Jack B and Dynamite delivered an electrifying performance... There is absolutely no denying that Brisco earned his place in the upcoming top contenders match... And it's really cool they parted with that display of mutual respect. Personally, I still think Brisco has the best chance of dethroning Vader... Well, there's one man I rank above Brisco and I still can't wait for that inevitable showdown... You're doing an awesome job of drawing out the anticipation for that one.

Promoter's Corner: I'm going to start doing this feature after every pay per view cycle if I have something to say.
I thought I was prepared for Vader to possibly lose the belt to Buddy Rogers but it was still surprising. I wrote the video package before I rolled the match. Vader needed an 8 to escape the Grapevine and rolled a 7. I thought about fudging it and taking a token off Rogers but it felt too much like cheating. Instead of rushing a rematch, I'm going to take Vader off the table for a while. A lot of guys left town after they lost a bid to unseat Vader so I'll take this opportunity to bring them back for a go-round with the new champ.

The Nature Boy makes 6:05 history and he does it WITHOUT playing dirty... WOW! I know how tempting it must have been to fudge the roll and keep that match going, but you'll be happy that you didn't in the long run... Vader had an epic run that will be virtually impossible to duplicate... Give the Mastodon some time off and see how things play out with some previous top contenders.
Fun stuff, my friend... As always!

Vader is done, or is he? I’m stoked to see Rogers knock him off but it seems Vader isn’t a gracious loser. A fine event and I’ve enjoyed catching up on the last week of action.
