1. DiBiase & Hansen vs. Poffo & Powers
DiBiase dominated powers and got a near fall with the full power slam. DiBiase hit a second power slam for the win.

Winners - DiBiase & Hansen by pinfall

2. Jim Londos vs. David Taylor
Taylor started strong but Londos got the advantage and rocked him with two crotch lift and slams. Londos hit two more crotch lift and slams but Taylor wouldn’t stay down. Taylor made a comeback and hit the British Suplex for a two count. Londos made a comeback and hoisted Taylor up in the airplane spin for the win.

Winner - Jim Londos by submission

3. King Kong Bundy vs. Mad Dog Vachon
Bundy and Mad Dog battled back and forth. Bundy got the upper hand and squashed Mad Dog with a big splash for the win.

4. The Killer Bees vs. The Quebecers
Brunzell and Pierre started the match. Pierre flattened Brunzell with some big right hands and the Quebeckerse hit the Tower of Quebec for a two count. The Quebecers hit the Boston Crab leg drop and Brunzell was hurting. The Quebecers hit the Tower of Quebec a second time but Brunzell kicked out. Rougheau hit a piledriver for a two count. Brunzell made a comeback and hit a cross body block for a two count. The Bees hit the Killer Dropkick but Pierre made the save. The Bees hit the Bee Sting for a two count. The Killer Bees hit the Killer Dropkick a second time for the win.

Winners - The Killer Bees by pinfall

5. George Tragos vs. Joe Blanchard
Tragos and Blanchard battled back and forth. Tragos clamped on the armlock & scissors but Blanchard wouldn’t tap out and managed to escape the hold. Tragos locked on the armlock & scissors a second time for the win.

Winner - George Tragos by submission

Before the main event, the full card of LWF 6:05 Wrestling Presents Number of the Beast was revealed.

2. Bruiser Brody Vs. George Tragos - LWF Southern Heavyweight title match
3. Jim Londos vs. The Spoiler
4. Konnan vs. Mil Muertes - winner gets a title shot at Mexican Standoff
5. Shane Douglas vs. Jack Brisco
6. The British Bulldogs & Harley Race vs. The Memphis Mafia
7. Dennis Condrey & Randy Rose Vs. Windham & Mulligan - LWF Tag Team Title match
8. Adrian Adonis with Jimmy Hart Vs. Dan Severn - LWF World Heavyweight title match

6. Adrian Adonis, Mil Muertes, & Shane Douglas vs. Konnan, Severn & Jack Brisco
Adonis and Severn started the match, a preview of the following night’s main event. Severn out wrestled Adonis in the opening minutes but Adonis took control after a brawl on the outside. Adonis locked on Goodnight Irene but Severn made it to the ropes. Adonis tagged in Douglas. The Franchise hit the Pittsburgh Plunge but Jack Brisco made the save. Douglas hit a power bomb and tagged in Mil Muertes. Severn took the Thousand Deaths down with a fireman’s carry and tagged in Jack Brisco. Brisco had a hard time hurting Muertes but rolled him up with the rolling reverse cradle for a two count. Muertes made a comeback and hit the backstabber for a two count. Muertes mauled Brisco on the outside and hit the Flatliner for a two count. Muertes tagged in Adonis. Adonis locked on Goodnight Irene and Douglas and Muertes held off Severn and Konnan. Brisco tapped out.

I use Poffo & Powers as my #1 'curtain jerker' tandem so I'm pleased to see them providing some competitive competition here. Your introduction or Mil Muertes is great too and makes me more excited that I orders the Mexico set with my recent Legends order. Can't wait for him to arrive!

Was hoping Vachon would take down Bundy. Always enjoy seeing those two in someone's fed.

Well good main event even if Shane Douglas was on the winning side...luckily my enjoyment of Adonis and Muertes overrules that. Tragos continues to provide the entertainment.

Muertes is tough but feels old school enough that I don't mind using him with the Legends. I was pulling for Mad Dog but he couldn't get it done. He might be going back to tag teams soon.

1. Killer Bees vs. DiBiase & Hansen
Blair and Hansen started the match. Blair took the fight to Hansen and the Bees hit the Bee Sting for a two count. Hansen and Brunzell duked it out on the floor and Hansen bulldozed Brunzell. Hansen hit a big elbow drop for a two count. Hansen tagged in DiBiase and Brunzell made the hot tag to Blair. The Bees wore down DiBiase with quick tags and Blair locked on the sleeper. DiBiase made it to the ropes. The Bees hit the Bee Sting on DiBiase for the win.

Winners - The Killer Bees by pinfall

DiBiase & Hansen argued after the match but no punches were thrown.

2. Bruiser Brody Vs. George Tragos - LWF Southern Heavyweight title match
Brody and Tragos battled back and forth. Tragos surprised the crowd by going toe to toe with Brody. Brody rocked Tragos with a one-hand body slam for a two count. Tragos made a comeback but Brody shut him down with a twisting vertical suplex for a two count. Brody hit the Jumping Knee Drop for the win.

Winner - Bruiser Brody by pinfall, his third successful title defense

3. Jim Londos vs. The Spoiler
The Spoiler overwhelmed Londos with his strength advantage early on. Londos got some momentum going but The Spoiler shut him down with a piledriver. The Spoiler locked on the Bionic Claw but Londos escaped the hold. The Spoiler went for a rope walk smash but Londos threw him to the mat. Spoiler and Londos battled back and forth. Londos hit the crotch lift and slam for a two count. Londos locked on the Boston Crab but The Spoiler dragged him to the ropes. Londons hoisted the Spoiler up in the Airplane Spin and The Spoiler gave up after fifteen rotations.

Winner - Jim Londos by submission

4. Konnan vs. Mil Muertes - winner gets a title shot at Mexican Standoff
Muertes and Konnan battled back and forth. Muertes drilled Konnan with the Reaper’s Trident for a two count. Muertes hit a tombstone for a two count and followed it up with the Top Rope Flatliner for the win.

Winner - Mil Muertes by pinfall. Mil Muertes will wrestle the LWF World Heavyweight champion at LWF 6:05 Wrestling Presents Mexican Standoff.

5. The British Bulldogs & Harley Race vs. The Memphis Mafia
The Dynamite Kid and Eddie Gilbert started the match. Gilbert quickly resorted to illegal tactics and jabbed Dynamite with a foreign object. Gilbert hit a neckbreaker clothesline and tagged in Fargo. Fargo hit a knee to the gut for a two count. Fargo threw Dynamite to the outside and Dynamite took control, suplexing him off the apron. Dynamite Kid hit the diving head butt on Fargo for a near fall and tagged in Davey. Davey and Harley Race nailed Fargo with a double head butt. Harley went to the top rope but Fargo threw him to the mat and tagged in Brian Christopher. Christopher hit the sunset flip power bomb on Race on the floor and threw him back into the ring. Race and Christopher battled back and forth. Christopher hit a standing leg drop for a two count and tagged in Gilbert. Race made a comeback after a brawl on the outside and hit a piledriver on Gilbert for a two count. Race tagged in Dynamite and Dynamite nailed Gilbert with the Diving Head butt for a two count. The Bulldogs hit the double head butt on Gilbert but Fargo brained Dynamite with a chair. Race and Davey Boy cleaned house and The Bulldogs hit the Tower of London on Gilbert but Christopher made the save. Gilbert made a comeback and tagged in Jackie Fargo. Fargo and Race battled on the outside. Fargo nailed Race with a chair and busted him open. Fargo brought the chair into the ring and clobbered Race with it in full view of the referee. The referee had enough and called for the bell.

Winners - The British Bulldogs & Harley Race by disqualification

After the match, the six men battled until security pulled them apart. Race got on the mic and said the only way to settle things was in a steel cage match!

6. Shane Douglas vs. Jack Brisco
Brisco surprised Douglas early on with a double leg takedown and wouldn’t let up. Brisco taunted Douglas and rolled the Franchise up with a Rolling Reverse Cradle for a quick win.

7. Dennis Condrey & Randy Rose Vs. Windham & Mulligan - LWF Tag Team Title match
Rose and Windham started the match. Windham dominated Rose until Rose took control after a brawl on the floor. Rose hit the Rose Bomb for a two count. Rose tagged in Condrey and Condrey hit the face first leg sweep for a two count. Rose and Condrey hit the Rocket Launcher but Mulligan made the save. Rose hit another Rose Bomb for a two count. Rose tagged in Condrey and Condrey hit the face first leg sweep for the win.

Winners - Dennis Condrey & Randy Rose by pinfall

8. Adrian Adonis with Jimmy Hart Vs. Dan Severn - LWF World Heavyweight title match
Severn attacked Adonis at the opening bell and got a two count with a fireman’s carry slam. Severn threw Adonis to the outside and Adonis took control, smashing The Beast into the ring steps. Severn recovered and locked on an armbar. Adonis grabbed the referee by the shirt and pulled him close and Jimmy Hart smashed Severn in the back of the head with the megaphone. Adonis locked on Goodnight Irene but Severn escaped the hold. Adonis hit a big DDT and made the cover but Severn kicked out. Adonis hit a top rope knee drop and made the cover but Severn got his foot on the ropes. Severn made a comeback and locked on the choke sleeper but Adonis got his foot on the ropes. Severn locked on the choke sleeper a second time but Adonis escaped the hold. Adonis battled back but Severn shut him down and went back to the armbar. Adonis dragged himself and Severn to the ropes. Adonis and Severn battled back and forth. Adonis unloaded on Severn but couldn’t get the beast down. Adonis finally hit a gut wrench backbreaker and locked on Goodnight Irene. Severn refused to give up and instead the referee raised his arm three times and called for the bell.

Winner - Adrian Adonis by submission, his third title defense.

Condrey and Rose continue to be tough and Adonis remains beastly.

Adonis continues to impress as the champion... And I have to add that it would be cool to see him defend the title against Muertes in a casket match... Crossing my fingers for that technical finish now... HA!

Thoroughly enjoying the feud pitting Race and the Bulldogs against that pesky Memphis Mafia... Now, when Race says the only way to settle this matter is inside a steel cage, does he mean a one-on-one encounter with Fargo? Or are we talking a six-man affair? Either way, I'm stoked!
