Listened this morning. A great show! I love the name and the format. Sam ( Sam Fain), where did you get the music? It sounds familiar but I am guessing it's from a public domain site. Its the Champions of the Galaxy theme from the Live Event. We own the music! |

Thanks for all the feedback and comments, everyone. As was mentioned, this has been a long time coming and I'm thrilled that we were able to establish an official channel rather than keeping these types of discussions under my podcast's banner (not that I didn't love doing it, but I think an official podcast is better for all in the long run). Cory Olson, that music is actually from the COTG Live Event! So there's a reason it probably sounded familiar :-) Todd sent me the tracks and I plan on playing around with them as we go, but the main theme felt right for the intro and outro music. I have some ideas for shaping the soundscape of future episodes using that soundtrack and other sound effects. Should be fun. Also, we are now live on Apple Podcasts, Castro, Deezer, Overcast, & Spotify! We'll continue to embed new episodes on the website and link here as well. If anyone has any questions or suggestions about platforms and availability, don't hesitate to ask. We expect to migrate episodes over to YouTube at some point along with the old KoPW episodes, too. That music scared my wife today as I started the podcast in my kitchen while getting ready to walk my dog, LOL. Aside from that, a fantastic first episode! Looking forward to more! We bought a treadmill a few weeks ago so this will be great to listen to while trying to knock off that quarantine weight gain!
