The only reason I know this is I just watched the youtube series Reliving the War up until the current episode, but YES they have they beat Harlem Heat but lost it back to them.

Stars n Stripes have been having some bad luck lately. Good timing for the Scotty Riggs card. And then after the turn and the beatdown, the Patriot can call Ranger Ross for help. Nice Tag Feud in PP.

Man - weren’t Riggs and Bagwell tag champs as the American Males, or am I crazy? Nice low card faces, I guess. The Males won the titles on September 18, 1995 on Nitro and lost them at a Saturday Night taping nine days later. For the rest of their time as a duo, they were mid- to low-card at best. |

The Males really weren't a bad team at all--their title win over Harlem Heat is actually a really good match, and I recall some good stuff later on against the Steiners and Sting/Luger. They were just sunk by an outdated gimmick and the worst theme music in the history of entrances (any entrances, not just wrestling).
