IF, remember, IF, the Funks signed I'm pretty confidant the first cards we'd get of them would be for Terry and Dory as NWA world champions. They are more than technical enough to fit in any 'vintage' style fed. I would be ok with one alternate hardcore Terry Funk card. I don't think we need 3 Funk cards.

You guys need to watch the Terry Funk of the 1970's. He would more than fit in with any vintage- or mat-based promotion you'd care to run.

Good point. I also remember I have Crusher and Ox in my fed so even if they are brawlers, a couple more won’t hurt.

Terry and especially Dory were definitely technical wrestlers in their early careers. They adjusted their styles as they grew older.

So with this set Hopefully being released in time for the HOF in mid July, we should start seeing teasers soon, right?

I'm hoping that we get the Funks - that would check a couple off the list. I'd also love it if we could get some of the other names that are in the Hall (Bill Watts, Verne Gagne, Fritz Von Erich, etc.). I know I harp on those names a lot, but they'd add so much to the LOW experience. That is an era many don't really know about. The historian in me thinks they could add some interest too to our promoters who run "territories."
