Most don't believe he exists; others say he's just a ghost story to scare weaker systems.
Aethrans are known as head banging warriors and not so much for their covert espionage assassins. Is that by design..?
A select few, mostly on Andromeda and Titan, believe he is very real and call him The BUTCHER - though only in whispers.
