Jack Hood holds a bag of ice to his right eye and stares angrily at the two women standing before him. The larger of the two steps forward and looks him in the eye.
"Mr. Hood, you do understand that assaulting a member of the SCC is a felony on this planet. We don't assault people whenever we get our panties in a bunch, we talk out our issues. I also know how you got your spot in the GWF/POW, that will not work here, you are incapable of hurting me. I am from the elevator module 28-74 that surrounds the planet Jupiter. Our gravity there is a little over two times that of this planet you're standing on. Which makes me hella strong here. I literally could rip you in half. I'm willing to overlook your meager assault on us, but this will cost you something sir."
"Oy? And what is that lass?"
"I'm keeping your hat."
"You are...that is....aye. I agree to your terms woman."
"Oh and another thing, it's Ms. Powers from here on out, no lass, no lady, no woman....get me?"
"Aye"
Aurora finally stands up and smiles at Jack Hood.
"Jacky my friend. You have to trust me on this. This SCC arrangement with us is going to make us buckets of money. Stop being xenophobic."
Jack Hood brushes his long hair away from his face and puts down the bag of ice. He stands up and smiles his metal teeth.
"Of course my lad...er business associates. I look forward to our next meeting. If you will excuse me, I will take my leave."
Aurora step over to Jack and puts her hand on his shoulder. He stiffens at the touch but doesn't pull away.
"Jack, I know you, please don't be mad. Don't try and undermine this, I promise, we will both be happy in this arrangement."
Jack puts his head down then looks at Aurora.
"Yes..... Mrs.... Aurora."
Jack pulls away and exits the suite.
"Well that could have gone better." Aurora looks at Heather with concern.
"Hey, he came at me."
"I get it, but you should have just...nevermind. On to other things. Here is the line up for next months card. We will be on Sagitta and it's Torin's home plant. He will be very excited to fight in front of his people. I have put eight SSC wrestlers on the card. I want to keep introducing your wrestlers so the rest of the galaxy can get familiar with them. Also just to warn you we will have a tag team from CTA-102 and an Aethran. Please discuss with your people about decorum and that no revenge against the two CTA-102 citizens outside the ring will be tolerated. And please remind them not to gawk at the Aethran, they are touchy about people staring at them. It will take some getting used to but I think this arrangement will unite the galaxy in a way that it has never before known."
Heather smiles and looks over the fight card.
"This is great. I have always wanted to see Screw in person. Pirated holo-vids just never seemed to do him justice. I will discuss with my wrestlers all that is expected of them."
"One last thing, everybody on Earth seemed to be ok when Ayngar fought here tonight and he got off planet without incident, but we are in contract talks to bring in another wrestler from Cygnus. Mangus. We haven't finalized the deal, but I know he was in the military and led an attack on your solar system. He has retired from the military and.."
"Are you kidding? Aurora! He is the Butcher of the Twin Bells. He blew up a research satellite with three hundred people on board. You bring him to earth, there will be riots."
"For this to work, all of this to work, there has to be peace in the galaxy. You will have to convince your people to let the war happen in the ring, not anywhere else. If this doesn't work. What do you think will happen when the Aethran government decides not to buy in too?"
"Galactic war..again."
"But this time....your solar system will be plunged into it. We have spent decades making peace with the Aethrans, as long as we have an outlet for their ego and brutality we have hope for the first time in a long time that there is no war in the galaxy, anywhere. Make your people see that Heather."
"I will."
Heather puts the screen down with the fight card from Sagitta and grabs her communicator.
"I hope" She says under her breath.

The crowd on Sagitta was huge. Almost every holo-site was turned to the frequency of this televised event. Torin Caleum was coming home. The Galactic Champion had been gone for more than a year defending his championship. Tonight his people would would get to see the champ in person.
GWF/POW fight on Sagitta!
09.03.2073 from Sagitta Prime - House of Lords - Jackata Fields
Funky Hound Soul (Andromeda 9) vs. Praveer Singh (Earth)
Match had good back and forth action. Praveer was in control when he came off the turnbuckle for a leg drop and Funky rolled out of the way. The Hound Soul took control and never looked back, it took three Jive Times to put away a tough Praveer, but it did put him away. Funky danced his winners dance in the ring to delight of the crowd.
Torrero (M83) vs. One Eye (Mercury)
A lot of people were looking forward to this match up. One Eye looked a little unnerved as this was his first time out of his home solar system. He looked a bit tight as the match began. Torrero was looking to make short work of the one eye'd fighter but One Eye was able to finally push Torrero out through the rope to the outside to get a breather. When Torrero climbed back in, he was met with a SAP to the back of the head. The referee actually allowed it! Torrero was able to just put his foot on the ropes before the three count. Incensed at this One Eye began to beat him mercilessly with the SAP. The ref rang the bell for the DQ and tried to pull One Eye of Torrero, who was basically out at this point. Event organizers and security finally pulled the big man off and pulled him to the back. Torrero needed help to the back.
The Native Americans - Spirit Dancer & Dog Soldier (Earth) vs. The Hooligans - Blotto & Slug (Pleiades)
The two men from earth had never tagged with each other and were not happy that just because they were both of Native American descent they were put together as a tag team. Both men had fought each other on many occasions and didn't really like each other. Shown the paycheck they would receive if they won. Both men agreed to pair up. Nobody had them winning this match as the Hooligans had been former tag champions. Spirit Dancer led things off against the huge Blotto who seemed to have the man from South Dakota on earth in trouble early. Hitting their finisher, only Dog Soldier was able to break up the count. Blotto and Slug worked as a team to break down the Native American. Once again hitting the Steel Chair Sandwich. All looked bleak for the two earthers, but Blotto went up to the high rent district and tried to squash Spirit Dancer. Spirit Dancer rolled out of the way and was able to tag in Dog Soldier who lit up Blotto and looked to set up his finisher when Slug rushed in only to be tackled by Spirit Dancer. Hitting his finisher, Blotto was staring at the lights as the Native Americans pulled a huge upset.
Rucksack Jack (Earth) vs. El Santo Simian
A lot of people came to see Rucksack Jack after his upset win last month. If they went to the bathroom, they unfortunately missed him. El Santo Simian was in no joking mood and made super quick work of Rucksack, who had barely put down his pack before eating a well placed kick to the face. This set up the Simian Sault Spectacular to which Rucksack did nothing to avoid. It was a quick trip to the winners pay window for El Santo. Rucksack looked totally bewildered at what happened to him as the referee helped him to the back.
Diablo Kill Crew -Slipknot & Noose (Carina) **Champions** vs. The Bloodshriekers - Jackknife & Throttle (CTA-102)
**Tag Team Championship.**
This one was supposed to be the end of a huge rivalry between these two teams. The BloodShriekers had been chasing the Diablo Kill Crew for months. Finally able to corner them on Sagitta, the two teams meet finally. Jackknife was fired up and came out of the blocks unglued. Hitting Slipknot with a knife edge chop of the ropes that hit perfectly and blacked out the Diablo Kill Crew member for the three count. Everyone in the building was stunned. Noose went bonkers and attacked everyone, including his partner. Throttle was able to slow down the enraged wrestler with a power bomb that slowed everything down. The New champs took their belts and left the arena. Noose looked down at his partner in disgust and was about to stomp him, when he took a deep breath and grabbed his arm and pulled him up and to the back.
**New Tag Team Champions - The BloodShriekers!**
Tattooed Monk (Earth) vs. Samson Silver (Titan Moon, Saturn)
Continuing to introduce SSC wrestlers to the galaxy the group put two wrestlers from the Sol System on display. Samson Silver made super short work of Tattooed Monk who looked really nervous and out of sorts in the new environment of a other solar system. Coming of the turnbuckle, Samson hit him with a vicious clothesline that took all the fight from the monk. Easy win for the new addition to the roster Samson Silver.
Devastation (Aethra) vs. Benjamin Shroud (Earth)
**Non Title Match**
Most people from the Sol System had never seen an Aethran, much less be put in a match to fight one. Shroud seemed totally fine.
"A man is a man right? He bleed? Then what do I have to worry about this guy? Just another tough guy in a long line of tough guys I've left on the ground behind me."
Devastation slapped the reporter and grabbed the microphone.
"All who challenge Aethra will fall. I don't care if this Earther is ten feet tall! He is not bigger than me! I will subjugate him like I do to all races! Now leave!!"
Both men circled each other as the match began. Both sizing up their opponent. Meeting in the middle, both men exchanged heavy punches and kicks. When Devastator grabbed Shroud you could see on his face the surprise that Shroud was stronger than him. Angrily, Devastator tried to get over on the bigger man, but Shrouds attack was unrelenting and was weakening the Aethran. A cradle piledriver out of the corner ended Devastators night. Shroud was quick to jump up and excite the crowd in his big win. Devastator rolled out of the ring and looked at Shroud strangely as he headed up the ramp.
Torin Caleum *Galactic Champion*(Sagitta) vs. Screw (Parts Unknown)
**Galactic Championship**
Jack Hood led Screw to the ring surprising everyone. Torin came to the ring and the place went insane. Fireworks exploded in the sky and the Sagitta people chanted his name.
Screw looked very intense at the match began. Torin relaxed and suave just moved with grace and power. Screw charged Torin and surprised the champ with a fury he was unprepared for. Screw quickly hit the Screw U and the ref did nothing but watch. Torin was able to kick out but something was amiss for sure. Jack Hood cackled from ringside as Screw beat up the champion. Everytime the champ would fight back he was hit with another Screw U and again the ref allowed it. The crowd was going crazy, throwing things at the referee. One final Screw U put the champ out for the count and Screw stood up triumphant. Jack Hood jumped in to the ring holding his new charges arm up in victory. Pulling a microphone from his pockets he straightened his new velvet top hat and smiled his steel smile.
"As you all can plainly see, the era of being screwed over by the powers that be are now over. You want a shot at the POW champion you will come to me and only me!"
Dropping the mic, he again lifts Screws arm in triumph. The crowd boos super loud as the show goes off the air.
**New Galactic Champion - Screw**
Aurora sits with Heather Powers in their suite.
"Well I did not see that coming."
Heather chucks a glass of wine against a wall.
