I almost always cycle my champions out after they lose the belt. In my original NWA I realized every single one of my initial champions lost their belt and won them back a few months later. That has always stuck with me and I think I've spent 16 years rebelling against myself on that.
Sometimes a guy stays but usually they take some time off to heal. I tend to not like guys getting repeated shots either. I tend to move on from challengers after a loss unless they beat the champ by DQ or count out.

I am almost positive that Louden Noxious came up with those stats. So I think only he could answer that thread, and he isn't on this board.

It is great to hear that I am not the only one who gets a little upset when guys I want to pick in drafts get taken way earlier than they should and it blows my whole draft strategy!!!
It's like they say, "a plan is only good until it meets enemy opposition."
