piledriver for a two count. Stevens threw Roop outside and gave him a piledriver on the concrete. Roop may have been counted out but Bobby Heenan threw Roop back into the ring. Stevens tagged in Bockwinkel and Bockwinkel nailed Roop with a piledriver for a two count. Bockwinkel locked on the figure four but Harley Race made the save. Stevens attacked Race and Bockwinkel locked on the figure four a second time for the win.

Winners - Nick Bockwinkel & Ray Stevens by submission. Bockwinkel & Stevens are the new LWF World Tag Team Champions.

8. Vader vs. Killer Kowalski - LWF World Heavyweight title match
Kowalski got the upper hand at the opening bell and hit a jumping knee drop for a two count. Kowalski locked on the Kowalski Claw but Vader fought his way out of the hold. Kowalski hit a second jumping knee drop for a two count. Vader battled back and hit the Vader Bomb for a two count. Vader hit a second Vader Bomb but Kowalski got his foot on the ropes. Vader hit a third Vader Bomb for the win.

Winner - Vader by pinfall, his 20th successful title defense.
