AWC Supercard 5- War Games
Live: Aethra War Dome
The Aethra War Dome is packed to the brim with fans of the AWC, but the main focal point were the two rings and the cage up on top, all set up for the main event of the show.
The show begins with a tag team championship match. The champions and challengers make their way out to the ring and the ring announcer stands in the ring.
“The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the AWC Tag Team Championships! Introducing first, the challengers, at a combined weight of 610 pounds, representing the Aethra Attack Unit, Fist and Siege, the GLADIATOR SIEGE!”
The challengers raise their arms in triumph as the crowd cheers.
“And their opponents, at a combined weight of 572 pounds, they are the AWC Tag Team Champions, Krokus and Ground Zero, the GLADIATOR OUTSIDERS!”
The Outsiders raise their championships over their heads and the crowd claps. The referee takes the title belts and raises them for all to see. After giving them to the ring announcer, the bell rings and the match begins.
AWC Tag Team Championship
Gladiator Siege (Siege (4) & Fist (1)) d. Gladiator Outsiders (Krokus (1) & Ground Zero (3)) (c) via Pinfall (flying cross chop) 2.25*
In a back and forth match between both teams, neither team wanted to give up an inch to the opponent, but things didn’t look great for the Outsiders early as Ground Zero was hit with the SIEGE & STORM early, only for Krokus to make the save. Siege would then follow up with the AETHRAN CRIPPLER, but Ground Zero kicked out. Krokus would hit the DEATH ROLL on multiple occasions against Siege, but it wouldn’t put him away. Eventually, the match reached its end when Krokus made an error in a turnbuckle charge, nearly getting rolled up by Siege, only for Siege to tag in Fist who would then finish the match up later on with a flying cross chop.
“Here are your winners, and the NEW AWC Tag Team Champions, Siege & Fist, GLADIATOR SIEGE!”
Siege and Fist grabbed the AWC Tag Team Championships and celebrated their victory over the Gladiator Outsiders. They would celebrate a bit before exiting the ring. After they left, a lot of plunder was brought to the ring.
Both the DeathMatch Champion and his challenger entered the ring along with the ring announcer, ready to get to the action.
“The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the AWC DeathMatch Championship! Introducing first, the challenger, from Wyoming, Earth, weighing in at 253 pounds, SHAYNE!”
Shayne raises his arms and begins to hype up the crowd.
“And his opponent, from Eridanus, weighing in at 255 pounds, representing W.A.R., he is the AWC DeathMatch Champion, RAVEN!”
The crowd boos as Raven looks at them with disappointment. He hands the referee to the ref who raises it for all to see before handing it to the ring announcer. The bell rings and the DeathMatch begins.
AWC DeathMatch Championship
Raven (c) d. Shayne (3) in a DeathMatch via Pinfall (DETHRONING) 1.5*
It seemed to be back and forth, but the damage that Raven caused would prove to be too much, as Raven would hit Shayne with the BROADSWORD and the BLADE RUNNER before stabbing Shayne with a fork. After that, Raven hit the DETHRONING to win the match.
“Here is your winner, and STILL the AWC DeathMatch Champion, RAVEN!”
The crowd boos as Raven celebrates his victory over the fallen Shayne. He walks out and just lets Shayne get up on his own accord. Shayne eventually hobbles to the back, but it’s clear that he was in no shape to compete.
Before the next match gets underway, two people are seen in front of Commissioner Guile’s office before knocking on the door.
Guile (from inside): “Come in.”
They open the door and enter the office before closing the door behind them.
After that, the next match gets underway.
The Original Gladiators (Brute, Massacre, & Fury) d. Prophecy of Aethra (Calamity (1), Partide, & Votarist) via Pinfall (THE CLEANSING) DUD
This was a one sided match that saw Brute, Massacre, and Fury all work on Calamity and keep him away from his partners. Massacre would finish the job with THE CLEANSING, and no one on Calamity’s team would help him.
The original gladiators stand tall in the ring and they look at Fury. Fury then gives the two of them high fives before making their way to the back.
The AWC Women’s Championship match is up next, and both challenger and champion make their way to the ring. The ring announcer steps in and begins his speech.
“The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the AWC Women’s Championship! Introducing first, the challenger, from Aethra, representing the Gladiator Elite, THRASH!”
The former champion raises her arms and looks at the current champion with intent.
“And her opponent, from Aethra, representing the Aethra Attack Unit, she is the AWC Women’s Champion, STORM!”
Storm holds up the AWC Women’s Championship and looks at her challenger. The referee takes the championship and holds it up for all to see. The referee hands the title to the ring announcer and the bell rings to start the match.
AWC Women’s Championship
Storm (1) (c) d. Thrash (6) via Pinfall (VICTORY LAP) 3.5*
It started back and forth, but it eventually went in the way of Storm, who proceeded to hit big move after big move on Thrash without giving her a chance to breathe. A few MILITARY PURGEs and a VICTORY LAP later, and Thrash was down and out.
“Here is your winner, and STILL the AWC Women’s Champion, STORM!”
The crowd applauds this show of dominance and Storm is given her title back. Storm celebrates as Thrash gets up. She thinks about attack, but she decides against it and offers her hand to Storm. The two gladiators shake hands and Thrash raises the arm of Storm, showing that she was the better woman tonight. As Thrash exits the ring, Storm looks on and smiles.
Up next is the AWC Trios Championship, and both Champions and Challengers make their way to the ring and the ring announcer is set to make the announcement.
“The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the AWC Trios Championship! Introducing first, the challengers, at a combined weight of 960 pounds, Rapture, Riot, and Onslaught, the DREADNOKS!”
The Dreadnoks raise their arms in unison, showing that they are a unit.
“And their opponents, at a combined weight of 858 pounds, representing C.H.A.O.S., they are the AWC Trios Champions, Turmoil, Force, and Fracture!”
The champions go crazy and they show a lot of passion. They hand the titles over to the referee who raises them all for the fans to see. After handing the titles to the ring announcer, the bell rings and the match begins.
AWC Trios Championship
The Dreadnoks (Rapture, Riot, & Onslaught (3)) d. C.H.A.O.S. (Turmoil (4), Force, & Fracture) via Pinfall (APOCALYPSE) 1.25*
It was a back and forth match between both teams, with neither team wanting to give an inch. Both teams fought with everything they had with both of them isolating a member of the team at one point. After Turmoil hit the TRIPLE SUICIDE on Onslaught, however, both Rapture and Riot came in and hit Turmoil with a huge elbow drop, allowing Onslaught to roll him up for the pin, only for Turmoil to kick out. After that, however, the Dreadnoks isolated Turmoil for the rest of the match, with Rapture finishing the job with two consecutive APOCALYPSE.
“Here are your winners, and the NEW AWC Trios Champions, Rapture, Riot, & Onslaught, THE DREADNOKS!”
The Dreadnoks celebrated their win over C.H.A.O.S., and they hold the AWC Trios Championships in their hands. C.H.A.O.S. head to the back in defeat, hoping that their teammates can do better.
The AWC World Championship is up next, and this time, it’s two opponents instead of one. Nytro and Scar make their way out to the ring first, but as Maramus appears on stage, smoke appears from behind and Nightmare attacks both Nytro and Scar to take control of the match.
AWC World Championship
Nytro (2) d. Nightmare (2) (c) w/Maramus & Scar (5) in a Triple Threat Match via Pinfall (NYTROGLYCERINE) 3*
It was a competitive match between all three individuals, with both Nightmare and Nytro taking control for most of the match, but Scar was not deterred as he kicked out of big move after big move. It would eventually come to an end however, when Nytro hit the NYTROGLYCERINE on his partner one final time to win the match and the championship.
“Here is your winner, and the NEW AWC World Champion, NYTRO!”
Nytro celebrated in the ring with the championship as Scar looked at his stablemate. Nightmare looked and saw the victor, but instead of attacking, he decided to disappear into the night. Maramus left as well, giving Nytro all the time he needed to celebrate.
Before the main event gets underway, the cameras are shown in front of the commissioner’s office, as the two individuals from before exit with a smile and people could finally see who they were. Magnus Colby and Marcus Colby.
It’s main event time, and tonight, it’s War Games. The cage comes down and the doors are set. The entrance ramp was separated into two, giving them enough space to show who was coming out for which side.
The announcer goes over the rules for War Games before Lope comes out to start for the Aethra Attack Order. After a little bit of waiting, the lights dim and the crowd awaits the appearance of the first member of the Gladiator Revolution. Music plays, and out comes Monolith! Monolith is starting the match for the Gladiator Revolution, and it looks like it’s going to be a wild one.
War Games
For the first five minutes, Monolith completely decimated Lope, and while Lope tried to get some damage done, it wasn’t anything Monolith couldn’t handle. Monolith hit the CATASTROPHE multiple times against the smaller Lope, but Lope wouldn’t go down without a fight. As Lope fought back, however, the timer hit zero.
Havoc made his way out to the ring, ready to deal more damage to Lope.
For two more minutes, Havoc took some time to deal even more damage to Lope, including hitting Lope with the COSMIC NIGHTMARE multiple times. It was a gruesome affair as Lope continued taking a beating for two minutes. But after those minutes were up, another wrestler came out.
It was Paralyze from the Gladiator Elite! He stormed the ring and started attacking Havoc.
Paralyze handled the next part of the match by himself, giving Lope some time to recover. However, Havoc eventually found a counter and got with Monolith who hit the CATASTROPHE two times in a row. Paralyze did fight out of a double team attempt and hit the PERMANENTLY PARALYZED on Monolith, but it wasn’t time for the surrender. As Paralyze fought back, however, the timer expired.
Out came Evolution, representing the Galactic Rebels. He stormed the cage and went after Paralyze.
For two minutes, Evolution and Paralyze battled it out against each other with Havoc and Lope getting involved for double teams. Paralyze suffered a lot of damage, but it wasn’t enough to keep him down for long. When Evolution and Havoc went for another double team move, the time expired and another member of the Attack Order came out.
It was the Gladiator Regime’s Cataclysm! The first ever AWC World Champion has entered War Games!
Cataclysm picks a fight with all three members of the Revolution, going for an attack like no other. He doesn’t do too much damage, however, and he eventually falls victim to the teamwork of the Revolution. As Evolution threw Cataclysm into the cage, the timer expired and Sly Drury entered the cage to pick up the scraps.
Sly Drury battles Cataclysm for two minutes, but it goes wrong fast, as Cataclysm throws him into the cage and does some serious damage to Sly, eventually, Sly finds a way out and hits “I Run This Fed” before switching over to Havoc to deal more damage. As Havoc hits the COSMIC NIGHTMARE onto Paralyze, the timer expired and the Overmaster charges into the cage, targeting Havoc.
The Aethran Overmaster and Havoc battle it out like crazy, using the cage and the ring to deal as much damage as possible. As the Overmaster hits his big moves, Havoc hung on and fought back. A double team between the Overmaster and Lope went wrong, but Havoc couldn’t capitalize as much as he would have liked. Eventually, the Overmaster hit an elbow hammer before the timer expired.
The lights dimmed for a second before the Black Death symbol appeared. After a little more time, “The Game” by Drowning Pool started to play. After the singer screamed “THE GAME”, out came Endgame! The hero from Corvus has been afflicted with the Black Death and is ready to fight everyone in his way!
Endgame battled with the Overmaster for a while, dealing damage to each other through sadistic means. Endgame teamed up with Havoc, but the Overmaster still fought through, dealing down solid damage to Endgame. Eventually, Lope got in on the attack and hit Endgame with the Wild Prairie Dive, causing Endgame to get a little dizzy before the time limit expired.
On the screen was a judge with a gavel. A few seconds later, the gavel comes down and the words “NOT GUILTY” appeared on the screen. The screen cut off, and blood started dripping down on said screen. A few seconds later, out came Bloodmonger! Bloodmonger is free, and he is ready to destroy the Revolution! He goes after Sly Drury first.
Bloodmonger goes on a warpath before eventually calming down. The battle was gruesome on both sides, but it was a battle no side wanted to give up. With everyone hitting their finishers except for Evolution and Sly Drury, it looked to be a clinic for the ages. It all came to a head when Havoc and the Overmaster battled it out in a ring separated from everyone else. Suddenly, the Dark Menace appeared near the cage and gave Havoc a knife. Havoc started stabbing the Overmaster with the knife, and while the other members of the Attack Order tried their best to stop it, it eventually became too much and the Overmaster surrendered.

After the match, the Overmaster limped to the back when the cage raised up. The war games have been done. The Revolution has won. Alpha Female then appears with a crown in her hands. She goes to the ring and gives Havoc the crown. Havoc puts the crown on his head and he looks at the fallen combatants. The ring announcer then makes the following announcement.
“Ladies and gentlemen, your new Minister of War, HAVOC!”
The crowd gives a mixed response to the news. He then is given a microphone and he stands tall.
Havoc: “Aethrans. I have done it. I have conquered the tyranny this planet has faced, and now it’s no more! However, my work is not done. For I know that the Aethra Attack Order will be wanting to get payback. Sadly for them, they’ll never get the chance.”
The crowd murmurs a bit, wondering what this could mean.
“For every wrestler that fought against the Revolution during the regular show and the pre-show, I have a suitable punishment for them all.”
The crowd then piped up as the Overmaster looks up and gets a little horrified.
Havoc: “Aethran Overmaster, Bloodmonger, Cataclysm, Lope, Paralyze, Bulldoze, Mayhem Unleashed, Killing Machine, and Manhandle, all of you are here by…”

Havoc: “EXILED!”
The crowd roars in cheers and boos, unsure of what to make of it all. Aethran Soldiers then take all five losing wrestlers away in handcuffs and they are taken away. The Gladiator Revolution stands tall and everyone is left wondering, what will happen next.
