Frontier #43; Savannah Civic Center; Savannah, Ga; 17 Mar 2023

---In the opener, Zack Sabre Jr goes over Gary Jay, winning w/ the DOUBLE WRIST CLUTH OCTOPUS HOLD in a great back & forth match. With the win, ZSJ earns a MW title shot at 'Mania Weekend' against Jeremy Wyatt.



---Jake Something/'Speedball' Mike Bailey w/ Veda Scott go over Madman Fulton/Ace Austin after Something crushes Austin w/ MFKR. Jake looks primed for his title shot at 'Mania Weekend.'



---In a heated match, Ricky Shane Page gets the duke over Eddie Edwards w/ the CHOKEBREAKER. RSP crushed Edwards with a steel chair as the referee got distracted when Nick Gage's into music blared out over the PA.



---Nick Gage came out and was met by his MDK'ers that made the trip south but Davey Richards crushed him w/ a steel chair of his own before Gage was able to get in the ring. Gage put up a fight but couldn't overcome the initial mauling and falls to Richards' Kicked To Death for the finish.



---Eddie Kingston/Homicide/Hernandez go over Calvin Tankman/EJ Nduka/Keith Lee after Kingston knocks Lee into next Tuesday w/ BACKFIST TO THE FUTURE. Afterwards, Tankman/Nduka turn on Lee and drop him w/ a Double NDUKA BOMB. However, Tankman completes the triple cross and turns on Nduka, dropping him on top of Lee w/ the GF DRIVER!!



---For the Frontier Championship, Erick Stevens retains over Eric Young after hitting a Doctor Bomb for the finish. Good match that saw Stevens kick out at 2 9/10 after a Young SPIKE PILEDRIVER. This is Stevens' V3 title defense since winning the title in November.



---In a Falls Count Anywhere match for the main event, Masha Slamovich goes over Jordynne Grace after driving her through a stack of tables at ringside w/ the WHITE KNIGHT DRIVER. Masha tries to keep up the attack after the match but the locker room empties to prevent anything further. It will be interesting to see how this affects Jordynne as she's set to face Charlie Morgan for the Women's title at 'Mania Weekend.' Jordynne had to be helped to the back as Masha ranted to close the show.

---In the opener, Bandido/La Flamita go over Pirata Morgan/Rey Bucanero after Bandido puts Bucanero away w/ 21 PLEX. Bandido/Flamita earn a tag title shot at 'Aniversario Adversario Dos' in 3 weeks.



---Blake Christian jumps Josh Alexander before the bell and keeps up the attack, winning w/ the HEART BLAKE DDT.



---Mark Briscoe and Jordan Oliver go toe-to-toe until Mark hits the CUT-THROAT DRIVER to pick up the win.



---Masha Slamovich/Leyla Hirsch go over Jennacide/Kris Statlander when Masha forces Statlander to submit to Kremlin Walls in a very competitive match.



---For the Frontier Middleweight Championship, Jeremy Wyatt (c) and Zack Sabre Jr go to an awesome 35-minute draw that included a 5-minute overtime period. The two competitors reluctantly shake hands to a standing ovation from the crowd. Excellent match and an absolute blast to roll-out.



---In a highly anticipated Triple Threat Grudge Match, Calvin Tankman goes over EJ Nduka and Keith Lee after driving Lee into the canvas w/ the TANKMAN DRIVER.



---For the Frontier Tag Team Championship, the Von Erichs retain over the American Wolves and Nick Gage/Ricky Shane Page after Ross/Marshall put Gage down w/ the IRON CLAW/BACK SUPLEX COMBO for their V8 title defense. Afterwards, the Wolves and Gage/RSP start brawling around ringside until security can separate the two teams.



---For the Frontier Women's Championship, Jordynne Grace goes over Charlie Morgan (c) by DQ after Masha Slamovich jumps Jordynne from behind for the finish. Jordynne was on the verge of winning the belt after the GRACE DRIVER but Masha breaks up the pin and with a vicious chair shot. Masha grabs a strand of barbed-wire from under the ring and starts pummeling Jordynne with right hands. Jordynne is bleeding buckets as security pulls Masha away and Grace had to be helped to the back.



---In the Main Event for the Frontier Championship, Jake Something w/ 'Speedball' Mike Bailey & Veda Scott wins the title for the second time as he puts Erick Stevens (c) down w/ MFKR in a great match. Veda definitely helped in the win as she put Jake's foot on the bottom rope after Stevens hit the SARASOTA SCREWDRIVER. As Jake celebrated to end the show, Bailey did not seem too pleased with Jake claiming the title.

What can be said, but awesome action! That time limit draw between Wyatt and Sabre was superb! They need a rematch. Calvin Tankman with a great win over some tough competition. The Von Erichs are showing why the are the best and the team to beat! Though the Wolves and Page/Gage seem to have issues with one another. The feud between Grace and Slamovich just got dialed up to 100 after that barbed-wire attack! Jake Something claims the top prize for a second time, but trouble seems to be brewing with Bailey’s reaction. Great job buddy, keep it up!

---In the opener, Jennacide goes over Thunder Rosa in a a one-sided bout, winning w/ the SIT DOWN POWERBOMB.



---Wolf Zaddies (Bad Dude Tito/Che Cabrera) go over Jake Something/'Speedball' Mike Bailey w/ Veda Scott after Bailey turned on Something, hitting him w/ ULTIMA WEAPON from the top turnbuckle as Something was on the arena floor. Back in the ring, Tito crushes Jake w/ PAINT IT BLACK for the win.



---In a highly competitive match, Joshua Bishop goes over Tom Lawlor, winning w/ a Tombstone Piledriver for the finish.



---Calvin Tankman goes over Keith Lee & EJ Nduka in an Elimination Match.

Tankman over Lee w/ the TANKMAN DRIVER.
Tankman over Nduka by Count-Out after Nduka refuses to face Tankman one-on-one.



---For the Frontier Tag Team Championship, the Von Erichs retain over Bandido/La Flamita after they drop Flamita w/ the IRON CLAW/BACK SUPLEX combo for the finish.



---Tim Storm goes over Nick Aldis w/ Kamille after interference by Kamille backfires, allowing Storm to hit the PERFECT STORM for the win. Storm earns a Frontier title shot at our next card on May 5th.



---In a violent Death Match, Nick Gage/Ricky Shane Page go over the American Wolves after Gage puts Edwards through two panes of glass w/ the PILEDRIVER. Richards had to be helped to the back as he ended up w/ 7 tokens.

Afterwards, as Gage/RSP was soaking in the cheers from the crowd, the crowd pops as Jon Moxley strolls to the ring. Moxley challenges the duo to a tag match at our next show.



---In the Main Event for the Frontier Women's Championship, Masha Slamovich goes over Charlie Morgan (c) w/ Kremlin Walls to win the the match and the title!! Great match that went almost 30-minutes and saw both competitors get out of each other's finishers several times. However, Masha would knock Charlie to the floor from the top turnbuckle, causing the champ to land awkwardly on her back. Masha immediately started working over Morgan's back area before locking in Kremlin Walls. Charlie fought the hold as long as she could but eventually submitted giving us a new champion.

Afterwards, Jordynne Grace interrupted Masha's in-ring celebration and challenged her to a Barbed Wire Cage Texas Death match at our next show!! Two women enter....One walks out under their own power. Masha immediately accepts the challenge to end the show.

It was only a matter of time before Bailey turned on Something, as they never seemed to mess together. Now to see how the fallout goes! Calvin Tankman seems unstoppable as he has been racking up impressive wins! I was surprised that Tim Storm won, but he now has a huge opportunity coming up, nice! That main event was awesome! However, the challenge by Grace and the acceptance by the champion means the next match between them is going to be brutal! Great job buddy, keep it up!

'May The Sith Be With You'

---The opener was a 4-woman Scramble match involving Big Swole, Serena Deeb, Samantha Evans, & Allie Katch.

Serena Deeb takes down Samantha Evans w/ the SPEAR.
Allie Katch eliminates Serena immediately after w/ a Rip Cord Headbutt w/ snake eyes being rolled.
After a long battle, Allie Katch takes the match over Big Swole w/ the PUSSYCAT PILEDRIVER.

Allie earns a title shot against Masha at the 'Memorial Cup.'



---Rip City Shooters over Wolf Zaddies after they drop Che Cabrera w/ the MILE HIGH DROP to earn a tag title shot at the 'Memorial Cup' at the end of May.



---For the Frontier Middleweight Championship, Jeremy Wyatt (c) retains over Blake Christian, winning w/ the CORONATION PILEDRIVER in a good bout.



---Calvin Tankman goes over EJ Nduka by DQ after Nduka smashes Calvin w/ the ring steps. Afterwards, Calvin demands that his First Round opponent in the Memorial Cup be Nduka.



---Jon Moxley's tag team partner turned out to be Tyler Black and they get the win over Nick Gage/Ricky Shane Page after Mosley drops RSP w/ MOXICITY. Afterwards, Gage grabs the house mike and challenges Moxley to a Death Match at the 'Memorial Cup' since they won't put Gage in the Cup field. The challenge is quickly accepted by Moxley.



---Jake Something (c) retains the Frontier Championship over Tim Storm after Mike Bailey mistakenly hit Storm w/ ULTIMA WEAPON after Something had dropped Storm w/ MFKR. Veda Scott provided the distraction to set up the finish. Afterwards, Something throws out a challenge for 'Memorial Cup' which is quickly accepted by Bailey.



---In the non-title main event, Masha Slamovich and Jordynne Grace go at each other in a Barbed Wire Cage Texas Death Match. In an absolute bloodbath, Jordynne goes over Masha after sending Masha crashing to the mat w/ Fall From Grace from the top of the cage. Jordynne is able to answer the 10-count while Masha is not able to, giving Jordynne the huge win over her arch-rival. Masha had to be stretchered out while Jordynne needed help to the back after she left the cage. Both will carry a +1 pin rating into their matches at the Cup.

....'Memorial Cup' First Round....

---Right out of the gate we get Lance Hoyt vs AJ Gray in a great matchup that sees Lance hit a Texas Tower Bomb for the win.


---Another great match sees Josh Alexander go over Willie Mack w/ the C4 SPIKE.


---Alexander Hammerstone goes over Malice w/ a huge Cross Body Block from the top turnbuckle.


---Matthew Justice gets a big win over Chris Masters, winning w/ an AWESOME SPLASH.


---Jeremy Wyatt goes over Killer Kross after interference from Scarlett backfires, allowing Moose to come out of the crowd and hit a huge SPEAR on Kross. Wyatt rolls Kross up to advance to the next round.


---James Storm goes over Ricky Shane Page after hitting BEER BOTTLE SMASH followed by LAST CALL for the finish.


---In a good matchup that got heated, Wes Brisco goes over Josh Prohibition, winning w/ the BRISCO BOMB for the finish.


---The Main Event saw Calvin Tankman square off against EJ Nduka as their war continues to heat up. Calvin is in control when Nduka low-blows his rival and then proceeds to deliver three consecutive VERDICTS for the finish and advance to the next round. Afterwards, Nduka delivers a devastating NDUKA BOMB into the turnbuckles on Tankman as an added insult to injury to close Night #1.

---In the opener, Akira/Thekla go over Maria Manic/Penelope Ford after Akira catches Penelope in the BRIDGE for the finish.

---In a **** match that went nearly 30 minutes of game play, Wes Brisco stuns EJ Nduka, winning w/ a Top Rope Draping DDT to advance to the semi-finals.


---James Storm dominates Jeremy Wyatt in a short match, winning w/ LAST CALL to advance to the semi-finals. Storm spits beer in Wyatt's face to start and takes control of the match w/ a Running Neckbreaker. Wyatt is never able to mount a rally and falls to Storm's finisher several minutes later.


---In another short match, Lance Hoyt goes over Josh Alexander w/ BLACKOUT to advance to the semi-finals.


---Our last quarterfinal match between Alexander Hammerstone vs Matthew Justice starts out civil and respectful but turns into a very heated bout about 25-minutes in. These two threw everything at each other but Justice starts getting frustrated and eventually brains Hammerstone with a steel chair, causing a DQ. Justice continues to hammer Alexander w/ the chair until the locker room can break things up. Hammerstone will carry a +1 pin addition into his semi-final match.


---Philly Marino Experience (Philly Collins/Marino Tenaglia) go over the Bestie In The World (Davey Vega/Mat Fitchett) after they catch Vega w/ SUNSET DREAMS.


---In the Main Event for the Frontier Women's Championship, Masha Slamovich (c) goes over Allie Katch in dominating fashion to retain the title. Jordynne Grace was sitting in the front row and had words w/ Masha several times during the bout. Masha nails Allie w/ the WHITE KNIGHT DRIVER before locking on Kremlin Walls for the submission finish.

'Memorial Cup 2023: Night #3'
Frontier #49; Nashville Fairgrounds; Nashville, TN; 28 May 2023

---We kick things off with a good bout in the first semi-final on the Cup as James Storm goes over Wes Brisco as Storm hits LAST CALL as Brisco is in mid-air during a Cross Body attempt. Storm advances to the Finals later in the show.


---In the second Cup semi-final, Lance Hoyt advances over Alexander Hammerstone w/ DARK DAYS. Hammerstone came in nursing an injured shoulder due to repeatedly getting bashed with a chair by Matthew Justice at Night #2. Lance advances to face James Storm in the Cup Finals.


---Jordynne Grace gets a DQ win over Angelina Love after Masha Slamovich runs in and drops Jordynne w/ the WHITE KNIGHT DRIVER. Masha tries to keep up the attack but gets run off by Love. Angelina helps Jordynne to her feet before getting a wicked smile on her face before dropping Grace w/ the BOTOX INJECTION to a huge jeer from the crowd.


---For the Frontier Tag Team Championship, the Von Erichs (c) retain over the Rip City Shooters after they isolate Wes Barkley and drop him w/ the IRON CLAW/BACK SUPLEX combo for the finish.


---In a violent Death Match, Nick Gage gets his hand raised after putting Jon Moxley through a flaming door w/ the PILEDRIVER!! Great match as Gage ended up w/ 7 pin tokens and Mox accumulated 7 as well.


---For the Frontier Championship, Jake Something (c) gets his revenge on 'Speedball' Mike Bailey w/ Veda Scott after he crushes Bailey w/ three consecutive MFKRs for the finish. Something seems to be trying to just beat Bailey up during the match instead of getting the win until Veda gets involved. Jake reverses an Irish whip that sends Bailey careening into Veda. As the referee is checking on Veda, Jake hits consecutive Low-Blows before hitting not one....not two....but three MFKRs to get the win.

Afterwards, Veda is practically in tears as she tries carrying Bailey to the back as Jake gives them the double bird before celebrating his win.


---In the Main Event for the 'Memorial Cup', Lance Hoyt goes over James Storm w/ the TEXAS TORNADO in a great matchup. Lance survives several LAST CALLs and the BEER BOTTLE SMASH before roaring back w/ a Texas Tower Bomb. A Big Boot drops Storm before Hoyt hits one of his finishers to win the match and the Cup.

Jake Something comes out and shakes Hoyt's hand before telling him "I'll see you at Red, White, & Bruise" before leaving to let Lance celebrate his Cup win.
